Surprisingly, it was a great visit. Found what I needed but the thing that was great; the employees were very friendly and proactive in helping me find something as they walked by while I was scanning the shelves...Good Stuff...

Best prices around on lures and things just need more of a selection, but the selection that is there you have a good variety to choose from

I went at 630a.m. The store was neat and orderly. Staff were working hard to stock and straighten shelves. Minus two stars because no regular checkouts were open, and the employees (plural) at the self checkouts were having their own conversation and when asked questions (by other customers), they were quite rude to them. The only person that acknowledged my presence and was pleasant was the gentleman who checks receipts.

Dont bother going to this Walmart its a mess. They probably dont have what youre looking for. The manager of this store ought to be fired. You can have people straighten up things this is the junkiest Walmart Ive ever been to. If youre driving any distance dont dont do it

This place has everything you need at reasonable price

You will get stopped at door and have it be implied that you are stealing directly after leaving self checkout and being able to produce receipt on phone of paying. When asking employee to pull footage or at minimum call manager over, employee states she has no way to contact anyone. When you call the store, you are hung up on or put on hold indefinitely and told that the managers are not answering their page.

Hard to find items when they have them all over the place I stead of together...long waits in line. But cashier was awesome.

They never have the air filter I need for my truck. Got to have everything else you need in the store. I like Walmart

Excellent curbside pickup of order placed online. The employees picked wonderful produce and every item ordered was in the crate. Thanks WalMart, great job and way way beyond Target in service as well as freshness and all around value! Anyone shopping Target is fooling themselves.

We were doing Self Serve check out and couldnt get a head of cauliflower to register /ringup, ask for assistance and Dav comes and was Extremely rude.... Did Not appreciate how he spoke to us.... To top it off he said all you have to do is scan the bar code or look it up...in which we did both, and no luck.... And when he tried neither worked either

I love this Walmart. Its huge but really organized. I dont see many clutters in the shopping area, which means the management team in this place really taking care of the store properly.

Love the prices, has good selection.

Attempt at stocking during high volume is great, but stockers hinder shoppers ability to get to the products. Catch-22 situation I know. Other situation, when needing a staffer to assist in locating a product, theres no one to be found, or one willing to help is clueless on where the product may be. Constant issue of never having enough registers open to handle the check out crowd. Better efficiency is needed, and it starts with management.

I enjoy shopping at this Walmart. Joseph in produce is always helpful and he works hard to keep produce stocked. He is always pleasant and willing to check for a particular item Im looking for. He seems to enjoy his work and helping customers.Employees in general have become more friendly and helpful over the years. I do wish the meat department would keep the plastic bags available. I always have to ask for them and there used to be two dispensers. Please add another.One suggestion is to train ALL employees to return lost items to customer service. Last Christmas Eve, I ran in to get a Christmas card. I was there for FOUR HOURS bc I lost my car keys. The first place I checked was CS. I retraced my steps over and over, and one employee, (I wish I could remember his name,) helped me look. I was frantic since no one had access to my spare keys. After 4 LONG hours, I mentioned to the greeter by the entrance near the pharmacy that I lost my keys in sheer desperation. I was VERY HAPPY that a customer had found them in the parking lot and turned them in to her. Maybe I should have checked with her sooner, but CS assured me they would be taken there if found, and that is where I kept checking. Please train all employees to turn lost items to CS. I appreciated the help and it was my fault, however, I assumed all employees knew that lost keys should be taken to the Customer Service desk. Christmas Eve was the worst day to lose my keys and I now use a lanyard. 😂

This location of this Walmart for Warner robins its a bit far off but its the cleanest store in Warner robins. The staff is the most efficient and proficient in their jobs. They show top customer service attitude towards the customers and the staff. The store is impeccably clean and organized . Theyve included security features Ive seen in other Walmarts in North Carolina. Just Walmart reflects a top notch store.

Went to Vision Center inside Walmart Super Center to get new Eye Glasses.The young lady ANDREA was very friendly and super helpful to help me get the frames and type of lens that I needed. She saw that I had trouble walking and in pain so she brought the frames to the table for me to chose from and when my ride went to get her car to pick me up at the door ANDREA she walked outside with me to make sure I didnt have to stand by myself till the car got to the door to get me.

This store does not care about its customers at all. During peak business hours they only have three registers open and lines that are so long that theyre blocking traffic cutting across main islands. I was here at 2:00 p.m.Management here has an attitude towards its customers and very snippy when you address things to them. Very frustrating. Theyre doing this so they dont have to pay their employees and want us to work for Walmart for free by scanning and checking your own sales out. I dont work for free.They pay their employees

Its a typical Walmart. It has more of the body care products that work on my skin tone. Products that some of the other Walmarts in the area do not have.

Was able to find what I needed, but it is so disheartening that there is only one, or two cashiers working. Seems like Wal-Mart is able to pocket a lot of cashier wages, while customers do their work. So we should be compensated by at least 10% of our bill, just because we have to ring up, bag and carry our our purchase. That would be a little more fair than the CEOs making all that money.

I suppose referring to customers as “dumb” as they walk out of the store is acceptable. Not sure which customer your door greeter was speaking of but he needs a lesson in manners. Rude and unprofessional.

I would advise everyone not to purchase from WANGO on walmart.com. I recently purchased a sewing machine from walmart.com for $33+. It was delivered to me in its original box, tattered, obviously used, as they didnt bother removing the threads. The charger and foot pedal had scratches and paint on it and they didnt even bother to give those a wrapper. The darn thing should have been brand new. I returned it to Walmart, which was a good thing they give the opportunity do that, and my money was refunded. Walmart need to vet these places they have us buying products from. So far, my products from Amazon have been on point, so Ill be buying from them from now on. Exactly how you see it in the pics on my work table below, is exactly how I received the item. I wore gloves and sprayed/wiped it all down with sanitizer. Thoroughly disgusted.

