Went in with my husband so he could get a few things and the store was neat and clean. While walking around saw a Fossil smartwatch that I liked. Was iffy cause I left my phone in the car and couldnt do my comparison shopping look up. However, after asking a lady sales representative was confident in purchasing it (not saying what she did but it was about the same price in neighboring stores 😁). I wish I got her name cause she was nice and helpful. Plus, on the the questions she wasnt sure about she went and got the answers for me. Im so thankful she was the person who helped me cause I would have walked away without it.

Best Buys delivery company left a washer and dryer in my hallway instead of installing them in their designated place. I believe this is a fire code violation. I have been calling customer service for hours. No help. I need someone to come out immediately to rectify.

Brought my laptop from them. They did not have the best customer service at first. I look for 30mins and no one helped me. I was getting ready to leave and the young man came over was able to get a easy sale because I knew what I wanted. They did not have it in stock so they delivering it to my house 3 days later.
Came to pick up my product. Send word I had arrived and within 2 min the package was brought to the car. Perfect. She was very nice and wished us a great weekend.

Recommend/suggest to have a better visibility for the store, I will recommend to cut the trees/ grass need to be cut, also parking lots maintenance clean, the BestBuy sign is not visible, make the corners well maintenance/ attraction for the visitors/and tourists. Think is about is about marketing your store ( attractions visibility bring customers and high demand visitation.) Long term long investment.
I can always find something to buy here that I dont need. They fulfill all my tv wants and dreams and appliance dreams. Saving up for this wall oven! Cant wait.

This is the worst location! The customer service horrific and filled with incompetent employees. The store manger Joesph (Joe) Kingsmen attempts to ignore customer complaints. I was notified two days before my delivery that my shipment would be delayed another three weeks! This after my second order at this location. The first attempt at getting my washer and dryer set the wrong color was ordered and the items weren’t even in stock. I was charged twice and when I called customer service to complain about the issues I’ve experienced I was told my refund would take up to six months. I ended up filling a claim with my bank to get the issue resolved sooner. I would never recommend this location or organization again for major purchases. Next time I will stick with my gut feeling and purchase with Home Depot.
Service on the floor was really good, and all was well until my father and I were stopped and asked did you already purchase that? while leaving the store with the TV my father had just bought. That verification couldve been approached much less offensively, and really spoiled whatd been excellent service up to that point.

I had a pretty good service experience here. In the end, they weren’t able to help me, but it was of no fault of theirs (Apple hadn’t sent them the parts). But everyone was helpful, answered questions, and they even let me use the phone to call my wife because they had mine. I would certainly recommend based on my experience.

The way they handled their recent GPU restock on Aug 26th was atrocious. They had scaplers out in the line trying to resell the GPUs they had gotten a ticket for, at a $300 upcharge. On the property, infront of employees, who did nothing to stop or prevent the behavior. Do not shop here if you want a shot at a new computer or computer part, Best Buys official line from the customer support is that they dont care about scalpers buying their high demand inventory and then trying to resell it on the property. Overall a disappointing store with a manager missing in action it seems

Friendly welcome and the associates were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The set up is different from the other best buys Ive visited but the helpful staff helped expedite our visit to help us find what we sought.

While the selection in the gaming area sometimes leaves a bit to be desired, overall this is a fantastic store. The employees are knowledge and pleasant and dont breathe down your neck like a lot of other places make their people do.
Theyre trying to do more with less. They need more staff and shelf inventory.

Tori was super helpful! He asked if I needed any assistance and took the time to help me with any questions I had regarding expresso machines. I then proceeded to get a laptop. He saw me waiting patiently to get help because all employees were busy with a customer. Tori went out of his way to help me get the laptop I needed . He gathered all my items, checked me out, and placed them on a cartfor me. I truly appreciate great customer service (hint why I am writing this review) and I hope this brings him some success as he deserves it! Thank you sir and I will be returning!

I used the Geek Squad for the first time. I only waited 3 minutes past my scheduled time. One manager did offer free bottled water to everyone who was waiting, due to the warmth of the building. Mr. Brownell, happily sold me on the recovery package that I needed. He also took most of my old stuff for recycling. He did advise me that computer screens cost $25 to be recycled, but everything else I had was free. I will give an update in a week, once the requested work is completed.

Ive lived here in Waldorf Maryland for 3 years. In 7/2/21was the first time Ive experience good customers service. I want to give a shoutout to a young man name Stephen, thank you for being so kind when I was looking so lost. Also give a shoutout to a young man, I didnt get his name, but he was the only employee with two color shoes on, red in left foot and yellow on his right foot. I want to thank you as well. ET
Reserved a 4:40 p.m. appointment with geek squad. Didn’t get checked in until 5:20 p.m. The very nice geek squad worker then explains to me that because I don’t have a geek squad/ Best Buy plan they can not help with laptop repairs due to a backlog at the company they outsource to. Now this is semi understandable because everything is blamed on Covid. The issue is this should have been stated on the website, on the appointment reservation page, or on one of the confirmation emails that was sent to me. At the very least instead of having customers wait in line for 40 minutes how about you ask “ Do you have a plan with us” when we first get in line. Customer service a lost art.
Today, went in to get a nice Samsung tablet S6 and we got helped to find them in the back of store. I got nervous when I did not see them in the glass display but the nice sales person told us they are in the back, so we got one and we left under 10 minutes. Great service and would come back again.

