First time going. Its a clean store with just about anything your heart desires! Only problem I had was that there was no cashiers so I had to use the self register. Now I had over 300.00 dollars on groceries and I had to bag everything my self. So I properly wont go again,

On 10/08/21 at 9:25 p.m. I went to the neighborhood Walmart on Russell parkway. As I begin my check out there was a price error on one of the merchandise. After the cashier went in verify the price. We return to the checkout she attempt to correct the error. As stood there patiently waiting for her to finish up the transaction. As I stood there I noticed one of the assistant managers Ebony and another associate at the customer . service desk area. They left the customer service desk . I noticed that the two have began to place a focus on me. Ebony came and assist the cashier with the price override. Which was not successful with completing the transaction. As I stood there the other associate that was at the customer service desk came over and approached me and asked me was I taking pictures of her. I replied several times excuse me. I stated to her that she has no legal right to come up to me nor any other customer concerning the uses of my personal cell phone. I explained to ebony the assistant store manager Walmart does not have a policy nor a sign prohibit me to utilize my cell phone. Her reply very inconsiderate and poorly leadership the way you were holding your phone. But congratulations your chief officer of operation has received all the evidence along with a lengthy email address concerning the incident

We’ve been using the online pick up order for about 2 months now. At the beginning it was pretty good but now? No thanks. 1. Our order was scheduled to be picked up from 10am-11am. Got there at 11, called & the man said they were running behind a couple of hours and would inform us once it was ready. Okay, that’s fine. We understood. At 12pm we got a message notification saying our order was ready. My husband goes to get the order & gets there at 12:07pm. Someone comes to the car and asks for the name then goes back into the building. NO ONE CAME OUT until 12:54pm!! My husband frustrated because he had to head to work was furious. I called multiple times to the pick up number & nothing. 2. I always have missing items after I HAVE PAID FOR THEM. I thought it was a one time mistake but it wasn’t. I tried to call the actual Walmart along with the pick up number you’re provided. The actual Walmart doesn’t even answer. The pick up number answered me then hung up. I couldn’t reach them after I tried calling multiple times. It’s so close to my house but I will no longer be shopping there.

I have had a good experience every time I go to the on Lake Joy Rd. The staff are always courteous and friendly and helpful if I ask for assistance.

Online grocery pick up process is seamless. I rarely wait.

Literally the dirtiest Walmart with the rudest employees ever. Nobody wants to do their job and will Inconvenience anyone who walks in to avoid it. It’s the closest Walmart to my house but I’ll go out of my way to avoid it completely.

Visited this store for the first time tonight and found it is a mess! It needs to be both cleaned and organized. The few employees working were standing around talking. We had to move buggies blocking the exit upon leaving. I have no intention of revisiting.

This is the what store to order a delivery from for groceries two times in a row my food did not make it to me. This last time someone called from the store said the person brought my groceries to my house and then took them back to the store I had contactless delivery drop at the door wish me you dont have to make any confirmation know whatsoever to leave my groceries at my door the person at the store told me she would get another driver and minutes later I got a notification send my order have been canceled so if I had not been paying attention to my phone I would have still been sitting there waiting on my groceries. Before I moved I was getting my groceries from Perry they had excellent service I will not use them again people beware. Then they pick out the worst fruit in the grocery store to send to you the last time I did get an order to come through the grapes had mold all on them.

Enjoyed my time at this Wal-Mart neighborhood store.

Its a very inconvenient way to shop now. Its great for one or two items.but if you have several items or a large food order doing the self-checkout is really an inconvenience. Walmart has always been about more money for their shareholders and less customer service for the customers.

They only stock during business hours so you have trouble getting around the mess plus shelves are completely blocked. Now they went to 100% self check out. And no they are not giving anyone a discount for the inconvenience. It has only been open for a handful of years and already it is run into the ground. AVOID AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!!!!!

The staff in the Pharmacy has always provide good quality service, all my questions were answered in a timely manner with a smile

A typical Walmart however found an exceptional employee that was willing to go out of her way to assist me.

I made a couple of bad decisions in previously choosing my groceries... on a limited diet due to potential allergens but failed to read instructions and prices tags properly. But returning them was no problem. I received efficient service and and incredibly encouraging, supportive smile from the associate. Made sure i had her name right for my in store survey, but forget now .. perhaps Brenay. I really needed the boost that day... thanks!