You really need to open more registers. It took exactly 47 minutes to check out. I will not use self checkout. Your prices have gone sky high and yet you think were supposed to check out ourselves. I will find other stores to shop . You will loose a lot of customers if you continue to go down this path.

The spray paint is now locked away so give yourself enough time; you may have to wait for service.

Do not recommend going here, you get zero assistance from ANY employee.

We went shopping later than usual around 8pm. The shelfs were very empty and alot of space due the time of day on Sunday. They are going there a reset or remodel. I really dont like the fact that Walmart is thinks I am a EMPLOYEE. All of these SELF-CHECK OUT now. I am NOT going to be RESPONSIBLE for not scanning everything. I did not believe I agreed to work here. This is getting out of hand with this type of plan for the future.

I came for oil change and tire rotation early morning @ 8 am . That time no car for oil change in waiting so I asked associates how long take time he told me 1 hrs ok I was sitting on Walmart after 1 hrs I checked my car oil change that time my car was same as before I told the cashier I need to go for work and I came early . He told me very polite answer of delay . The people’s ar working very very slow .

Why are they not enforcing face mask coverings? Every single time I walk into this Walmart there are always several people walking around without face mask, talking to each other, spreading their droplets in the air while I’m trying to safely shop. I’ve had to walk in the opposite direction of non face mask wearing shoppers several times. I don’t want to walk by these people talking and spreading their droplets in the air while I’m trying to safely shop. It appears this particular Walmart is more focused on checking people receipts as they leave while they should be more focused on trying to save lives and enforce the facial mask covering rule!!!

Alot of merchandise was not in the proper locations. We may have gotten the right aisle but things were not in the right area on shelves or hanging.

This Walmart hosted a drive-in movie as a way for families to get out of the house and enjoy themselves during the pandemic. It was thoughtful. It was wonderful. They respected social distancing norms and had cars spaced out. People were asked to remain in their cars unless they needed to go to the restroom. There was only one family who did not respect this request. They provided each passenger in the car with their own mega bag of snacks. Each vehicle was given a serving tray with a plethora of drink options from water, flavored water, juice, and soft drinks. I cant begin to name all of the snacks in the bag. The workers were accommodating and they were efficient in getting us all in and out of the parking lot. It was an experience I will never forget!

We came for a pick-up, and had more groceries than space in the trunk. The young man who helped us was very courteous and calm, as well as helpful. Always a good destination in our day.

Parking can sometimes be an issue- depending on time of year, time of day, etc. Store is always clean. I have noticed they have a different selection than the store across town.

The customer service, specifically the pick-up department, is truly impeccable. A gentleman from the Warner Robins area fraudulently purchased an item via my account. Even though I was calling all the way from Arkansas, they were able to hinder the person from receiving the products they purchased using my payment information. I am so thankful for their hard and fast working, intelligent, diligent employees. I wish I could thank everyone involved individually.

I made a quick trip to pick up a few items. They were in stock and easy to find.

Very busy for a Monday. I did find a few things stocked here that Ive been looking for all over town. Pretzel Rods, yummy. Great selection of housewares.

I have Specific Needs and I like to Be able to Shop at one Location, And Find everything that I need and some things I dont I like being able to get Certain Foods that Walmart Prepares Like after my my Shopping Ill buy some Fried Potato Wedges and Ill also buy Sliced Roast Beef and gravy some fresh Bread or Rolls and make Hot Roast Beef sandwiches or Turkey I can get what looks good and know its Going to Be GOOD and should I need anything to go with it Walmart has it and the Employees really go out of their way to help and to make sure I find whatever I need its like going to one of Those OLD TIME MOM & POP STORES You Get Helped, you get what you need and should you Need Assistance theres usually someone Close by To Help

Horrible line was ten deep and only one cash register open. Self checkout was on cards only, because they did not want to be bothered with loading cash in the machines

Store is hot. Employees are rude and unhelpful. Also more cashiers are needed. Not all people can or want to do self checkout. It is taking away jobs. Customer service doesnt exist.

Its a Walmart Superstore. It has a lot of stuff and a lot of, sometimes very particular, people shopping there. Getting in and out wasnt bad and got what I was looking for.

I work with Door Dash. Came to pick up a customers order and have been waiting well over 30 minutes now for it to be brought out. Time is literally money for me. Id prefer Walmart didnt use us for their deliveries if this is how its going to be. Ive seen only ONE person bringing groceries out. This is beyond ridiculous.

I tried to do the pick up because my time is very limited. However trying to get the employees to actually give me stuff when I was assured it was there, was such a mess and head ache. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude and refused to helped me. She actually even yelled at me. Definitely not a good experience. It does not save same at all. At this location, it is absolutely not worth it.

It is amazing to me that every time I shop this Walmart, the service is wonderful! I have lived in this area for over twenty years, and in that time I can honestly say that they employees are courteous and helpful. As a result of the Pandemic, I have found myself going to this Walmart at least twice weekly. I have found this Walmart to have consistently stocked with appliances and a nice selection of household items. I don’t have the words to express how much I appreciate the courteous staff who consistently go about and beyond to assist customers with locating, carrying and delivering items.

3 cashiers open and each line packed. Took 30 minutes to check out. Was told by cashier that on black Friday all lanes will be open.
