I only dealt with Amanda and she was polite and treated me well. I ordered a chandelier type light fixture and 3 pendants. The price was equivalent to Amazons price, and I preferred to buy locally. They couldn’t price match Home Depot’s price on a large ceiling fan, which I think was an online sale. Amanda recommended an electrician, who was competent and finished the job professionally. No complaints for this company

I was greeted when I entered the store but then they all disappeared and did not offer any help. I will not be going back evidently they are too busy doing whatever in the back room to sell lights. There was at least 2 and I think 3 women there not sure how this store can stay in business but they wont get my money.

Wonderful team to work with! They are always willing to listen and help you get what you need for your project. They are good at design & technical aspects of a project. I highly recommend them!

Lights Unlimited caught my eye several times while riding by, so today I was determined to visit the store. Approaching the store I noticed signs posted on the outside door demanding to wear a face mask and socially distance. Upon entering the store I nor my mother felt welcomed as we were not greeted, however, we could hear a greeting being extended to a young couple. Despite all the signs on the front door, staff nor current customers had on a face mask. Due to the lack of customer service and safety we will not purchase lights from this business.

Tara was very helpful during the whole process. She gave me recommendations on the most popular selections. The store was very clean and inviting and I spent way too much time here because of all the variety.

Need more floor lamps. But, due to C.19 there was no furniture mart. So, it is wait till 2021. Customer service could use some improvements.

Great Place! Great People! Great Lights! I must admit I was a little overwhelmed and intimidated by the thought of picking out light fixtures. They helped me stay focused, on track and on budget! I actually found myself enjoying the process.

After reading reviews I was a little hesitant about dealing with this store. I was pleasantly surprised. I went in looking for just a replacement piece of glass that was shattered during recent hail storm. It would have been so wasteful to replace the whole light fixture. Jason was very helpful. He got the replacement piece of glass ordered and called me when it came in about a week later. Very happy with the service I received!

Our builder dealt w/ this store. All fixtures require specil bulbs at higher cost than most. The store does not provide any service if you are not buying something new. I would never deal w/ this store again.
