I called to check the availability of a NECA Toys GameStop exclusive figure at the Wake Forest location. The employee was courteous and knowledgeable and quickly located the exclusive figure I was looking for as well as another figure I hadnt considered. She placed me items on hold and when I arrived she had them ready for me. It was a easy, pleasant transaction.Fast, efficient & friendly environment. Well stocked store. Easy checkout! Thank you for making my experience great.

I give one star only because its not possible to start a review without clicking one. My first interaction with the sales associate who later identified herself as Payola was her standing behind the sales counter poking at her cell phone. When I asked Excuse me, are you an employee? I need some help. she briefly flashed a look up and said, Im on a break. before going back to the phone. There was another associate present but they were occupied with another customer. Really dispassionate, flippant, dismissive and an exceptionally unpleasant interaction.

Had to upgrade to 256gb Oculus, my 64gb was delivered to me by door dash in an hour. Amazon cant do that.

Tabitha was so friendly and helpful! I called ahead of time and she set my stuff aside for me. I ran to the store last minute and she treated me so nicely even though it was close to closing. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed. I did not get the name of the man working but he was also very friendly and both employees made my visit memorable. Best GameStop experience I have ever had! Will definitely return to this location for the hospitality!

If you are wondering why gamestop is on a downfall just visit this location. Spend 1 hour waiting in line just to get an online pick up, is ridiculous how incompetent the employees from that store are. No sense of urgency or efficiency.

I called them to ask a question about if they’re going to have the new Xbox when it’s released the girl said “let me put you on hold for just a second while I finish up with this customer “I was on hold for eight minutes and then I hung up. Poor customer service the worst I’ve seen

NEVER GO HERE!!!! The last two times I have been here the staff tried adding on a warranty without telling me at all or even asking and when I told them to remove the warranty I didn’t ask for they acted like I was being rude. I don’t appreciate being scammed and lied to for a company to get more money out of me. I will never ever be going back to this location, or any GameStop ever.

My family and I regularly purchase games here and we are members of the GameStop power-up rewards program. One of our younger family members had a bathroom emergency while we were in the store purchasing some items. The staff refused to let us use the bathroom. When we asked the staff member to reconsider because our child is at an age where making it home first was not going to be an option, the staff member appeared angry and quoted me something from the corporate policy about not letting customers use the bathroom. Fortunately, we found another store around the corner that does let customers use the bathroom. We bought our items here instead of GameStop, where they will most likely always be less expensive, and the selection is significantly greater.

Every time I visit this place the staff is always friendly. I am greeted every time I walk in. All the staff members are very educated when it comes to answering any questions I may have. Absolutely love this store

My favorite Game Stop..all of the employees are very friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile to see if they have what you are looking for and are great at recommending new games. Never had a bad experience here.

Its Gamestop. Buy or sell your stuff. Guy had no idea about what I wanted to buy so Ill just order online for half the price. Wanted almost $200 for a game that could be ordered for $100. No thanks.

Super impressive and very friendly staff.Walked in to buy a GO-tcha for Pokémon GO. It was the day after Christmas and they were busy as hell -- kids everywhere picking out ways to spend their holiday gift cards, parents returning or exchanging gifts, bargain hunters seeking post-holiday deals. Despite this, I was greeted by someone within a few seconds of walking in the store. After he realized I knew exactly what I wanted, he walked me to the checkout counter, grabbed a GO-tcha, and rang me up immediately. Awesome customer service even when slammed -- kudos. ♡

Im here now and the guy Corey is a dick like frfr, my buddy asked to about a bath room and he ignored the hell outtta him and what he asked. We came in there with a Xbox 360 and he was so rude, I recommend you come in the morning and see that guy cause hes a dick...

This store is a horrible location!! The current staff is shady and i feel like they are abusing the system to trick customers out of money and merchandise. Ive had 2 issues with them with in a months time...i placed a online order and did in store pick up and the staff wouldn’t give me my merchandise even though i showed proof of my online order for in store pick up. I had to call the corporate office to get them to confirm my order on top of my emails with in store confirmation. Today i had another issue where i made a purchase in store and they guy told me to swipe my card an additional 2 times and then he said my card declined. I checked my bank account and the money had been removed by GameStop i showed them and they got defensive and combative and wouldn’t give me my merchandise. I will be calling corporate AGAIN and make them aware of these continuous issues at this location...in my opinion this location is extremely shady, unprofessional and ignorant. Its a shame the original crew that worked here are gone bc they were awesome they knew me and my family by face and greeted us by name...this staff is just trash!

I highly recommend this GameStop location. The staff is amazing and we rely on their advice to help us not only find a great game but ones that are appropriate for our children.
