Laura was totally professional, and the painter and windshield technicians were efficient. I received my vehicle two days early. They washed my vehicle before returning it to me and made sure the inside was as I left it. They even armoraled my tires.

Signature collision Killed my batteryA tech told me they left a door open while awaiting replacement plastic parts and that the battery was dead.I appreciated them telling me.When pressing the supervisor to pay for the battery they killed, he claimed ‘standard practice disconnected battery’, couldn’t possibly be our fault, your old battery just time to replace, aren’t we nice telling you. Of course we won’t pay for it.They jumped it before I got there, so nothing to see.When I turn it off at home, the dome light won’t even come on. No indications of having had a disconnected battery.The cumulative evidence is much more indicative of the tech’s story than the manager.Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking. This isn’t that.Corporate culture of coverup and defensiveness, not of customer satisfaction and owning honest mistakes.I recommend you find a better place that stands by their work and mistakes.

I highly recommend everyone to go to this shop they truly care about there customers they work with you and they understand LIFE !! I got in a accident it wasn’t my fault and they not only fixed my car they fixed other damages that was on my car as well I’m so grateful to have been placed at this shop because they really took care of me 10/10 service very professional and communication was always there every step of the way !

I got rear ended back in December 2019. Didn’t have time to take my car to them till Mid January. So I liked you could schedule that far out. Was very pleased with Matt’s customer service.Was very happy also the fact they have enterprise right there on site too. I really needed my car back and he got it done in time for me to pick it up a little after closing time. My car was only there for 10 days. Better then other places having it for 2 months or longer. The only bad thing I can say is the lady can’t recall her name but she doesn’t have very good customer service on the phone. But other then that I will continue to go there to get my car fixed for anything.

This was the worst place Geico could have ever sent me. I was hit from behind and they were tasked with repairing the rear damage to my car. Once I got my car back, the bumper was poorly replaced and they had used old scratched parts to replace the bumper. I also noticed that my rear camera that was damaged during the repair was also not fixed. I attempted to call them numerous times to no avail. After reviewing them on here and their poor service, I received a call from someone that not only confirmed that “no electrical work was done on my car” and stated that he would fix the issue and that I had a new appointment to return the vehicle for correction. On day of arrival, I’m turned away due to “not having an appointment”. And after months of trying (this all began in MAY) I still can’t get anyone and now I’m responsible for paying for the damages - that I never did in the first place! Don’t use them! Poor customer service and very poor quality of work.

Despite the pandemic raging and disrupting life in general, they had my repair complete within one day. Originally we believed that the part would take a few days to come because of things going on, they got the part the same day and I was able to pick up my vehicle the next day. Everyone was courteous and professional.

Well I just cant say enough about Signature Collision. Husband was rear ended and Geico Insurance sent us to Signature. Our 2014 Toyota Corolla was damaged on the right rear including quarter panel trunk bumper etc. Dropped our car off picked up rental at the Waldorf location. Gloria explained the process and Alex explained the repair. Both went above and beyond the entire time our vehicle was in their hands. Our car was returned to us in a timely manner considering the extent of damage and honestly it looked as new as when we first bought it. They also went the extra mile vacuuming and washing. Great service and workmanship is difficult to find these days but honestly our experience was exceptional and we highly recommend and will use them if needed. Great job and thanks so much☆☆☆☆☆

So I originally was sent here to get my car fixed by Geico. I read the reviews (thank goodness) and decided to only go her for the fixture quote. However, even that was a horrible experience. I had a scheduled appointment made two weeks in advance and ended up waiting more than a hour before anybody would see me. So, guess who was extra late for work?During my wait one lady walked in that said the body work that was done was not good. Sounds like they messed up her paint job.In person customer service APPEARED to be good, but the receptionist is clearly very sarcastic and inconsiderate from the way she talks about customers once they get off the phone with her. She was irritated with one woman who called to ask about her car which was supposed to be done 2 days prior. The receptionist apologized on the phone with a typical you cant rush these things but was clearly annoyed after hanging up. Mind you the whole place is one room so customers waiting can see and hear everything that the employees are doing.I definitely am happy I didnt get my repairs here just my interaction and hearing the receptionist talk on the phone was enough to let me know I wouldnt like working with them.

