I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are VERY RUDE and like to change your prices after you already agreed. They will come to your house if you are a day late even after you call them and then turn around in your yard. And have to care at all. And when you would go by the store to pay when they should be open they would be closed . They like to close before store hours. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I paid off my product within the same as cash price witch ended on a Sunday. RAC isn’t open on Sunday so the system would not allow me to payoff one item. Needless to say they Drew a line in the sand and so did I. I will never do business with Rent A Center and Waldorf ever again they lost a good customer.

I had an amazing experience with the store manager Brittany Artis, she was understanding to my situation, very professional, and easy to communicate with.. If your thinking of renting ask for Brittany she is awesome..Also Paul is a driver, he is very knowledgable and will answer any questions you have.. If your getting an install or delivery ask for Paul hes an 8 year veteran of Rent A Center he knows his stuff..

Ive already made to many payments to get out my contract but I would definitely not recommend them at all. Need help with customer service and the way they talk to people.

Put it this way I went to rent some furniture every time I tried to go they said they were open evn by their time chart their doors were always locked even 3 hours before they actually close
