The employees here are the best. I needed so much help shopping for wedding presents but they were patient and showed me where everything was.

They usually have the items I can’t seem to find elsewhere. I enjoy coming in and looking in every department. Never fails, I always find something I need or want while there.

I witnessed the lead cashier treat an older lady very poorly. The cashier told the lady to calm down when she’s wasn’t worked up or yelling but just explaining how she was sent a random item in a box with no receipt for an online order she place. This upset the lady since she was being accused of doing something she wasn’t doing. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience put on the customer for the companies’ mistake, the lead cashier used the opportunity to act superior and be blatantly rude to a lady 3 times her age. The lead cashier doesn’t have the skills for the management position shes in and definitely is lacking respect and common sense. Im writing this review for the lady I saw was holding back tears cause by what should be unacceptable behavior by a lead cashier with a chip on her shoulder.

I placed online order and simply waited for my email to notify me of when my same day order would be ready. My purchase was ready about an hour and half later. I selected curb side and less than 10 minutes later a mask wearing gentlemen who was very pleasant brought my items and put them in the back seat after checking my ID. Wish I knew his name.

I would like to shout out manager, Daniel. Daniel is the epitome of a leader and goes the extra mile. Yesterday 25AUG2021, I placed an online order & picked it up at the store curbside about an hour or so later. The item was placed in my back seat after Daniel scanned my pick up barcode & showed my ID. I got home to Kathleen, and noticed the security tag was left on the item. Not only was the security tag left on, it was in a place that prevented me from opening the item. I called the store, asked to speak with a manager, after a brief hold Daniel came to the phone and asked how he could assist. I explained my issue & my disappointment with possibly having to make a trip back to Warner Robins. He asked for my address, I gave it to him. He said, “I’ll be off at 8:30, I can come by your house and remove the security tag.” I said that would be awesome. Daniel showed up at my house around 9:00pm, removed the tag & I am elated with his customer service!!! He is DEFINITELY an asset to Bed Bath & Beyond!!!

I love this place but only gave it 2 stars because of the cashier. We got 2 long stem wine glasses. The cashier never wrapped them in any paper. She just put them in separate bags.

Got all the bath rugs I need. So excited.

The lady that worked at customer service desk was extremely rude she was upset because we had bulky items as well as a four pack of bens and the scanner code was between two of them, she couldnt get to it because it was sealed and got upset with us as though we packaged it she was very rude she didnt make eye contact and forgot to scan one of our items and got upset with me because she missed it. I ultimately decided to walk out before my fiance and allow him to complete the transaction. BUT.. outside of checkout I absolutely adored how clean the store was how friendly the other employees were the cashier she was extremely friendly I was able to get so many great items.

The store selection was good and they had all the items that I was looking for. The lady that checked me out was not nice nor helpful. She was telling someone else ( while checking me out) something about the person that was supposed relieve her hadnt shown up yet. She was not happy to be there and made sure that you knew it.

First time visiting Bed Bath & Beyond looking for an item as simple as a tv antenna which Id heard they carry. They did and a lot more. I was very pleased and surprised.

I walked inside and 3 workers were at the dest talking and laughing. We all made eye contact and no one greeted me. I stopped and walked back out. I’ll just take my money elsewhere 🙄

Management was not all together, had a worker waiting for help for a good 10 mins, and explained that they did not have a form of communication. Get it together.

I arrived as soon as the door opened so there were no crowds. The item I was looking for was in stock but some areas looked unorganized and pretty picked over (surprising since store had just open for the day).

The store definitely needs restocking. This was right after Christmas. The associates working there are very nice. They help you find what you ate looking for. Just very nice. Handicap accessible. Plenty of parking and handicap parking.

Our overall review on our experience was excellent on each party member and will definitely be back. As my cousin shall receive a birthday gift which I know shell love, as she mentioned all of the things on her birthday list. Then my auntie was able to locate what she has been searching for in all these places and came across it here.

We definitely appreciated that while we were shopping someone on the floor asked if we needed any help. He directed us to the item we needed. However, the item on display wasnt in stock. He offered to order it and ship it to us without shipping cost. But we decided to look for the item online ourselves to find a better price. Its definitely disappointing when theres an item on display that isnt in stock. However, the customer service was good.

The store had a large selection to choose from. I needed an extra long shower curtain and found 5-6 to select from. The prices were moderate for the special shower curtain sizes. I will wait until the after Christmas sales to get the best price and search online for coupons that will help also.

Found a lot of cool things even found stuff for my yard.

This place is Awesome, I could tell you about this store all day. They have anything and everything that you could ever want, I recommend you go and try it out, if I am not sure but I think that they might even price match again Im not really sure, but even if they dont their prices are really Great. Once you go in there your hooked and before you know it your cart is full and well enough said. I love this store. Thanks jeff

This is a smaller store, however, the staff works very hard to help in any way they can and they are very knowledgeable about their products. I have shopped this location a few times and each time the customer service was great. Its conveniently located and easily accessible. Store is kept neat and clean.

Not much in the store

All the people in the floor were very helpful but maybe they could have had a friendlier cashier? Or at least one that try to make a smile. This one just looked and acted like shed rather be somewhere else. And I should know. Lol I worked in restaurants and convenient stores almost my whole life.

Had a online return. I dreaded going due to experiences at other stores. They were warm kind and the return was completed with out issue. That kind of customer service you cant get anymore.

I love Bed Bath & Beyond. Last month I used the coupon on a upholstered storage bench from HomePop. Its really good looking and holds stuff. Love it here.

I went in for gifts for my mom. I got what I was lookingn for. When I got home, one of the items were broken and I didnt realize it. I took it back the next day and was able to exchange it without any problems. Great customer service!

Floor to ceiling of merchandise. Little bit crowded with narrow aisles. Can sometimes find what you want at a good price.

I was greeted as I entered the store. The store aisles were easy to get through so you could find everything you were looking for. An employee helped me find one thing I couldnt find, she physically took me to the item and helped me with my choice.

Friendly associates and manager. She was very helpful in ordering a product thats not in store. She assisted us with our purchases to the car and even brought my mom whos in a wheel chair out to meet me when I brought the car around. Lovely people

The cashier had no customer service knowledge. She was dropping everyones purchases into the bags like there was no such thing as fragile. I bought a metal coffee cup and it hit the counter so hard you could hear the metal reverberating.When I cautioned her but she dismissed my concerns with no apologies. Of course I should have expected no better. She handled peoples goods with the same apparent disregard as she did when she was applying that horrendous makeup job to her face.😹

Love this store but from Oct thru Dec I cant go inside because the smell of the candles or whatever it is that hits me as soon as I get to the door is so strong I cant breathe if I go inside. I have asthma and cant handle the strong scent of whatever they have out during this time. I would really like to shop for Christmas gifts but if I plan on breathing I dont dare go inside.

Customer service is always their top priority. I had a defective item I broughtback w/o a receipt and it was no problem. They always take care of people. Prices are a little high, but they always have a 20% coupon that make the prices on spot. Definitely good place to shop.

Helpful staff and great selections of goods.

First, they did not have what I was hoping to purchase. Clerk did offer to order it, but I told the clerk that it wouldnt arrive by Christmas. Second, there was so much disorganization and confusion concerning check outlines. Store shouldve put signs up as to which way checkout lines should proceed.

The Warner Robins store has always been very organized and clean and the staff is always willing to help you find whatever you need
