We didn’t have an appointment. My daughters car was running rough. It’s an older Audi. The service for this vehicle is usually on the higher side when it comes to getting anything done on it. Between the parts and trying to find someone other then the dealership to work on it. I was very impressed they were able to work on it. When she got it back she was so happy that it’s running great again. Thank you for the great work you did on it. Everyone there is very nice to work with. We will be back again.I just got my Tahoe back from Ode today. I needed fog lights installed. They were great. They were able to get them installed in a timely manner. The staff is always friendly and so helpful. I’m so glad that we found them. We will be back again.

Very disappointed. An appointment for the car didnt look at the car until 2 p.m. when I hit appointment for 8 a.m.. never called back to tell me what they found. Had to call them the next day. And they came up with all kinds of things wrong and never fixed what I brought it into the place for. I will never go back or recommend them again. Waste of my time and the mechanics time if they didnt want to fix my car. Im not going to put $5,000 into an old car thank you fix what I asked you to fix but couldnt do that whats money

This company took care of my needs. Needed a new battery, which they replaced after explaining to me what was best for my truck. They also did a diagnostic test to look for any other issues that my truck would need.. The guy who took care of me was very nice and explained each step the mechanic was doing. I will suggest this company to friends and family, as I did when I came home.

Had an issue with the driver side caliber that was fixed last August in Traverse City. It froze up and they were able to fix it and told me to contact the company I had it fixed and they are going to refund me the difference. Have been going to them for over 30 years. They are honest and up front.

I had to have my car towed there for a flat tire. Car was left over night. When I called earlier the next morning, they acknowledge my issue and worked out if it could be repaired. Needless to say I had to have my tire replaced and it was very cost effective. Communication was AWESOME !!! Would recommend to others.

They understand the stress and difficulties if a family with 6 kids & they have always gotten my van back to me in time for the kids activities. Very thorough job on my prepurchase inspection today, saved me a couple thousand dollars from buying a car i would have otherwise thought was in very good condition. Staff was very helpful and informative. Not only saved money but learned how to spot a few more issues when doing my own visual inspection of a used vehicle.

A car inspection was done when it wasnt necessary. The problem was very obvious. And even if they had to take off the front end to do the repair, it didnt take that long (2.5 hours) once they got the part. Other places I called quoted me a price 1/3 cheaper.

It was a good experience. They kept me informed about the process all the through.

Wasnt sure at first. Pick up car at closing time and repair wasnt working. Broken part in power window. Took it back first thing next morning. They took it back right away and found out bad part in window shorted out switch. Fixed it right away. Very polite and professional and honest. Ill be back for sure.

Darren, Armando & PAUL were very courteous! They got my tires & rims on my truck when promised. The mechanic Tom was very meticulous! His attention to detail was very nice to see. I asked to have my tire pressure set at 50 pounds and he provided the service very quickly.. There was no grease on the steering wheel! They installed a floormat to protect my carpeting. I explained I have never driven in the snow so I need good tires but also cant break the bank so he gave me a few options and we got down to the best option for myself and it was priced perfectly. It was time for a tune-up and they took care of everything in a few short hours. The original quote was reduced significantly to a fair amount and the work was completed satisfactory. The pricing was honest and from personal experience most shops charge you for things you dont need, Ode doesnt. They took care of everything that was needed. Ode Tire has provided me with exceptional value for many years and this experience was no different. During a service visit they found a small crack in one of my rims that had been causing a slow leak. I was pleasantly surprised when they said it could be welded and that a new wheel would not be necessary. They repaired and balanced the wheel at a very affordable price. Thanks to Ode Tire, the car rides great now and the leak is gone.

When Darren discovered the problem and I told him the work had been done a few years back, he asked me to fax over the paperwork. He said the job was under warranty and he took care of everything. When my car was ready as promised, Armando called and explained in detail what was done. If I did not understand he patiently explained until I understood.I was treated very kind, my car runs great, the cost to install warranted parts was reasonable price. After being taken by several auto repair shops I found ODE. I have never been happier with the service that I got at ODE. They did a fantastic job repairing my car after an accident. Best place ever to get car repairs done! Paul is an absolute gem! My car needed plenty of work but not once did I feel pressured to have any of it done. Paul was honest about what was most important (not the most expensive) and ultimately did 90% of the work in 1 day for a very reasonable price. When I first stopped in there I thought I may have found a nice place to do business with in regards to my car. My neighbor has been there several times and I did like how I was greeted. The gentleman took a ride with me so he could hear the sound in the rear of my car. I already knew it was my shocks and just need them to confirm it. He gave me a somewhat estimate of what the shocks would cost and I was willing to pay that so the gentleman told me to bring it back at a certain time....So I did! When I get there he states it will be something like $54 but it doesnt got towards my repair. Now dont get me wrong i have no problem paying for the estimate as long as it goes towards my repair My neighbor had already informed me that she has never payed for them to check her car out more than once....Wow so I wonder what was the difference between her and I!!! But Oh well

My car is fixed and they did great work, but they way in which they left my car is highly unsatisfactory and unacceptable. Yes, my car was junky before it went to be repaired, but thats not an excuse for the lack of concern in leaving dirty finger prints over my paneling that wasnt there prior to being in Odes care.I am very pleased to share that the owner honored his word and offered me a complimentary detail. I get there early this morning. 745am. I wait till 815 in case they are just late opening. Guess they closed. Thats fine but...why did they give me an appointment for today Then? Ill call tomorrow. To see what happened. I am a return customer. Not happy with this mix up.
