Bought tires September 2020 had a defect in craftsmanship of the tire and cant even get through to see about my warranty. They never answer or it has a weird message . Disappointed I spent 3500 dollars on wheels and tires and nothing.

I got four “new” tires from this place and two of them popped after only having them since September as well as not driving the vehicle because it is a summer or warm weather only vehicle, I called trying to figure something out since I didn’t even have the tires a year and got hung up on as well as being cut off multiples times. Love this place. We drive our vehicle for our business and it is so important we stay on the road with as little down time as possible. When the lovely Michigan weather hit yesterday our balding tires had us all over the road. This gem right here got us in quick and got our issue resolved at a good price. I think its worth saying our tires are not cheap or easy to come by and out of many stores this one went above and beyond in securing us a brand new set and getting them on.

Jason is by far the best person to talk to about all your wheel and tire needs. Makes you feel like more than just another person to sell something too. Made me feel like family and is good to develop customer relationships to better understand on what you want and not what you don’t! Definitely recommend!

I was looking for a place close to me to fix my tie rod and ball joints on my car. I had the pleasure of finding American Tire Outlet. They did a wonderful job and beat all the other quotes i had gotten. Annie was amazing and explained everything to me. I know my new spot.

This place had more competitive pricing than any shop I had been to. They were able to accommodate me and get new tires and wheels on my truck with no issues. Customer service was great!

We came in on a Sat 30 min before close. They told us they could get us in to mount and balance 3 tires. They job they were working on took longer then anticipated, but they stayed open to get us in anyway. The price was very reasonable and they gave us discount for taking so long. We were ecstatic they did. No discount was needed. Without them we would of had to drive back to Ann Arbor with cords showing on tires. Thank you so much and you now have a customer for life. We will gladly drive from Ann Arbor!!! Thank you!!!

What can I say??? These guys were awesome. I nailed a pothole on 16 8 Mile on my way to work.Had to have my car towed from work. I figured I was gonna spend a couple hundred dollars, but the guys were able to straighten out the small band and get me back on the road for $50 out the door. Thank you very much to Nikki and Eric!

Went in for an oil change with a free tire rotation for $9.99. At least thats what the coupon said. Came to $22. Still not prohibitive considering the included tire rotation. Will return in the future.

I found them driving by needing tires. They were able to get me four new tires delivered the next morning at an extremely reasonable price. My new tires were on in half an hour. I cracked my rim on a pothole so I came back. They weren’t able to fix it, but the manager sent me to place that did. I appreciated that. I’m back today for brakes and I still have nothing but positive remarks. Professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Can’t get better.

Showed me that they were really changing my oil.What I didnt like was that I came here for a $9.99 (w/coupon) oil change that ended up costing me $21.99. Guy said for the type of oil, which the coupon never specified.If the oil change wasnt really $9.99, they shouldnt have made the coupon. One star for false advertising.Doubt Ill be returning.

Showed up at 8 am, waited twenty minutes, called the other American tire outlet nearby, said their alignment machine was out of order at that location but theyd be there at the 8 and Ryan location in ten minutes, waited fifteen, just went somewhere that cost a little more but they actually were there.

Tires are horrible!!! Bought a tire here not even a month ago & my air keep coming out & its very bald! Went today to try an get it exchanged they claim it doesn’t have a warranty even though I paid alot of money for this one tire! They were no help to even give more than a $5 discount on another tire smh. Never again.
