Service was terrible!!! No approach me about signing until I was standing there for over 15 minutes and there were other customers in the same boat!Apparently, the person who was suppose to be checking everyone in was working with a customer and was not looking up to see customers walking through the door.After someone ask about checking in at that point, I asked them how long was the wait? They said 40 minutes, so I left. Some has to be in charge making sure customers are being care of and maximizing tje manpower. Verizon you can do better!!! ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Only 3 employees and 17 people waiting to be helped. We had a quick concern and was told to come back in 2.5 hours. We love the service but on a weekend they need to have all hands on deck. Thank goodness for YouTube cause we have been able to get our phone to turn on and stay on.

Fantastic customer serviceYou need to get appointment are you will waite a long time, But as long as you get that appointment you will get great customer service. I was really impressed with how attentive they were to detail. They took the time to explain the options so I could make an informed decision. Remember, get an appointment so you wont be frustrated with a long wait.

I wish I could gave them NO STAR!!!!! The worst costumer service ever!!!!!!! No one was there to help. I waited 1 hour and half in the waiting area. They called me after 2 hours and no one came to help me. They just said that sit here and someone will be here to help you. The manager was super rude and he didn’t even come to ask what is going wrong here!!!!! Even I told them that I am here for more than 2 hours and half, they did not care. 2 people were taking care of one costumer and the other one was new and couldn’t help. I won’t come back to this store. Do NOT waste your time!!!

I am having major problems with my phone. I tried several times to go to the store and get help. They dont have enough employees to help everyone and the wait times are to long. I am VERY UNSATISFIED. I have been looking elsewhere. Dont go if you can get someone else that is better. There towers arent any good in Franklinton County out in the country. Service is the pits.

Stopped in because something was going on with my phone’s charging port. I was met at the door by someone who seemed nice enough, but when I told him me situation, he promptly said he had an extended wait time and could not see me without an appointment (as if I knew that the phone I use at work was going to malfunction on my way there- this was a new issue that I was seeking advice on). I found out later that not all local Verizon storefronts are working with an appointment system, and there was no way for me to know this. I could not wait the 90 minutes. He gave me another time that I could stop by, without appointment and wait to see if I could be seen. I thought I could only be seen by appointment (I said). There is no way I have time to stop by and wait in the middle of a work day. He seemed to have an attitude while explaining all of this when I had done nothing except ask questions. He was rushed and, frankly, looked like he had gone out of his way to even talk to me. I will absolutely not be returning only to be treated like an impertinent child. I had a question and a simple fix... I called over to another location which was incredibly helpful and resolved my problem for me, in a matter of seconds. Amazing how little effort it takes to be kind to another person. Just makes me sick when people do not care enough to do customer service correctly.

So for multiple visits the story remains the same. I go here as I’ve been a Verizon customer, user, and partner for well into 15 years now. Verizon has great service for a network, unfortunately it fails beyond that when it comes to their retail locations. Especially this one. On many occasions I’ve done the proper hoop jumping to get in line, make appointment when needed, etc. and then other times i have an emergency and just need to go buy a charger or replace the damaged device. 90% of the time it remains the same, the retail agents don’t want to serve you and really only aim for their friends, baes, or whatever suits them to chit chat about stupid stuff. If you want to go in, buy a phone or device, and leave, good luck. You’re better off going to Best Buy, ATT or even target.Anything but this store.

Not happy with the variety of phones available in stock. No deals on price at all unless you are coming from another wireless vendor. If you are already a Verizon customer, youre pretty much taken for granted and pay retail, not even a loyalty discount. Finally, unhappy that I got handed a 2020 version of the phone I bought as opposed to the updated 2021 model. I would think that by mid April the 2020 version would have been sold out. I didnt find this out until I tried to buy a screen protector and kept getting the wrong one. On the bright side, everyone in the store was very courteous and there was not a long wait for service.

Went in tonight about an issue regarding my cell service, and the guy said it was just a matter of replacing the SIM card, and that it was free and would only take five minutes to do at the most. However, the wait was an hour and 45 minutes even though they close at 8 PM. So they expected people to wait that long and would not stay open past closing to serve the people they queued. All he knew how to say was “We close at 8”.