Got $10 of gas here with a WALMART BACKED Bluebird bank card 5 days ago. They put a $100 hold on my account. I have NEVER had a hold on my card at a Walmart/Murphy has station, and have PLENTY of money in that account. They STILL have my $90. NEVER AGAIN. 🖕🏻🤬🖕🏻🤬🖕🏻

Walmart Neighborhood Market on Russell is now the new Dollar General. Managers must have taken classes at Dollar General on clutter. This style of marketing causes buggy traffic jams. I have always shopped there for quick in and out shopping but you cant do that now. Its out of my way but Kroger here I come.

Clean & organized throughout the store. Not crowded as the other ones. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Gas station next to it with low gas prices. Good area...

Shop there every week. Do have a problem where something is out of stock every time we go. Employees are freindly.

This is a HUGE Walmart neighborhood market. Really nice and clean. Checkout is nicely spread out and doesnt feel like everyone is all up on you. Better selection than most regular sized walmarts.

Not a favorite anymore.... they dont have a single checkout that isnt self-checkout.... they dont stock shelves anymore, just cut the top off cartons and toss them on the shelf. So not paying cashiers and not paying stock folks, but no price drop..... If I wanted to work for Walmart I would apply for a job ad a cashier or stocker. Do better walmart! So prefer to shop at kroger now.

Its convenient. Ive never had to wait in line, but its self-checkout only. Theres a good variety of groceries and fresh produce, but other products are limited. Its always well staffed, well stocked, and clean.

Grocery pick up is terrible. I placed an order for pick up between 5 and 6. Received email at 5:02 stating order was delayed ok fine. However, 2 hours later still no response, no order and there is no way to cancel your order. This place need to get their stuff together.

Associates could use a major does of compassion. An associate watched someone help a lady in a power cart load her stuff onto the conveyor. Instead of being nice and loading them back into her cart for her, she just sat them on the shopping bag wheel and moved on to the next customer. Customer that helped her before walked back around and loaded them back up for her!Let alone two registers besides self-checkout open. This is getting ridiculous!

I traveled 20 miles to this Walmart while living 5 minutes from one on Zebulon road in Macon. This one is stocked better and much friendlier workers!

My husband and I love how convenient and clean this store is! Today we had a fantastic experience with Betty! She is going above and beyond to make shopping in a Covid world enjoyable. Thanks for a great experience and we’ll keep coming back!

I worked there almost 6 months when I went to go put my two weeks in they terminated me they are unprofessional, bullies, old women hating on younger children corporate won’t do nothing neither would the store manager don’t work here if you wanna keep your peace the manager on front end does stuff like fire people without the store manager knowing you can’t tell someone you’re going to fix their points but soon as I turn in a two week notice you terminate me fishy fishy

Ive love what theyve done with the place. Friendly staff, fully stocked shelves, and in and out very quickly. But they do the free masks anymore but thats cool. We should have our own anyway. 😁

Over 6 people waiting on grocery pickup, and more than that in line waiting for a grocery pickup parking spot. And only one person doing the whole thing. We are in the middle of a pandemic where more people are using this service. So here’s a crazy idea for you. Hire more employees or move more employees to this department. It’s not rocket science. Anyone with any know how of how to manage would be able to figure this out quickly.

Yesterday, I went to this location. My mine and I were struggling to lift the furniture box. We sought help and the young gentlemen, I can’t remember his name but it started with La and he was a slim black male, helped us immensely.He not only helped put it in the cart, but he followed us to the register so that he could help us load it in the car. He even pushed the cart for us.I appreciated the kind and needed service.

The customer service is horrendous. The put people out in the fuel center that cannot complete a transaction on a regular basis. When questioned they dont care. The attitude is go somewhere else.So that is what I will do now.Less than zero stars

Terrible grocery pick up service. The past 2 trips...weeks apart...i have arrived to pick up groceries and had to wait over an hour after checking in. While waiting several other cars would arrive long after me and get their orders before me and leave. When you inquire about the problem there seems to be no explanation. They just offer you a gift card and hope you go away. I guess you afford to have terrible customer service when you rake in billions a year.

Curbside delivery took a while but the workers were so helpful and loaded everything in my open trunk. Wonderful service. Thank you.

Stayed late, they didnt push us out the door. Great people. Felt like I wasnt worth the class they gave.

Was surprised every register was self check-out. However, everything was well organized and the staff spoke.

Its pretty good pricing and pretty good food.But The last three times there were sales 1/2 the stuff on sale was gone. We asked a person who was stocking the shelves and he said the thing that was on sale would come the week after next. The day after the sale ends!! Other than that its a good place.

If I need something for dinner or if I am low on an item I go and pick up whatever i need. The selection is limited and the store is not very big but has quite a few items in produce.

