Doesnt return calls, they are never available to answer the phone, you get lucky if they do. Say theyll call you back when they finally do answer but dont, even if you offer them buisness they are not equipped to handle you nor do they want your buisness. Surprised its still open.

I was having trouble with my engine over heating in my 2015 Chevy Suburban. I have an extended warranty and RAS was one of the auto repair shops who accepts my warranty company. It took them less than 24 hours to get my vehicle repaired and get my vehicle back on the road. The people were professional and get me informed throughout the whole process.

I went to RAS for a state inspection. It was only 80.00 and it took about 45 minutes. I love how polite the workers are there and I love they they are not making up stuff to drum up business. I read reviews before going to this shop and they were outstanding. I too will now be bringing my other vehicles to this shop for state inspections and when I need to service my motorcycle this is also where I will take it. They also helped me to understand something about the inspections that if I didn’t know would have cost me a ton of money. So I’ll fix the minor seatbelt issue on my other car then bring it in for inspection as well.I highly recommend this shop. I was in and out.Update 27 April 2020Had a great experience with these guys the first time with my Prius that I brought my Ford Escape back. They took me in without an appointment and quickly fixed the issue with my ford that caused me to fail my inspection. The have extremely reasonable prices, quick and friendly service. This was my third experience with them and I’ll only bring my vehicle to be serviced here. 15/10 stars. Making me trust mechanics again.

I was referred to this shop by a local. Took my car in to have AC checked and two hours later found out the compressor was shot. Pulled out my wallet and the owner told me no charge! The next week my car had a warning light on so I called to see if they could look at it. Same guy told me what to check over the phone and I got the light turned off. Busy place, but great service!

Had an inspection there. Everyone that I encountered was very polite and professional. They even pointed out something that I need to pay attention to with the car and never felt like I was being sold anything that I didnt need. I recommend RAS for your automotive needs.

Had a radiator hose bust on my Chrysler 200 was able to get it the shop. It was busy but they were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road good as new. The owner Ronnie is always helpful and explains what they are doing in terms you can understand. Highly recommend!!

My one stop shop. RAS has worked on all my vehicles including motorcycles. They have fair pricing with extensive knowledge. I can trust them to address my issues and nothing more. I have referred them to family and friends and they have shared similar experiences. While they are in business I know where I can go and not have to worry about the quality of work on any of my vehicles.

Needed a car inspection in a quick turn around period. Called and even though it was an hour before closing, was told to come right over. Once there, I received courteous, efficient service. The staff was quite friendly and no one complained that it was a little after closing. The bays were full so this service, must be good.I would highly recommend RAS Auto & Cycle.

Ive been a customer of RAS since it opened. Ronnie has always been honest and efficient when it comes to servicing my car. I moved to the Annapolis area and still drive an hour to get ALL my work done here. He is very accommodating with allowing me to drop my car off before work hours and calling as soon as its ready to be picked up. Ive even had emergencies where Ive dropped by the shop unannounced and hes been able to immediately put my car on a lift.

RAS Cycle has become my go to place to get whatever I need repaired fixed. Ronnie (the owner) has worked with me when I have had issues dropping off any of my vehicles and the work done is professional and fair in price. I would recommend this shop to anyone as I am confident in the work they perform.

RAS was excellent. I took my suv in for Md state inspection. The staff is friendly and my wait time was short.

This place is terrible. Most of the positive reviews are by employees. If youre a female avoid this place. The owner, Ronnie, will run you up on price simply because he can. (Later confirmed with other quotes.) The place is not clean. You cannot count on the times they tell you to pick up your car. And they wont call you to tell you that your car is going to take longer. I arrived at 2 oclock, the time they told me and my car was not ready until around 5. Avoid.

I like this place. The prices are very reasonable, and I trust the work that Ronnie and his crew do. I used to take my Jetta exclusively to Eurowerks (formerly Volkswerks) in Falls Church. Then I tried this place, because I needed a Maryland inspection, and they were close by. Since then, I havent returned to Eurowerks (nothing against them, theyre still way better than the local dealerships, but theyre farther away and more expensive), and Ive started taking my truck here as well.

I have been using RAS Auto since 2006. Ronnie Sidney and his team do great work and provide 5 Star service to all my vehicles.
