The ladies at Style House are amazing. They are SO easy to work with, and they have the ability to work with your taste and budget to make your home look gorgeous. If you don’t know what your “style” is for decorating, they can help you narrow down and pinpoint the look you are going for. They are awesome communicators, and their contractors are also excellent. They delivered gorgeous results on time and on budget. I can’t recommend them enough! Also, their storefront is gorgeous!! Perfect place to shop for a gift or the perfect unique piece to complete a room. They can custom order rugs and furniture for you, too. Seriously, give them a call!

These ladies and their interior design services have been nothing short of a god send! I am not talented at interior design but never realized top notch interior design services were not only affordable but, all in, cheaper than what I would have spent if I did it all myself. The experience is totally tailored to client too - for example, I inevitably get overwhelmed with choices on interior design projects I’ve tried to do myself and the ladies at Style House took that pressure right off! They gave me no more than three options on big items and I had them pick everything else - they’re the professionals and I suck st this so that dynamic worked best for me. But if you’re more hands on they’ll tailor the process to the customer too.On all of my projects, I literally gave them a budget I had in mind that had to include their services and every time they’ve come in under budget! Not only that, they include an “install day” where they handle delivery, installation, assembly, and all the small details that pull their rooms together. And the rooms are beautiful. Every. Single. One. It is truly a full service design service at a price everyone can afford. I have no idea how to share pictures here but I wish I could so you could see the results.The design services at Style House have been my absolute go to from the first time I used their services. They’ve done my office, three rooms in my house, and several random “I need a new rug because kids and dogs suck. Can you pick one out under X price and send it to me?” I’ve referred them to multiple people over the years and the rave reviews have been both unsurprising and completely consistent. Professional, timely responses, an amazing talent, and for cheaper than I could do on my own. Can’t recommend these ladies enough!

I had the pleasure of working with Melissa. She was so sweet and kind during the entire process. Her communication through each step provided reassurance and excitement at the same time. She listened to my needs and wants and met them impeccably! I wont hesitate to use her for any of my future decorating needs. In fact, I look forward to it!

I recently moved into a new home. I was excited to decorate it but didn’t know where to begin. I had a vision but didn’t know how to execute and it all felt so overwhelming. So, I knew I needed a decorator for help!! A friend of mine recommended Becky and Jenn. They came for a consultation, I shared my vision room-to-room, and they guided me through the whole project. They also taught me how to trust and embrace the process (I was so nervous at first ...worried I wouldn’t like it). I ultimately decided to leave 95% of the project to be a surprise! 🤩 They worked in some of my decor, but the majority of the decor came from their talent and creativity.End result? PURE PERFECTION !!!!!!! 😍🎉😍🎉 My girls and I absolutely love it! Words can not express the level of gratitude I have for these beautiful, nice, talented people that I now get to call my friends.Onto our second project ladies....the outside! A 100% surprise I might add.. I can’t wait!! 🎉😇😁

I have been shopping inside their store since they opened and I love working with Carrie and the designers! OMG! I can’t tell you how happy I am with Style House Designs especially Melissa! She met with me numerous times and asked questions to learn my style! She’s already designed 2 full rooms in my house and we are quickly moving on to do more! I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Everyone was very professional! Customer service is a major thing for me and Melissa was exceptional. Don’t even hesitate to use any of the designers!

This is a follow up to the review I posted last night. This morning, Saturday June 20th at 9:21 am, the morning after I posted my initial review, I received a phone call from both of the owners of style house design, Jennifer McCoy and Becky Hill. The two of them called me on the phone together and proceeded to argue w me, gang up on me, interrupt me, inferred that I did something wrong were completely unapologetic and unprofessional. Instead of digging deeper to figure out what went wrong and why I was dissatisfied and how they could make it right they did further damage by the way they spoke to me. They blindly backed up their designer and justified her actions without even fully understanding the situation and when I clarified the facts, they reacted emotionally and defensively and tried to intimidate me. The last thing one of the owners cryptically said to me on the phone before I told them they were completely unprofessional and hung up was “just so you know we have all of the texts and emails between you and Melissa and we will be screen shotting them and uploading the pictures under your review.” I am not sure what she meant by that- are they planning on posting things taken out of context? I would not put anything past them at this point. If they were hoping to make things right, ganging up on me together on the phone on a Saturday morning arguing with me, intimidating me, interrupting me, and trying to make it sound like I did something wrong was certainly not the best way to do that. They have made a bad experience even worse. Wow. I was extremely disappointed before but now they have taken it to a whole new level. If you want to do business with people that argue with you, talk over you, don’t listen to your budget needs and concerns, try to intimidate you, and justify their actions then you’ve come to the right place. Otherwise, I would definitely look elsewhere. The people at Style house designs are completely unprofessional, vindictive, and not at all customer service oriented.Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not waste your time and money. They are only about making money not about working within your budget and meeting your needs. Pushy and misleading. Will lower your furniture budget, meaning you’ll get lower quality furniture, in order to make the price more appealing and offset the high design fees. Never asked what my budget was for furniture. The designer I met with me actually set my budget for me without even asking. When I told her it was too high she cut the furniture pricing in half but the design fees were roughly the same and told me that we could not go any lower ($37k) or it would not look good. One of the first red flags was after the Designer found out I was already working w a window treatment company she normally uses for clients, she tried to contact them to set it up so I would order the window treatments through her and thus she would get paid more. This was completely unethical not to mention the fact it would not have benefited me at all since the window treatment company had a designer on staff to help w window treatment selections. It was clear that she was not interested in saving me any money only in making money for herself. Not customer service oriented, overpriced, and price gouging. Save yourself a lot of money and headache and go directly to Greenfront or any furniture store where they all have designers on staff who can help you w your furnishings and decor. Don’t chince away the quality of your furniture to have these people throw some cheap pillows and wall art into the mix while laughing all the way to the bank. I had to pay $270 to learn this the hard way. Lesson learned. Hope I will save you from making the same mistake.

Love this place!!! They have the cutest stuff for my house, they also have cute ts and jewelry, and really great smelling candles.
