The easiest experience and a modern approach to buying a mattress. We started in their “bedMATCH” sleep analysis simulator to determine our ideal matches. Two full grown adults with different sleeping needs and body shapes (his and hers) can make it difficult to find the Goldilocks of mattresses. Matt expertly guided us through our analysis and options and found us the perfect solution. No pressure sales, lots of options, the best brands.

He quickly matched my needs with an appropriate product. He arranged to help move some mattresses in my house so that the new mattress could be placed in my home—this is above and beyond the call of duty--and sealed the deal. Matt’s helpful manner gave me a very positive view of Mattress Warehouse.

Would definitely recommend everyone to come here!*Edit* After delivery, we found that one of our outdoor garage lights were destroyed and left hanging by the wire. Ive been looking for a bed for about 2 weeks, when I went to get my haircut over there at sports clips next door, walked in was greeted by two great associates. I was so impressed by the service that I got two weeks ago.That coming back here to buy my bed was an easy decision. The staff is super helpful, the bad test is amazing. I couldnt believe that they actually found a bed that was set perfect to my body style and shape. Buying the bed was an easy experience, with the amazing helpful staff. Upon delivery and set-up of my bed, only bolstered the great experience I had. I highly highly suggest if youre going to buy a bed and youre in the Raleigh or Wake Forest Area you stop here and shop here! Ill be coming back here to buy two kids beds in about 2 months, and possibly another bed. Im not even going to stop to look anywhere else, this will be the only place I look!!!!

What a great job by the entire team at Mattress Warehouse. I shopped in Wake Forest on a Saturday and met Joel and Al. Joel worked with me to find a mattress within my budget and was super friendly and found just the right mattress for my application. A couple days later I was called to be told my mattress was on back order for 3 weeks which wasnt going to work. I stopped by the store and met Mike who told me Joel was no longer with Mattress Warehouse and that he could help me. He called all the other stores and found an upgraded mattress that was in stock that could be delivered on my original delivery date. How great is that?? A better mattress for no more money. Strange shopping experience. I bought there last year and the two guys I talked to were awesome. Not so much this time. I went to buy my daughter a mattress and the big guy (I think his name was Dave) just wanted to brag about 20 something years in the business, running corporations, and how good he is. Not someone I can trust. I went and bought somewhere else. I gave 2 stars because my first experience was great.

The computerized machine that reads your body and pressure points and then guides you to specific mattresses meeting those needs was incredibly helpful. Ashley was very nice and informative. However store policy is to not write down a price or model for a customer. You can take a picture of the price. Too many choices to remember the features. You lost a sale because your policy was not customer friendly or helpful. Whats happened to customer service anymore?

AVOID AT ALL COST THE DELIVERY SERVICE . We ordered a King Bed with motorized base. Paid over 4 grand for this. Said it would arrive Wednesday. They call Wednesday and state they are on the way But they don’t have tools to assemble. I provided the tools when They show up. Then they inform us it’s the Wrong bed and base. Then on top of that they made US remove our headboard and footboard because they don’t do that. And they said we don’t have time to wait for us to take it down. I explained it takes all of 5 min. Then the other driver comes in and states that they don’t have the screws to put the motorized base together. Please note we paid over 4 grand for this mattress and base. Then we call the store only for the manager to say we can’t get our money back for 8 to 10 days. Delivery service is 3rd party. However they represent you as a company out in the field. Got to do better than send folks that don’t care about the customer.

I worked with David who is a superb guy who has a wealth of knowledge and patience helping pick out a mattress. I was outside of the delivery area but Dave assured me they would ship it to the store and he could make arrangements to get the mattress to me for a small fee. There was a slight problem with delivery to the store but Dave stayed on it. He works very hard to and is committed to customer satisfaction. If you shop this store, ask for Dave. He is relentless!

Al was both extremely knowledgeable and professional to make sure we purchased the mattress that worked best for us after the electronic matching since my wife and I have different mattress needs. David, my salesperson was very friendly & helpful, making sure I got the right mattress for me without leading me to the more expensive mattresses. The mattress so far is comfortable but there was a very sharp staple sticking out of the bottom which may have done some minor damage to my boxspring covering when I tried to slide the mattress. This is no reflection on the service but it is on quality control.

We enjoyed our experience shopping for our mattress but the delivery was a mess. We were told we would get an email the night before with our delivery window and we didnt get it until 3 am. We tried to track the link in our email and it was broken and then the call warning us the delivery was on its way came literally as the truck pulled into our driveway. We were scrambling to get our current bed disassembled as they came first thing in the morning. I was not happy with this. My friend also had this happen with her delivery as well.

The variety of products was amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning if not for a mattress, then for the friendliness of the worker there today.
