I went in last Saturday 10/9 and I inquired with one of the Reps there named Nick and he was very informative and had an ideal knowledge of the issues I needed help with and definitely pointed me in the right direction on what phone to get. Very happy there is finally a cricket wireless store in wake forest.

Walked in, fully vaccinated. Agent behind the counter on his cell phone would not get off his phone. Would not help me unless I was paying a bill. Told me everyone needed a mask today vax or no vax. Does it change daily? Does it change on the whim of the teenagers running the store? No thank you. Never going back.

I will never leave Cricket Wireless. When I first visited this store my phone had a virus. The young lady Megan went way beyond the call to duty to help me. I decided to just upgrade my phone manly in part do to the wonderful care I received from Megan. I have been recommending Cricket Wireless and Megan to all my friends and family.

I would like to acknowledge Nick. He was pleasant, welcoming, an active listener, attentive and helpful. I was in and out in 15 minutes tops and left happier than when I went in. Took my girlfriend in to get her new phone looked at that went out on her after less than a month. Nick greeted us as we walked in and got us squared away.

Nick was absolutely fantastic!! We went in with a simple question and he went above and beyond. My husband and I have recently switched from TMobile to Cricket and are extremely happy! Plus their customer service is ABSOLUTELY amazing. We met Nick (I think the last name Allen) during the Meet On the Street Fair and he quickly convinced us about switching to Cricket, happily waived their registration fee, and when we came in to do it at their store in Wake Forest, took incredible care of us. The whole process was so so smooth and painless, even though Tmobile gave us a very hard time with unlocking our service. But because we had Nick guiding us through the whole process, it was not nearly as bad as it could have been. This guy seriously needs a raise because he has great people skills and knows SO much about phones! Thank you, Nick!

The gentlemen at the store were so kind and patient. Verizon was a nightmare but they got everything worked out.

I had Sprint for 12 years and I thought that I was good with that until my phone started saying no service many times a day, had my sim card replaced twice and I was so upset. I started looking for options and went to many places to look and ask until I met Nick here. He is the most knowledgeable, caring, excellent costumer service, and good sense of humor. He lend me a phone to try the service on my really tricky bad signal home and worked good. So I decided to change my service and not just him but all the ones working there had to deal with my picky side of choosing a phone and they have done excellent! So I love the service and I made new friends on that store!

9-14 UPGRADED WITH NICK AFTER 90 DAYS, AWESOME PHONE, MOTORALA G7 . NOTHING BUT GOOD EXPERIENCE FROM NICK. Cody was awesome. I didnt expect to need a phone Sat morning, but my 4 year old Samsung couldnt power up. I went 4 places trying to figure out what would be my best option for me and my situation. I finally decided to stop into Cricket expecting the worse, but found out they use ATT network, didnt have to sign a contract and decided on the free LG Fortune 2 phone. Im very satisfied with the phone and for me, not a TECH head, it was perfect. If your looking not to be in a long term contract go to Cricket, and be treated right by Cody

Cricket store in Wake Forest is the best cricket store in NC. The two attendents Nick Allen, and Cody Garner I call them the Cricket Twins, are the best.

I bought a Motorola to replace my Samsung. The sales rep. back dated the new phone a year back. I had a problem with the phone after a few months and had no warranty because the back dated it. Went to cricket at 11:20an the store was not open when it should have been opened at 10am.