Worst customer service experience ever. Went here to upgrade my wifes phone and was told on arrival that even though only two people were in the store that the in-store service wait time was 1 hour and 45 minutes. But if we stayed right there and did an online in-store pickup option then it would be ready 15 minutes after submitting our order.So we went back to the car and filled out our order. We waited 25 min and pulled into the pickup line. The same guy came out about 5 minutes later and said they hadnt received our order yet. Then proceeded to want to see our receipt which we showed that it was an in store pickup and not delivery. He said since they hadnt received the order yet it would be at least another HOUR our more until it was ready. So now were over 2 hours into our 15 minute time.All the while he was rude and pushy. Avoid this location at all costs.

I made an appointment online, showed up 10 minutes early, and waited in line OUTSIDE for thirty minutes past my appointment just for an employee to come out and tell me that the store was closing early due to scheduling issues. There were 4 employees inside, I dont understand why one of them could not see me. I explained to the employee that I had made an appointment and that I have been waiting for a while. He said it didnt matter, they were closing early, I should go try some other store. He literally shrugged and walked away. The lack of customer service was astounding. I honestly have not felt that disrespected in a long time. The lack of regard for my time and business was very insensitive, and I will do my utmost to never have to visit this Verizon store again. I understand that certain precautions are being taken in response to Covid-19. I have no problem with that. I wouldve waited the 40 minutes no problem. Its the disregard for my time and the flippant response I got from the employee.

I made an appointment to purchase a new phone over the phone. When I arrived, they claimed they had no record of the appointment. Rather than rescheduling or making a new appointment, the manager was extremely rude and denied that they could help. There was no explanation or apology for the miscommunication on the appointment, just increasing rudeness and aggravation. No interest in helping a customer. I will not use this store again

After waiting in the heat for 30 minutes, I was taken inside to purchase a new phone and make adjustments on our long-standing 20 year relationship. The representative was completely rude. Would not assist me with my request. Also would not allow my two other family members to join me-although they were trying to purchase me a new phone for my birthday. The manager was completely rude also. They act as if they are doing you a favor to let you in the door and hear your desires. My family could not join me. We left. I will purchase the phone at another company who appreciates my business. This Verizon store should be shut down like all the others we visited. In our area, we visited 4 stores that afternoon. 2 are shut down. 1 was the experience above and the other one was closed in the middle of the day on Saturday. They.are NOT customer focused and do not care to serve you. Go somewhere else.

A year ago I transferred accounts and started paying for 6 phones. My bill typically runs around $600-700 which I pay on a regular basis. A month ago I got a huge hit to my credit report stating I was 120 days late for $63 dollars.This particular store made a huge error and fraudulently reported to my credit report. I just left the Store today and the “Solutions manager” said “we can’t help you we just sell cell phones” and won’t fix their error.I have spent hours on the phone with Verizon with no way to get a hold of an actual manager.Buyer beware!!!!!!

The staff overall was helpful and attentive. You are greeted and put on the list when you walk in. It was very busy, but several people kept me informed of when I would be seen (“thanks for being patient!” / “you’ll be next”, etc.). The person who worked with me was very knowledgeable about plans but spoke oddly-- their customer service voice was so fake at first I thought they were intentionally being rude. But they kept it up the whole time, so maybe they were just new to working with the public or burned out and needed a break. Anyway, the visit was not painful or as much of a hassle as I imagined and Im glad I switched.

Verizon has made it very convenient to check in at their corporate stores by using their app from a Verizon activated cellular device. Reason for the visit was to have our phone looked at to see if it was eligible for a warranty replacement, it was a pointless trip, they told us their advice was just as good as one of their associates on the phone. No access to the people who actually inspect the phones for damage.

The store has inexperienced sales people who sell you upgrades and then they make you fix their mistake when rebates are not honored by Verizon. The few times that I have been in the store, I have witnessed upset and dissatisfied customers expressing the same issues and accusing the store of lying to them about their plans and purchase. As much money as they are making off of their customers, you would expect better customer service. I am very dissatisfied! Goodbye Verizon! I will be taking my business and $400 a month elsewhere!

