We came from Vt to get CT6, sales person was excellent, took care of everything, very pleasant and knowledgeable.

What a mistake. You would think spending $60,000 on a car they would love to help you and make sure you have the best experience possible, but they don’t. I bought the car, left and picked it up later that day. We received the car and it was covered in stains, looks like no one even touched the inside of it! Took the car back the next day after talking to my salesperson Spencer who was great no complaints about him. Later that day we go pick the car back up from service desk and it’s still COVERED in stains?? I don’t get it. Finally called back scheduled another appointment to get it cleaned for Friday the 23rd @ 8am. Also scheduled this appointment because there was a recall on my airbags and to get it serviced in one day, that was last week, heaven forbid I get in a crash and my airbags don’t go off. I was told I can bring it in Thursday before 5 and pick my rental car up that they promised to have. Dropped it off to be told had no rental car so I was advised to take it back home and someone will. One pick it up for me Friday morning and drop off the rental car. My appointment was at 8am, I called at 11 because no one has yet showed up. I was told they would be here between 1:30-2. They never showed up. Called back this morning at 11:15 on 04/26/2021 was told oh yeah we were supposed to pick it up, let me give you a call in an hour. So now we sit here and wait to see if they actually will give us a call. At this point when they call back I will be asking for the 1-800 Cadillac number to call and make them aware of my problems and to see if I can take my car to another dealership. Not impressed at all.

My husband & I were looking to purchase a Cadillac SUV. We were comparing prices & asked a young salesman if we could test drive one sure I asked if hed like my drivers license as all the other dealers require them to test drive a vehicle. He informs me hell be coming with me on the test drive so no license needed. What? I havent test drove a car with a salesman since the 90s. Guess I looked untrustworthy.He then proceeds to work up a deal that is laughable. . I felt very uncomfortable at this dealership & will not be back EVER. And I did end up getting my Cadillac SUV the same day at another dealer who gladly let me test drive alone

Worst car buying experience ever. I confirmed information three times before driving two hours to find out the information was incorrect. After buying. I called 13 times in two weeks, leaving messages with the salesman, F&I Manager, parts, and sales manager and never a callback. I was promised floor mats four months ago. Ive been told they shipped three times now over three months, and they still have not shipped. The vehicle was the dirtiest Ive seen on a lot, and it wasnt even serviced. Absolutely every aspect was terrible.Response to owner: That is just a lie. I have never met the used car manager and the salesperson even admitted that the vehicle was disgusting. I understand the strike delayed the mats however the mats came in several MONTHS ago and I have voicemails to prove it. I have been told several time that they were in the mail just to call back weeks later to be told they will be put in the mail first thing tomorrow. This took place several time over the last few months. I am very patient and understanding however the customer service has been appalling.

The parts department is very professional and knowledgeable, very friendly staff.

The overall buying experience was great. I started out with Grace on the internet and by the time we got to the store to actually purchase the car Grace was not there. We had no indication of what we were to do. Matt introduce himself and took over helping purchase the car.

Was in for service and they couldnt have been nicer or much faster than they were.

You have asked me to tell you what would make it right for my bad experience. First I think you need to let you customers know that the tires are not part of the certification process in the Certified preowned cars. I bought my car with the understanding that Certified means that I would not have to put any money in for several miles. Little did I know that I would be putting $1800.00 in tires in less than two months to have the true ride of a Cadillac. The second thing would be for you to replace the warn tires. I know you would never do this to make it right. I most likely will not be back to your dealership because of the lack of disclosure about the tires. I will be looking forward to hearing from you.Well we have had our Certified Pre Owned Cadillac for almost a month and there is a loud humming noise coming from the tires and after you get to a certain speed the car starts to vibrate. I set up a service appointment and had to take my car back to the dealership 40 miles away. They were great with checking me in and having a loaner for me. When I got the call that it was the wearing of the tires and nothing safety related that it was fine. They would wash it and I could pick it up. I was advised to just drive the till the tires wore out. The noise didnt seem to be that loud. The key that angered me was why was I hearing a noise anyway? I traded my truck in for this car and the truck was a much quieter ride than this car. What a mistake ! I should have kept the truck. The term Certified means to me it is the same as a new car. From the tires to the engine. Boy was I fooled. If the tech person went over the car why wasnt this caught that the tires were wearing differently and there must have been a problem to cause this. It is my understanding that I will have to pay over $1000.00 for new tires if I want to have a quiet ride in my Certified, pre-owned Cadillac. This has been a fiasco since the day we walked in and bought the car. The one star is for the friendliness of the service personnel when I took the car in.

With the car shortage they still had a variety of cars at all levels.

