My husband and I appreciated Mr. Tim Smiths recommendation and great customer service during our purchase of new GE washer and dryer machines. We are so glad that we decided to purchase the washer machine! This washer does a great job and is easy to use! It does a great job washing various types of loads of laundry. We would absolutely recommend this washer to anyone who is wants to purchase a new washer machine. The dryer is very easy to use and does a great job on various loads of laundry. We especially like that the dryer prepares its settings based on the information it receives about the load of laundry in the washer machine. T hats pretty awesome!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Bray and Scarff in Waldorf, MD!!! I went to the store on Black Friday to look for kitchen appliances. I was quickly greeted by Tyrone Gibson. He was very professional and knowledgeable about all appliance brands. He gave me some great advice and things to consider that I had not thought about. I ended up replacing all of my kitchen appliances (wasnt my initial plan) based on the outstanding customer service he provided. I have never had such a pleasant shopping experience or encountered a salesperson who went above and beyond like Mr. Gibson. His follow up was amazing too. He called to check on my delivery and to ensure I was totally satisfied with my appliances. This was timely because I had questions on using my Kitchenaid refrigerator. I have shared my experience with several family members and friends. One of my coworkers has already reached out to Mr. Gibson and shared how impress she was with him too. Bray and Scarff can always count on me to wave your flag and specifically send those looking for appliances to Mr. Gibson!!!

Very nice selection of top end appliances. Unfortunately they did not deliver to Fredericksburg, Virginia. The showroom is nice and if you are looking for appliances other than that you would find at the Big Box stores, you will definitely find it here.

I too HIGHLY recommend Bray & Scarff in Walfdorf, MD as the best place to buy kitchen/home appliances in the area. First of all, the store has a great showroom with a huge selection of appliances. And, with the tireless help of store manager Tyrone Gibson, we were able to furnish our kitchen with all new appliances at prices that either matched or were lower than advertised prices that we found elsewhere. Tyrone helped explain how we could have our cabinets modified (when others said it wasnt possible) to accommodate a taller refrigerator and a microwave/oven /warming drawer combo that was a different size. Because our warming drawer did not come with a handle that matched our other appliances, Tyrone called the manufacturer and was able to get a special order placed so that everything matched. With manufacturer/store rebates that Tyrone helped us fill out, we saved even more money. Overall, great store!

We had a small kitchen fire in August 2013, which led to our decision to completely renovate our kitchen, hence, new appliances.Initially, we went to Sears in Waldorf. The experience was horrible to say the least. The salesperson was new and inexperienced and the one person who could help her, was too busy trying to get out of there to go to the party. We intended to purchase a refrigerator, cooktop, wall oven, dishwasher and microwave--the estimated cost of what was shown us was over $12,000--whew!We spoke with a friend of ours who suggested we go to Bray and Scarff in Waldorf. I immediately remembered this company because I worked in property management for 31 years and Bray and Scarff was the company we used to replace the appliances in a rental community that I managed in Landover, MD.That said, my husband Greg and I are so very glad that we went to Bray and Scarff. We were greeted by a very pleasant and helpful salesperson by the name of Tim Smith, who not only was very willing to assist us but knew the products, made suggestions, listened to what made me--the woman happy and helped us put a beautiful stainless GE Café Profile kitchen together.I am so pleased with all of our purchases. As a point of information, when I described our appliance purchases to our kitchen designer (who is with another company) she knew it was the Café line and noted it was a good line of appliances. This made me feel even better.Tim Smith made us aware of the utility rebate and appliance rebates available for purchasing --which made us leave there feeling satisfied and not taken advantage of. Not only did we get appliances that we are absolutely going to love--but we got an excellent, friendly service experience each time we visit the Waldorf store.In closing, we saved circa $4,000 by shopping at Bray and Scarff. Each time I hear someone talk about purchasing new appliances -- I quickly interject and suggest they go to Bray and Scarff -- in Waldorf and see Tim Smith. Delivery crew very unprofessional. Claimed they do not get salary and that they rely on tips for payment. We had already paid $49.95 delivery and they informed us after they unpacked our new fridge in our driveway that they needed an additional $59.95 to bring new fridge in house and another $59.95 to remove old fridge since fridge doors would have to be removed to get fridges in/out of house. Would not shop there again because of poor delivery experience.