There was a line to get in the store, albeit it was midday on a Saturday. The music was BLARRING when we walked in. It took over 15 minutes to get help. Usually they have too many staff, but after I asked the same guy for help twice, 7 minutes apart (he spoke into his earpiece to send other help rather than just walking the 12 feet over to the speaker section and help me himself). Then I decided to leave after 15 minutes and told the people at the front door so, the lady sent Nick over to help who did a very good job. Thanks Nick and lady.

I needed a PC monitor and keyboard and it was in stock. Had important paperwork that was due and definitely a lifesaver. We have to get used to mail-order and its difficult having to adjust. We have been spoiled and the Pandemic is teaching us a thing about real life. Also, acquiring patience.

I have been to Best Buy twice in the past two days. They are so slammed busy in there. They still took care of me promptly! The first day Arron helped me and even after I watched one lady freak out at him, He kept his cool and didn’t let it effect his mood while helping me. And today a young lady who was obviously super busy, stopped what she was doing and helped me. I was in and out of the store happy with my service both days even with them being so slammed! I come here for most of my electronics needs and they have what I need for the most part. Im a bit disappointed that they subsidized their Blu-ray offerings but I guess theyre doing it for their business needs.
I brought a echo dot for my husband for Fathers day. The workers were friendly and very helpful.
I had an appointment with geek squad at 4pm today. I arrived at 3pm to get a few things before my appointment. I was standing in line around 3:45 when a gentleman walked up behind me, startled me and began a dialog I found offensive. He assumed I didnt have an appointment, was late or didnt belong. He then refused to take the laptop I tried to give him. Mid way through we got to a point where he was civil but as he identified himself as the geek quad manager I felt his customer service should have been much better. Once we cleared the air and as he was checking me out a woman walked passed and he was respectful, didnt follow her and greeted her with no malice. It was at that point I realized I was profiled.
I like this Best Buy but waiting in line in the freezing cold because they’re only letting a certain number of people in the store is ridiculous. I understand coronavirus is dangerous and safety is first but come on it’s 2021. Stay 6 feet away and wear a mask 😷 I just want to get one thing and go, not waiting in line outside in 40 degree weather on a windy day for 10+ minutes I ended up leaving

I would give them zero star if possible. I tried to buy $9000 worth of Home theater equipment and have never had such bad service. After going to the Waldorf MD store and getting a bid I called back to make some changes from my home 2 hours away. A week went buy and Xzavier keep telling me he was having a problem sending the email. I told him I get tons of emails every day. He might want the Geek Squad to help. In the end he said he could send the bid but it would not be the final price. I asked him how could I buy something without knowing the price. I asked for his manager and he would not give me his number. I have no idea how they stay in business

I asked for assistance in the tablet department and no one provided any assistance. There were other associates walking pass me as I was debating on which item to purchase. But the female cashier and female store security were the best. I was greeted with a smile and a warm conversation about my purchase. Those 2 associates deserve 5 stars but unfortunately I had to rate the entire experience.
Went to purchase a new laptop. Nhome and Ryan were great!! Explained features to me in A way I could understand and helped to me make an informed decision. Both were personable and professional and took time to answer all of my questions. Store is observing pandemic guidelines- 45 person maximum in stores, hand sanitizer in front of store. Distributing masks to patrons if needed. Would definitely shop there again

Its pretty much a standard example of a best buy. Nothing about it stands out as remarkable for a Best Buy, and nothing about it seems poorer than is normal.

Went to make an appointment to have speakers installed in my car. The gentleman at the register was great but his supervisor Isaac was extremely rude. He berated the cashier for taking care of customers instead of focusing on the vehicle in their Bay. I looked at him and said excuse me? Youre in customer service and this is how you conduct business in front of a customer? I walked out

I have had LITERALLY the worst experience with them. I don’t even have the wind to type all that has happened to me. They are only receiving two starts and not one because I had to complain for over two weeks(after my order was suppose to deliver to me) and I FINALLY GOT IT. I’ve probably told my story to over 30 representatives in store and on the phone and quite frankly, I am just tired. I e-mailed the General Manager Ismael over 3 weeks ago, I have still not heard from him. Noone would help me and when I finally got someone to hear me out, they promised me compensation that I never received. I will NEVER EVER order from here again..

Eric who works with the computers was so helpful and everything was a bit crazy since the system was down for awhile but he was very professional and helped me and even price matched my laptop that I saw in Microsoft website and got me the laptop I needed once the System was back up. As well for Terrance he was very helpful and professional and helped as we tried to order the laptop. I do recommend if you need any help looking and even price match. No hassle.