I wish I could give a zero star because 1star is too much, they had my vehicle over 30 days when I went to pick it up my car I had to bring it back for touch up work you would think for a shop to keep your car for over 30days it would be perfect but it wasnt I wouldnt suggest no one to drop there car off hear unless you dont need it for a long time and if you dont mind bringing it back a couple of times for touch up work

Only good thing is the friendly reception girl is as nice as can be and body work came out great.. BUT I WILL NEVER deal with this place ever again! Brought my car in to get body work (Geico claim referral) and after 2 weeks told that my car was ready for pick up, I get there and my car wouldnt even start! I had to get my car jumped by signature employee then made a quick test drive to have the car die on me as I pulled back into signature collisions parking lot right in front of a customer and employee. Long story short, I have new problems with my car that I have NEVER had before. The manager flat out LIED to me over the phone and dealt with me like Im new to the game, was very unhelpful and unwilling to assist me with any resolution. I will be contacting better business and file complaint.UPDATE 8/27/16Finally pick my car up after a month of waiting for it and signature collision completely half assed the job. Once I left the lot got up to around 50 miles an hour to start hearing a weird noise, pulled over to find that the wheel well liner that was should of been replaced wasnt and it was hanging off the wheel dragging! To make matters worse my headlight are completely crooked and My airbag light is on. What the hell?

Im surprised at the negative reviews for this place because I had a great experience here. I had some storm damage to my car the other week and filed a claim online, was referred here, and given an appt very quickly. I wasnt sure if I wanted to use the insurance because I was concerned with my rates going up so I got an evaluation only at first. The whole process took under 40 mins and I decided to get the repair done. I brought the car back in two days and was given a time estimate of several days. Well, I ended up getting it back the very same day and the damage is 100% fixed. Everyone I dealt with was so nice. I would not hesitate to go back if I have the need.

I would say this is my last time dealing with this horrible place, but sadly, I am still finding things they didnt do correctly or flat out damaged in the process of fixing my vehicle. I was T Boned in October, and was referred by my Geico Claims Rep to this horrible place. Two weeks go by and they fix my car. I drive half way home (over an hour away) and my tire pressure gauge light comes on. I stop to fill my tires with air and discover one of the tires is almost completely flat. I contact my Geico rep in the shop, and he informs me that they must have simply forgot to refill the tire when they checked my rims for damage. I brush it off. I start my car the next day, same tire is almost flat. I also see, now that its light outside, that my paint was not blended properly, its scuffing on the door frame, seals were not properly put back on, and my back door wasnt even attached to the frame properly and was not securing fully! I contact my rep AGAIN and inform him I WILL be bringing my vehicle back in to have the lifetime warranty fix what should have been fixed properly the first time. I was informed I would be receiving a rental at the cost of the shop. I just checked my credit card statement and I was charged for the second rental! I will be contacting them AGAIN today, as I am NOT a happy camper right now.

The worse experience today.This is my first and last time there. Zero stars will be nice.They are rude and very unprofessional. Even the manager Dont return calls.They had my car for 2 weeks! They didnt want pay for the first week of my rental.Then Ms.A. my rep wanted to be cute and she tried it. got very smart with me and - she got her feelings hurt that today!!! I dont care.!!I called her boss still never called me back and he wont so :)They ( signature..... ) So called look at my car for damange. They said it was nothing wrong with it. It will be okay. Really are they blind? They most think I had stupid on forehead...I was going let that go. Wrong!!!!!Once I took my car else where it was about,$800.00 worth of damage. They found! Signature.....talking about oh, its nothing wrong, you will be OK. Okay Cons!!!!!I went here because The person who hit me was GEC.insur. Form now on, Idc not going Here period.Run Yall
