Used to be better. Shelves are barely stocked and they arent consistent with restocking. They only carry a few brands and not very many flavors for each brand. The glass and other smoking tools used to be cheaper than the competition, but these days they dont have anything the competition doesnt. Thats why they are the lowest rated smoke shop in wake forest.

BUYER BEWARE!I purchased a Vaporizer for $70 on the saleswomans advice. I followed all instructions on properly charging it before the first use. After only 2 short solo test sessions it was all ready dead. As stated in the user manual, battery can use approximately 8-10 sessions per charge.No big deal right. Who knows how long it was sitting in that display case.Probably just a bad battery. I just bought it yesterday and I have the receipt. I’ll just return it.Well apparently they have a NO RETURNS POLICY. Im sure its posted in there somewhere but you really should let your customers know, especially when there buying something electronic.I was told that the device should have a warranty and I should contact the manufacturer. You would think after only one day of limited use they would have swapped it out or refunded me and they can deal with the manufacturer. But no such luck.I always try and buy local, support local businesses. This lack of customer service makes me rethink future visits to your store.BUYERS BEWARE

Worse place to ever go to! Sold me a vape with absolutely no flavor, paid 20 bucks and they refused to exchange it. Literally waste of time and money in there.

UpdateGave the store another go and ended up forgetting my credit card. The staff held on to it and made sure it was returned to the proper owner by asking basic security questions.Integrity .... That means all the world to me. Thank you 5 Stars....Customer no service. Twice I was informed a certain product would be available on a certain date only to have it sold or mysteriously become unavailable. Two wasted trips on a good customer. Never was restitution offered not even a simple apology. Chris the salesclerk needs a customer service training class. You have lost a customer.I will be sharing my experience with my cigar smoking friends.

My family and I have been going here since they opened their doors on day one, but now we all will be finding another tobacco store due to one employee that I have never seen before in all the years of giving my money to them. This employee was so disrespectful she has ruined me for all United Zone Tobacco stores anywhere. And to the owners, Im sure Im not the first nor the last customer to feel this waySo watch your profits.

The Wake Forest location is great. Customer Service is important and they are pleasant and knowledgeable. The store is clean and very welcoming.

Great guy. If you suggest a certain brand of cigar he doesnt have, he will order them for you. Always extremely friendly and has the best prices around for cigars by a long shot. Would highly recommend.

For 2 years I have purchased my E-cig products from this location. From the very first day I was not treated like another customer. The owners are awesome and you can see that they go the extra mile to provide you with excellent customer service. The staff that assists them in operating their store are very knowledgeable about the products. They listen to you and therefore are able to provide you with the product that best suits your needs. I have and will continue to refer customers to United Zone.

Amazing staff top notch if they do not have they will source anything to fit your needs. Takes a big market to a personal level. I spend a lot of time in shops in Denver. I wish they would put a location there!

Great little smoke shop with a surprisingly good cigar selection (cigars being my choice of smoke). Good location, great prices and friendly staff. Definitely recommend to anyone in the wake forest, wakefield or rolesville area.

The manager Chris has no customer service and was going to let $130 walk over swapping a $10 piece. Clearly this place has no plan to want to stay in business if theyre willing to let people willing to spend money walk out over something so small. I was going to buy several other Christmas presents here as well but will be taking my business else where. Obviously other people have had the same lack of customer service here in the past according to the other comments as well.

Ive been shopping here for two years now. Joe is a great dude and is always up front and honest. Prices are great and vape gear is in pretty good condition. Have been using their Sony batteries and the D2 charger, without any electrical failure.

They do not stand behind their products. Bought 3 $20 cigars, and the first one was defective and I didnt care for it. They would not refund the cost of it nor allow me to return or exchange for something else. Respectable merchants always stand behind their product. Will not return.

United Zone is my one stop vape shop going on two years. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I like going in and connecting with staff and talking juice or products to help with my purchase. Ive never gotten a bottle of crappy juice or a product that wasnt my cup of tea, I think the main reason for that is the staff taking time to get to know the customer and get a feel for what they like vape wise and juice wise so their recommendations come easy and are on point. I wrap this review up with 2 years off the cigs and not looking back so this store is most def doing something right.

The store itself is pretty cool they have some pretty cool stuff but the customer service is a hit or miss, it depends on who is working. Everytime Ive been in there I have gotten good customer service until recently a man with glasses thats kind of on the short side started working there and I just felt like I couldnt ask him a question because hed make me feel dumb and he had a smart mouth.

I was passing through and stopped expecting a cigar lounge based on the name and description. This is definitely is not a lounge and is rather a vape store / head shop that sells some cigars.

Great head/vape shop. The only thing I dont recommend purchasing from them are the batteries. They are not high drain batteries suited for subohm vaping. Everything else is of good quality and VERY decently priced. Some items are cheaper there than online.

I bought a battery there for my ecig and it quit working after 2 weeks. I took it back and asked for a replacement and was told it was only guaranteed for a week. He pretty much accused me of dropping it in liquid. I didnt drop it anywhere. He could have cared less that I wasnt going to use him anymore for my purchases. Ive probably had about 10 ppl ask me where I get my supplys and i always stear them away from this place. You should do the same.
