This place is awful. Rows and rows of empty shelves EVERYDAY. Stockers dont do their jobs, just leave products on the shelf and walk away. Corporate really should do something.

It has been a while since Ive been in this store. I found what I went for, but there were lots of empty shelves. Some shelves were a cluttered mess. Lots of boxes of inventory stacked around the store, but not on shelves. This was 10 am on a Tuesday morning. Would have thought the store would have been in better condition at this time. Still a good place to go for reasonable priced items. The store could just use some care and organization.

The most rudest people there will go torussell much nicer

I stop by Dollar tree to get my sister some birthday balloons and the lady at Dollar Tree was so helpful kind sweet thoughtful and friendly. So I give the lady at Dollar Tree 7 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

This store had the luncheon ware we needed so thats good. The problems start on the way in the store. The place is really nasty. The awning needs serious pressure washing or replacement. My son and I needed to use the restroom. I wish I had never entered the bathroom. There were no latches on the stalls, toilet paper scattered and water or urine all over the floor around the toilet. The store was very dimly lit as well.

Had a lot of stuff at an affordable price. Wasnt all cheap junk.

It was unusually dark inside I removed thinking, This is like in a horror movie when something is about to happen. It was much to dark. The lighting needs to be upgraded. Im not going back. Check it out for yourself.

Store is never stocked and line is always backed up going half way to back of the store. Roof has been leaking in there forever seem like, they have to put buckets downs to catch water leaking from ceiling.Cashiers are nice and respectful

Great dollar store always have plenty of items. Not always in stock but thats the price of getting such discounts on your everyday items and snacks!

Every time I walk in this store its so dirty, walking Hazzard because they have so many boxes and products on the floor. Seems as no one cleans or puts stuff back where it needs to go. They seriously need a makeover and redo the store. The awning out front is nasty looking not a good appearance for the new Five Below store who just came in next door. I would be ashamed to work in this store no one cares and that tells you how management is.

Well stocked,I found everything except 1 thing!

My husband went in today to get two drinks. Upon checkout, my husband was asked by the cashier what his necklace (moljner) was. He responded with what it was and what it meant and the Cashier replied with “You know you’re going to hell, right?”. My husband didn’t know what to say and just left. This is VERY unprofessional!! The fact that she said this to a customer while she was working is unbelievable! We will NEVER again return to this dollar tree. We’ve been customers here for years and never have had such an upsetting experience. I hope it comes back to her and she loses her job. Absolutely disgusting.

Its a HUGE store with a HUGE selection of merchandise!!! The cashier was a REALLY tall guy with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive encountered in a while! This store is open a little later and usually well stocked.

The areas of the store I was most interested in were a bit sparce. It did look like they had gotten a truck because boxes of freight were out in the selling floor. Not the best look. The cashier was friendly however her register froze when we were paying so we had to go in another cashiers line and checkout. Not their fault just very inconvenient as a customer. But for $1 not a bad experience. Ill return.

The only problem i have with this dollar tree is that its not kept completely stocked during holidays but that seems to be a common theme for dollar trees as far as dollar trees go this is probably my favorite one I do often go out of my way to come to this one it is one of the larger ones and is usually very clean and well stocked outside of the crafting supplies things I have problems finding in other dollar trees is usually not a problem here they also do have some crafting stuff that other dollar trees dont carry but I also find them to often be lacking things others carry in this department as far as decor this is hands down the best one

Staff was very nice. Items very picked through on certain things but it is also a very busy location. Needs more staff on Saturdays. Overall, okay store.

For everyone that dislikes the Centerville dollar tree location. It is now under new management. Its about to get cleaned up and cleaned out. Give them another shot in a few weeks to see the improvements!!!

I was in and out. They are the only ones in my area that sells a wall plus a personal size calendar for $1.00. I make this purchase daily.

While looking for items for our Fall Festival, we stumbled on a big seller in our Secret Santa shop and we filled carts with over 200 kid favorites. The store manager opened up a register to check us out and a nice clerk bagged. It took no time to check out and they did it with smiles. That’s nice!

The cashier was very nice but the store is a HORRIBLE mess....😲😲

Friendly staff helped us locate exactly what we needed, i was happy the doors were automatic because of covid 19

Horrible lady I spoke to on the phone, she was sarcastic and rude. I just wanted to know if they had something sold at there store and she didn’t try to help or see if it was in stock. Customer service is a non-factor at this location

Shopping here is always a great experience. The staff members are always friendly and helpful. The variety of items is great. I can almost always find what I need and plenty that I dont need.

I love this store. I love this chain. These guys have enough $1 stuff to keep me interested in going there. Part of the book The Artists Way has a recommendation that you take $5 and go shopping with it once a week, and buy something for you and for fn. This is the store I have been going to for about two months....and I dont see me going anywhere else anytime soon. I could go for another two months and just buy the $1 solar garden lights. Their selection for party items like napkins, tables, and grab bags is great too. Try them.

It took a while to find the graduation cards and the selection was skimpy. However, its a fantastic store with very friendly and helpful associates. Blessings!

This store has excellent customer service . I really enjoy this location. I have been coming here for years. They always have a good selection to choose from.This is one of my all time favorite stores.

They have everything here! My mother buys pecan swirls religiously from Publix for $1.29 and we found them here! They also have an awesome selection of books. All for one dollar! Does it get any better?

I shop at any of the other dollar stores except this one. The amount of people who just pull up to the curb and leave their cars while they shop at this location is staggering. It blocks traffic, and sightlines creating a dangerous situation for,all involved. And management does nothing to try and remedy the situation.

Husband got singled out and told to leave our sons diaper bag at the front of the store. He was told it was company policy even though weve gone to this location several times before and have never been stopped for carrying a diaper bag. If you are going enforce a policy then you shouldnt pick and choose who you use it on. You profiled my husband and have lost customers because of it.
