The Waldorf location is very beautiful and always put together. The staff is very attentive. Everyone seems to also ask if I am being helped or need anything! I was even greeted by a manager which I believe she said her name was Sarah and she was just checking in. They were not overly aggressive with saying hi and checking in. But over all great atmosphere and everyone seemed very happy. Great job to management team on keeping the morale up especially during times like these.

Ordered a U shaped sectional for my basement which was kind of confusing. The store is nice and well stocked. Lois helped me figure things out and put it together the way I want it. She was dope.

The two guys delivering my living room set were great! I had a delivery time from 9:30-1230pm and they called me at 9:17am telling me they are on the way and wanted to make sure we were ready. We were in disbelief because we were never first for a delivery but we still had negative thoughts like yeah right they’ll be late. Nope! We heard a truck backing in and we were excited. My husband offered to help the two guys but they refused I guess they had their own system. It worked they were done in 20 minutes. They removed trash, plugged in the sofas and took pictures for proof we offered water and they were gone. FREAKING AWESOME!!!!

She was very knowledgeable of the sales they have and gave me good recommendations on what I was looking for. She made me feel at ease with no pressure. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Hannah and she is amazing!! From the moment I walked in the door she was enthusiastic and ready to help me. There was an issue with a credit that I had between different stores and customer service which was extremely frustrating but she handled everything from start to finish and I was able to leave the store with the items ordered that I wanted and felt very valued as a customer. My experience was wonderful. John took very good care of me. I came in frustrated, on 9/4/21. I had furniture delivered to my house 9/3/21 from regency furniture. The process was a disaster from start to finish. I had to send furniture back, because of incompetence after waiting three months for this furniture. I saw a sofa and loveseat set that I really liked and it was in stock, so I won’t have to wait. It will be delivered on Friday 9/10/21. During COVID my furniture took a while to be delivered but Lois kept me up to date with the shipment and any updates… once delivered, it was a misunderstanding between the sofa and loveseat..Lois quickly made the change and even helped with the difference in cost.. I also want to shout out Amanda, the manager who helped with the price difference, she was excellent!! she gave me the sale price from the order date because the sofa was no longer on sale. I decided to treat myself after the lost of my husband to a new bedroom set. So I purchased an adjustable bed, mattress, chest, and nightstand all with cash. All were to be delivered on 7/15/21 but to my surprise they only deliver the mattress and chest. I asked about the rest but no one could give me any answers. I’m a value city person always loved there selection of furniture. Don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.So sad customer

If you want good customer service and a person who will take the time and help you. Then look no further. Value City has a sales lady name Ms. Louis. She will not only sale you the furniture but she will genuinely follow up with you. For example, COVID has caused a delay for delivering furniture and as a customer it does get frustrated. But Ms. Louis put 100 percent of dedication to help you receive your furniture as soon as possible. Value City Corporate Office I hope you are reading this message because you need more sales representative like Ms. Louis. Any body can write up a sale and maybe receive the employee of year in sales. However, if they only give there 100 percent to get your sale and dont follow up when you have not received your furniture and when asked of the status and they only give you a 20 percent interest in your situation. Then thats a problem. Hats off to Ms. Louis, she makes me want to spend my money at Value City and tell my coworkers and friends to purchase their furniture from Value City. Ms. Louis needs to be in management because she knows how to deal with customer before and after a sale.

Unbeatable prices. The only downside to Value City most of their items cannot be taken home on the same day of purchase. I bought a dressing table and have to wait three weeks for delivery. Nonetheless, I am satisfied that they offer beautiful furniture.The sales representative was verry friendly and helpful, however, I would rate them 3 stars simply because they need to train their cashier to be friendlier. It takes nothing to wear a smile!

When we were ready, he was right there and answered all my questions. We used my value city credit card that I already had in place from several years ago. I actually asked for another Sales person (Jalen) he was actually off. I never actually worked with him just had his business card. Tracy split the sale that is a loyal person right there.

I arrived at 12:15 pm to pick up my merchandise. While gathering the product the employees broke the leg of the dresser. I was told they were fixing the leg, but never was allowed to see it. I waited well over an hour to receive the merchandise. It was only until I approached the employee, he informed me that they were applying putty to the damaged area and it would take an additional 30 to 45 minutes. I received this information at 1:23 pm. This is highly unacceptable, poor communication and horrible customer service.

This 5-star review is only for Tracy Dawson. I have been a valued customer of Value City Furniture for a while now. Whenever I need new furniture this is the first place I visit. Tracy has followed through with calls and text even on her days off AND even though I was not her original customer. I initially purchased a bedroom set in September. From then on until I met Tracy last week, was one of the worst experiences I had with Value City Furniture. Tracy listened to my concerns and immediately took action and didnt expect a commission or any money in return. Because of Tracy, I was able to get my bed delivered today that I have been waiting on since September 9, 2020. Tracy followed through and communicated everything she could find out in regards to my order. That made me extremely happy and willing to still spend money at Value City Furniture. Tracy takes pride in being a salesperson at Value City Furniture. And because of that I will be using Tracy Dawson to purchase my living set and anything else I decide I like at Value City Furniture.

I am very disappointed with VCF. I went into the store on 06/22. I do not look my age and get told that I look young, but shouldn’t matter. I wanted to purchase a dining set, bedroom set, living room set and a kitchen eatery table set. I walk into the store no one spoke to me…. Okay.I walked around the store maybe 5x in a matter of 30-45mins, giving them the opportunity to help me or acknowledge my existence. Nothing. Sat on a few pieces of furniture, video chat my friend who was helping me with ideas. Still no help. I deliberately walked in front of two sales reps, a white middle age man and a white middle aged woman. Neither addressed me and kept playing on their cellphones.That was it. I left and went two stores down to Ashley furniture where I was greeted at the front door.You NEED TO ADDRESS Your Customer service issue immediately. I was paying cash and buying for my first home.I will not recommend anyone to your store