This place looks like a wreck everytime Ive shopped in this store. Cases and bottles just laying in the isle while your trying to shop the shelves. Out of stock on items constantly. This is a newer store and every other Walmart in town is way better to shop at and more organized than going here.

I do not like this new self checkout only thing this Walmart has going on. The new layout of the front of the store is crowded and awkward now. Id prefer to shop using cashiers instead. It doesnt feel like the best place to visit anymore.

I am no longer happy with this Neighborhood Market (use to love it here). As of today (11-06-2020) they are now 100% SELF-CHECKOUT!!!. 12 SELF-CHECKOUT STATIONS***NO CASHIERS. REPEAT...NO CASHIERS AT THIS LOCATION.***I do not plan on doing monthly grocery shopping at this location until that changes (congrats Kroger and Publix). I am not an essential worker (who I respect) and do not plan on doing their job.Please remember to automate tasks and not jobs.

Above and beyond! The Walmart app said this store should have the printer ink cartridge that I found myself suddenly in need of when the cartridge that came with printer we bought just a few months ago dried up with 60+% of its ink left! My wife had to print a form to take to the Dr in the morning and we were scrambling to find a new cartridge.The stocker I asked didnt think this location sold printer ink, but thats because it is located up front in the checkout area and they dont stock those aisles. The very nice lady who was watching the registers knew exactly where to find them and when we found the hook empty she told me to let her check in the back for it and sure enough, she came back with one for me and the rest of them to put on the hook! Walmart saved the day!

The worst place to pick up groceries. I had to wait for over an hour for grocery pickup and they had nothing but excuses. Cars that arrived after me received their groceries but all I received was a handful of excuses along with your order is coming, whats your name again. Ridiculous.

Smaller than expected, so didnt have the variety of the bigger store but priced the same. Makes an ideal alternative to the convenience stores that charge you for the convenience.

Didnt have replacement blades for the lawn mower I bought from them.

This Walmart neighborhood store was well-stocked and had a lot of good customer service representation on the floor. More than what you would get in a regular Walmart as far as customer service. And the product was actually displayed with the right price tags in front of each one of them which impress me. This store is worth shopping. it is a good fit for the community.

To me Walmart is a “necessary evil”, so I don’t know if I’ll ever give one 5 stars, but......this neighborhood market is sooo much better than the Walmart on Booth Road. (That store is majorly mismanaged). I drive from the east side of town to go to this store for staples and the staff is very friendly, store is clean and their curbside pickup is awesome!

They charge more for the same products that are at the two Super Walmarts in Warner Robins. Expired goods are allowed to be left on the shelves and its always dirty in the store. The management is pretty much hands off and non-existent. Also, this Walmart does not enforce a mask wear policy, although it is the Walmart Corporations policy for all of their stores. Half of their employees dont even wear them, of wear them incorrectly, like a chinstrap.

It was packed and the supervisor mark was rude as usual. All other staff was very helpful and pleasant.

All of the registers are now self checkout and you still have to wait in a long line. While the employees stand around and chit chat.

Not enough employees working. Sad.

What I like the most about this specific store is that 9 out of 10 times they always have the items I order! Their service is very friendly and fast.

I normally go to a different neighborhood market instead of this one and after this visit I am sure not coming back to this store for sure. The cashier was in the middle of checking us out and he just walks away and starts helping people in the self check out line. I stood there for a good 10 minutes or more. The manager saw it all and didnt bother to help.

We only come in rarely, but it seems clean and well stocked. The associates were nice.

If you dont want to self check out, dont go here. There are no cashiers anymore. Every register is self check out.

The management obviously doesnt take pride in how this store looks on the inside. Shelves not completely stocked, food in the isles, stocking items in binds in the isle, employees not wearing Walmart clothing to identify themselves as Walmart employees. Yup...no Pride in how this store looks.

The removed all of the cashiers so thats not cool and then put you to work ringing up your own Groceries. They say it saving us money But its Not....

Think twice before you by Great Value Cheddar & Sour Cream party sized snacks. I thought I was getting a bargain, instead I got ripped off. This is what the inside of the bag of chips looked like when I first opened up the bag. I couldnt believe how empty it was, more than 2/3 of the bag was gone. Please view the picture of the newly opened bag, before any of the chips were removed. I posted the picture on my page. I dont know why but the picture is not shown here.Please dont say that the chips settled to the bottom during shipping because it was never like this in the past. Great Value, try putting your customers first and take a little pride in the products you sell. Its not about selling cheap products, its about selling good products at discount prices.

This store only has shopping for limited items only, you are are better off going to the big Walmart for most items.

Not your typical Wal-Mart, just groceries which is great as you dont end up over spending on things really not needed.