Weve been a verizon customer for over 10 years. Paid them $300 plus a month for service. We went to the verizon store to get a replacement phone for our samsung galaxy s9 because it wouldnt hold a charge and the speaker wasnt working. The employees were very unprofessional and wanted more money up front and refused to give us a replacement phone because the screen was cracked. They told us we had to PAY more and get the screen repaired then bring the phone back to them and pay another 150 before they would give us a replacement. The employees didnt want to deal with us after we got upset about all the extra expenses. We have paid the $13 bucks insurance on the phone for 23 months($299). That and including the $49 to fix the screen and an additional $149 for the replacement. Theyre friendly as long as your upgrading or buying something new but when an issue occures they dont want to deal with you as a customer. After experiencing this we told them we were going to switch to another carrier and cancel our verizon services and the employee just shrugged her shoulders. They dont want to be bothered when you have an issue with your phone. Only if theyre making a new sale. Very horrible customer service and were very disappointed that we were treated the way we were. Its all about making a dollar to them and thats it!!

Now she is unreachable. Absolutely horrible service. Mat claims this was due to his managers instructions. She would have to schedule an appointment for another day to have it set up!!!! I went into the store and asked to get an upgrade, I got an upgrade along with them buying my old phone... I was told that the credit for the old phone was not going to be instant, it would be credited to my bill by the next billing statement. When I paid for the rest I said Since my bill will be credited $110 to my account I will pay the remaining balance in full for my new phone. They sold me a discounted life case and my phone and waived the activation fee. I paid the remaining balance with my credit card except for the $110 that they added to the bill and was supposed to be credited by the next cycle... It was not credited. Here it is almost 4 months later, no credit. I called verizons 1-800 number and they can not believe what happened. After an hour on the phone, they cant do math and the first thing they tell me is. We tried calling the store you bought the phone from and they put us on hold.So unprofessional. They were nice when I went in there, but I got scammed!Now my bill is $110 over what it should be and I dont know what the hell to do!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION!

I had an unsolvable data throttling issue with my line that had lasted weeks. I had spoken to countless Verizon reps, replaced the sim, restored iOS, etc. nothing worked. As a last ditch effort, I brought it in to the store to replace it. The Verizon rep Brittany checked it out and fixed the issue (in 15 minutes) without needing me to buy a new phone!! She’s smart as a whip and worth her weight in gold. Thanks!

Most of the people complaining here are either victims of their own idiocy or think a phone company should hire 1 person for every account holder. GET REAL! Sometimes you simply have to wait.That said, I walked into this store yesterday (a Friday) at 3:30 pm. Went to the counter and was met by a very pleasant woman. Told her I needed a sim card and needed to add a new line. She said the woman next to me who was helping another customer was the one to speak to (another VERY NICE woman from the US Virgin Islands). She was just finishing with the other customer and began helping me.Under 15 minutes after arriving at the store I walked out with a fully-activated phone.How do you beat that kind of service?! Not sure how to feel about my short visit. Usually I am a happy camper when Im in and out of the door but in this case, I was more frustrated leaving than I thought Id be. Long story short...I ordered the wrong model iPhone and wanted to change it. Valentines day was in a couple days and I wanted to swap it out hoping to get a better deal on the phones that were on sale. Seeing as I was within my 14 day return window I thought itd be a piece of cake. After calling 3 representatives on the phone (and getting a different story on what to expect if I visit the store) I went in. The sales associate took me right away but said he couldnt help me. I ended up leaving the store with no answers to my questions and with a model that I did not want. Not sure what to think about it. But I guess Ill keep my phone. I dont want to go through the hassle of going back to the store anymore!

We always buy our cell phones at this Verizon store. Little out of the way but you can see it from Capital Boulevard. Nice and clean enough. When its packed and crowded the way seems really long. Great selections, they always seem to know what theyre talking about. Always able to help with upgrades or problems or fixes.Like I said in the 8 years weve lived here weve probably been here 8-10 times to buy new phones for one of us or family members.
