This is a great store with generally great selection. Customer service frankly depends on who is there. Some are super friendly and helpful others not so much. Overall would recommend though.

I came to JoAnns to survey fabrics for an upcoming project. My needs were pretty specific, but I found one that I absolutely loved and will work perfectly for what I need. The staff was extremely helpful when I needed them, and the store was clean and organized.

This was my very first time that I have ever been in the store. The person that cuts the fabric was not really friendly and the sale prices were high to be sale prices. The cashier was friendly and informative about incoming information that you could receive by registering one email. I would later went to Walmart and found that they had more to choose from and their prices were on point when compared to JOANN.

The customer service at JOANN Fabrics is awesome. I always find what Im looking for and I am very satisfied with the atmosphere.

I have shopped at Joanns for a long time and today the store had a new low. You have to ask management to unlock sharp objects and they carry to register. I felt like a child. I can go next door and buy from sales floor so what was the point of locking down. The new policies of ripping fabric and treating customers like a children instead of loyal customers are insulting to the many of us who are crafters. Goodbye Joanns, I get the feeling you dont care if your customers come back.

Best for fabric and staff is friendly. They do have yarn, paper crafts, and other supplies for hobbies but mostly dedicated to fabric.

Always go there for fabric and use the 40% off coupon. Have signed up for their email coupons now so that I can use them in conjunction with the 40% discount rate.

I am a paper crafter and this store has very little, but if you like fabric the selection is pretty good. Im disappointed because there are so few crafting options at this physical store. Hobby Lobby is right next door and I am not really sure how this store does as well as it does.

Havent been in the store since it changed locations, from what I saw its easy to shop there for your sewing needs. A logical lay out.

Each time I take my wife to Joanns Fabrics for her sowing and craft needs; she return with a humble beautiful smile and a couple of bags. Afterwards, she would tell me about the sales and discounted prices and the person who helped her with the purchase explained everything very well. Alright, husbands make your wife happy, take her to Joanns Fabrics.

Exceptional customer service! I needed an item and the employee went above and beyond to seek it out for me. She called me back and was amazingly kind, helpful, and professional. I have also bought fabric from them a few times and have gotten great advice and service from the fabric counter. I found some quality pillow inserts, craft supplies and other things here. A standout store! Thank you.

Not very well stocked, a little on the expensive side, and be careful about sale fabric they post signs but none of the fabric under signs is ever on sale.

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite craft stores. The shelves and displays are always neatly stocked and the inventory is diverse and reasonably priced. There seems to always be a good sale going on and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I love fabrics for quilting. They sell Singer sewing machines but they they dont have the walking foot I needed for my machine.

If you are a handicraft person this is a great place to find everything you need. Not as cheap as Wal-Mart but better stocked.

The cashier followed me around. This was not my first time in the store, but it is my last in this particular Joanns. Im not a fan of be accused of possibly doing things and poor customerservice. I also heard the cashier warn the other employee of the next group of people entering the store. This isnt acceptable.

This place is more than just fabrics. They have a much better crafting selection than hobby lobby right next door. Youd think it would be different because of size, but hobby lobby is just a lot more full of pre-made things, and JoAnns is a crafters paradise.

High prices. Called to ask a simple question and didnt even get out my sentence before I was cut off by a rude no from the man on the phone. Ill just go next door to Hobby Lobby from now on. Maybe you should speak to your customers with respect.

Wide selection of fabric friendly service

We came in the store looking for a certain fabric and the sales associate told us they didnt have it. Went to the car to leave and website said it was in stock. We found the fabric on our own and had a bad experience checking out. We wont be returning.