I called here to inquire about purchasing a Cadillac suv. I was transferred to a sales woman who didn’t seem too keen to get my information for me, but she took it nonetheless and said she was heading into a meeting and would call me with some options. I didn’t hear from her for a week, so I called back. They transferred me to her, and she said “oh, he didn’t get back to you? I gave your info to him. Let me talk to him and I’ll have him call you”. Never heard back. Needless to say, I wasn’t going to force myself on someone who didn’t even want to consider my sale, so I’m enjoying my new Cadillac XT4 from another dealership.

Extremely disappointed! Drove out there to see a car that I verified was still there with the online sales since no one there could answer the phone (and they were clearly not busy when we got there), only to be told it wasn’t there. Waste of time.

Easy car buying process

I was repeatedly told the used vehicle includes a 30 day warranty (make sure to audio record your closing as I did!) but 2 weeks after purchasing when it came time to repair the new check engine light for $650 the service employee informs me it was sold As-Is without any warranty! Ill gladly remove or improve upon this harsh but true review IF they make this right which probably would only cost them a few hundred dollars. Lets just see how great they really are. Ben Cole was a super nice fellow.

I’ve had good experiences at Cole Valley. The staff is friendly & helpful. The building is very clean, especially the bathrooms! Wow! Got a bolt in my tire & the service was exceptional. They repaired it quickly. I wouldn’t buy my cars or get repair service anywhere else!

Made another stop to see their inventory. They had a couple matches in stock. Ended up finding a little bit better deal elsewhere. Very friendly and not pushy. Salesman gave me the write up on both vehicles and didnt pressure me at all.

So friday me and my guy went to look at a car asked if we can put 800 on it they said we need 1500 so we ask can we give u the 800 until Monday we did paper work credit check everything . Told them we will be back monday to pick it up. Talk to them monday said they received everything they need they will call us back never did so we called today they guy said someone came Saturday and put a deposit on it but we couldnt. . Dont seem right to me

Anthony, my salesman, went above and beyond all expectations in keeping me updated and going over every detail of the car with me when it got to dealership. My vehicle was kept for over a week. Dropped off on Friday, I called on Wednesday as there had been no communication. I was very satisfied that a loaner was provided. Upon pickup my vehicle had not been washed (which I get for my honda for an oil change). Lastly the verbal quote and the invoice did not match. However, upon questioning the charge was refunded. That said I will retain Cole Valley as my service provider.

Although we live in Columbus, we only buy cars from Joe Sember at Cole Valley in Warren, Ohio. This is my third experience working with Joe, and I cannot give a higher review. Cole Valley is a very dishonest company they tried to cheat me when I tried to turn my lease in early I wanted to buy my Cadillac and they tried to add my lease payments back to the pay off of the carGo to any car dealership but them if you want to buy a Cadillac not very happy

Where do I begin?...We came in from out of state to purchase a used car and were on a tight schedule due to business obligations later in the day. The car was waiting in the service area for us to look over when we arrived a half hour early. It had been fully detailed and looked great. They arranged for us to test drive the car even though our salesman had not arrived yet. When we returned from the test drive a service manager asked how the car drove. We said we were very pleased, but had noticed the car had a slight, very slight pull to the left. He immediately pulled the car in and performed an alignment. Our salesman then met us. He had come in on his day off to do the sale. He efficiently coordinated the service personnel while at the same time he arranged for us to see the office personnel to work on the paperwork. The office person had come in to work early to make sure we could stick to our schedule. We quickly completed the paperwork and she quickly and cooperatively agreed to fill out NY paperwork that was almost certainly duplicate of what she had already prepared. A short time later she met us in the showroom with neatly typed NY paperwork. I am not sure how they could have done a better job. Maybe coffee and breakfast pastries. Oh yea, they had that too. We were treated the way you could only dream of. Kudos to the people who orchestrate and work at this dealership.

My son was buying his first vehicle and after 6+ months of looking, we found a vehicle that fit both what he and I wanted. I have purchased 7 of the last used cars Ive had online and then went to the dealership somewhere in the country to get them and a couple times have been disappointed but that was not the case here at all. Do not waste your time by calling the internet department and asking if a vehicle is on the lot. they asked for a name and phone number to set an app time to view the specific vehicle with instructions to ask for a specific person. upon arrival, that person was not working and the vehicle was not there. At this time, zero attempt to correct the situation by either dept. So if you have too much time on your hands and too much gas in your car... go see Cole Valley today!

Always courteous staff that are very helpful. The loaner cars are always top of the line and staff explain in detail the features which makes everything a little less stressful.

Our truck broke down and we pulled in to get off road. Wonderful people. Called a local economical tow truck for us. Offered us coffee anf after our truck was picked up saw us walking and sent someone to give us a ride.
