We walked in here ready to purchase a mattress but figured we’d just try a couple beds out and see what worked best for us. Immediately we were greeted by Deon who walked us through the whole process. Once we found our proper “fit” we tried out a few more mattresses in our price range. I appreciated Deon for not breaking that price range and go from low to top of our range. We also ended up leaving with purchasing a pillow that was super comfortable. Overall the process was great! Extremely easy and friendly staff.

I went to Mattress Firm to look for a mattress and had the best experience ever. The sales representative, Ira was excellent. I got the Royal treatment. He was patient giving me the opportunity to really trying out each mattress, laying on them as long as I wanted and he made sure I had all the information to compare my selections before purchasing. Customer service was exceptional.

This was the best mattress buying experience anyone could ever ask for. Dion was knowledgeable, professional and fun. He knew his product and cared about the customer. My mattress should last more than 10 years, but hopefully Dion is still there when its time for a new one.

We visited today to purchase a new mattress. We were greeted by Chuck as soon as we walked through the door. He’s very friendly and outgoing, in addition to being very knowledgeable about mattresses and bases. We ended up purchasing a new Tempur-Pedic along with an adjustable base. Everything is being delivered and set up this week. I’d highly recommend shopping here; no high pressure sales, great customer service and knowledgeable sales staff.

Upon arrival Mr Williams greeted us and told us to browse around and hop on beds. Once he was done with his customer he assisted. I provided filters to narrow my search to the mattress that suited my needs and wants. After that we were quoted a price. I then left went to Macy’s and Sears across the street to compare apples & oranges. The price Mr. Williams quoted me was the best deal. We made it back before closing where we sealed the deal and added another sale a twin mattress for my guest room that was a blow out price @ 50% off.Overall I felt confident in my purchase Based on the level of service my mother and I received today.

About a month ago My husband and I came to this location in search of a durable bed especially since We both are heavy. We were instantly greeted when we walked in, which is always a feel good. We were asked specifically what we were looking for and Ira was so knowledgeable. He took all the “work” out of finding a good bed. He walked us through trying different beds out seeing what we liked and didn’t liked. The entire process felt like it took less than an hour and Delivery was scheduled for the next day!!!! When it’s time to buy another bed I’m definitely coming here and I pray Ira is still there.

I recently bought a mattress what a nightmare Ive had multiple back surgeries and need a really firm mattress first I tried nectar the girl in The Thing told me that she was sending me a super firm mattress however it was a six on a scale of 1 to 10 way too soft for me to sleep on so I needed to return it they had me jump through so many hoops which they figured I could not complete and they wouldnt need to give me a refund I finally did get my refund and went to Mattress Firm and saw IRA he took his time showed me mattresses made me lay on them for 20 minutes at a time to make sure I was finding the right mattress then he gave me a good discount on the mattress I found and when I had a later problem he helps me fix that so go see Ira at Mattress Firm if you are looking for a better nights sleep

I had a wonderful experience when I visited this established. Ira was very knowledgeable and knew the importance of a good mattress. He was very truthful and gives the customer a chance to try out and experience the mattresses in the store. He was very patient and did not want to rush the customer in choosing a mattress. Keep In Mind She Had No Idea I am a Google Local Guide (GLG) until almost the end of our conversation, so I know she was Sincere as far as providing me with impeccable Telephonic Customer Service/Customer Care. This is one of the things I require before I show up To Any Business I might be spending my hard-earned money at And Especially a Business I have never done business with before. In addition, it was obvious to be that Kimberly is very proud and respectful of her job and Employer, as well as her Co-Workers. For example, and because this store is not the closest to my home, she Proudly informed and invited me to see her “Team” at the store in Clinton, MD since that store is closer to me. I loved that she referred to her co-workers as a Team. Unfortunately some folks Only use terms like this to impress a Boss that is standing right in front of them and the minute the Boss is gone, they are back to Caring Less about being a part of a Team or the importance of Teamwork. But Kimberly is the type of Employee that any company would be Proud to have On Board, especially because she is an excellent example of a Real Team Player/Team Builder/Motivator. We were just out mattress shopping. Ira was so knowlegeable, friendly and courteous. We visited another well known store. The sales person invited us to try a dirty mattress and did not offer a head napkin or anything.Its was the exact opposite.

September 16,2019.. online i got approved to do a lease to own (currently rebuilding credit 😬) the store manager greeted me and let me sit on all the beds like i was goldilocks .. until I picked out this beautyrest Providence bed which was very $$$$.. he gave me a great deal with the price $$$.. because it was a floor model 🛏.. overall very happy with my first new bed in many many years

Did business with Ira and it was awesome. However after 1 month of use we noticed the bed is hard. Switched it out and did not get the same discount.
