I went in to get a French door refrigerator and ended up getting a frig and stove! The prices were unbeatable and the service was impeccable! I got a great deal and they installed the new ones and removed the old ones. I will definitely shop here again!

This company has great ethics. Prior to purchasing my machine, they gave me a few things to look at to ensure it was broken. Their prices are amazing too for their used appliances.

This is the 8th item i have brought from Yes we Can Appliance’s. I wanted to make sure they work for a long period of time before leaving a review . I have rental properties so I need several appliances for different units I have purchased dishwasher washer and dryer over the range microwave fridges, they all work excellent. i transported them to my place in the back of my van. had a hookup issue. ( my vent issue) they came out for a reasonable fee and been great ever since.

They are basically shutting down his business and doing service calls. What appliances he had left he is selling for cash. He no longer takes credit cards.

The price was right. The refrigerator was delivered as promised. My only complaint was that they couldnt give me a smaller delivery window. I waited in limbo all day. They arrived at 7:20 pm. Ugh.I do love my used fridge though. Its beautiful and works great.

Very unreliable and poor service. Scheduled a service on Friday with a definite pre-call with Terry. I was told that I would receive within my time window, to be available. Never received pre-call on Monday for service and when called to dispute not receiving call, I was told that it’s not in the policy even though I was clearly and definitely told that I would receive one before arriving. Did not receive service at all.

Great deals on quality appliances. Friendly and helpful staff.

Poor communication and customer service. Prepare to constantly have to call for updates on your appliances. Service call fee does not go towards repair as stated. Its like you get a jacked up higher bill for labor.

Both my washer and dryer went out and Yes We Can Appliances came right out and tackled my issues. They were very prompt and courteous. I would use them in the future... * Although I am hoping nothing else breaks :)

We were searching for a decent looking but used washer, electric dryer and fridge for income property. We found exactly what we needed in our price point here. When I phoned ahead and described what we needed, the owner sent us multiple pictures matching the items immediately. We showed up the next day and picked up and paid...easy! We found the owner to be extremely knowledgable and straight foward. This business does offer a 30 day refund which we found extremely helpful. If you need good looking, used appliances fast with only a little bit of cash, this is a place to check out!

Ive used Yes We Can for several years now. The owner is competent, the prices were awesome and they repaired my appliances without issue.

I have used this company at least 3 times and each time they have been nothing less than professional and very reasonable.

Paid for parts & services but they did not fix my machine. Tried to contact them to finish job but they refused to repair & hung up on me. Drove to their store & business was gone with no notice. Tried to file small claims case but with no physical address, I cannot serve them. I lost out on $300. Never use them, unprofessional & con men. I give them no stars but not an option in this review

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Business. Purchase a fridge that suppose to have been brand new unused, it stop working less than two weeks. Their invoice say 30 day warranty, but they want me to pay for a technician to come out. No where on their invoice does it state a service fee needs to be paid. This is shady business dealing. Never will I do business with someone like this.

Incompetent guy selling junk merchandise. I tried to purchase a used washer/dryer from Yes We Can, and pay them to deliver and install the machines. They brought four sets of broken down appliances to my home and couldn’t get any of them to work. I was embarrassed for them and had to apologize to my tenants for hiring a washing machine guy who didn’t know how to operate a washing machine. Then they promised me a full refund but refused to refund the delivery fees – as if I’m supposed to pay them for their inability to deliver a working product. I ended up buying from a competitor that promptly delivered and installed a washer/dryer without a problem. Stay away from this company and shop somewhere else, anywhere else.

They are a complete ripoff. They sold me a broken refrigerator and didnt adhere to their 30 days warranty.The refrigerator I received had a broken water dispenser from the moment they delivered it. I even paid the delivery fee to have their guys install it. They never got it to work when they hooked it up. I called the company to complain the same day. They claimed it worked before they shipped it and tried to blame the damages on me. That is completely unprofessional. They refused to fix it like promised in there 30day warranty.They told me they will just refund my money back because the part to fix it would cut into their profit margins. But I allowed them to haul away my working refrigerator away. That means I would be without a refrigerator.So they came over to try and fix it and they took the apart whole inside to only find that the internal water filter housing was completely cracked and damaged. They left all the pieces unassembled in the fridge and said they will come back. They never did and I waited 2 weeks.I called Sears and hadd to pay $262 to have my refrigerator repaired. I told Yes We Can Appliance that I had to get it done myself and had the receipt of how much the repairs costs. They told me I broke warranty by using Sears to repair. SmhI recommend everyone to stay away from this company. They are completely unprofessional. I try hard to support local businesses, but I wish I never done business with this one.

Just went to browse. The should really clean out the refurbished refrigerators, the smells were off putting.

This company is the worst. The customer service deserves a negative. They came to the house with a washing machine that wouldnt fit due to the way the door open. He immediately got an attitude and got nasty. Then when they took the washing machine back out they wasted water all over the floor and didnt clean it up. This company has some real junk for appliances. They are called Yes We Can Bring You Some Junk!!! 😡😡😡

This is a company that clearly knows how to repair appliances, cares about people and provides an exceptional service. A friend referred me to Yes We Can Appliance after 2 months of online videos and advice from the manufacturer. I was told the main control panel on my 2015 range went bad so I ordered and installed a new panel. However, the new panel wouldnt work. So I called Chris at Yes We Can. After a few missed calls earlier in the day Chris called me back at 7:30 in the evening. He walked me through what he thought was the problem. He said if his instructions didnt work to call him back and he would find someone in my area to come fix it. After getting off the phone I did what he instructed me to do and it worked. GREAT COMPANY!
