I needed a sofa for staging a house, every where I looked said it would be weeks for delivery and the prices were out of my range. Surplus Freight did exactly what I needed! Delivery was next day, and the price was extremely reasonable. While I was in the store I saw them remove rugs from boxes, they were gorgeous. Ill be back for one of those soon. I highly recommend based on my experience.

Found the perfect living room set! Was pleased with customer service paid for furniture and was told it would be available by July 1st. Sold my furniture and was excited for delivery after checking to see if delivery was planned I was told there was no date that could be given. Customer care during this past fee weeks gave been horrific. I would suggest doing more research before purchasing from this company. As I now sit with a empty room.

Eric took his time and stayed on the phone until I found what I wanted and help me choose which set I likes best!! His patience is remarkable !! 🛑WARNING🛑DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SURPLUS FREIGHT FURNITURE AND MATRESS!!!!!!I purchased an adjustable platform bed frame at over $1200 from the Wake Forest store I loved the frame but it WAS NOT THE SAME AS THE FLOOR MODLE I was shown. Although the company offers same day delivery they told me it could not be delivered that day. I contacted them the next day for delivery and the price CHANGED BY $50. I eventually managed to arrange my own pick up. After about six months the bed began to malfunction. It was still under warranty so I contacted the store. I was told to submit the claim online so i did and was told I would be contacted by the store manager, Kelly. After two weeks with no contact I reached out myself. Kelly proceeded to tell me that they did not carry that particular model and to her knowledge they never did.After proof of purchase she conceded that I did buy it from their company. For two months I called Kelly weekly because she would not return my calls. Due to the extensive wait she agreed to deliver the new frame at no cost to accommodate the inconvenient wait. Two more weeks lapse with me calling with no returned contact. Cut to today. I was unable to reach anyone by phone so I drove to the store. The bed frame arrived and they were still unable to deliver it due to a shortage of delivery drivers. I left the store arranged my own transport AGAIN, and returned my old frame. ONLY when the new frame was being loaded was I made aware the replacement frame WAS NOT THE SAME FRAME I PURCHASED. It was two twin frame. Frustrated I asked for a refund and they refused. I demanded the manager allow me to speak to someone higher up. Kelly contacted the VP of sales Mr. Harris. He refused the refund and offered no solution to the problem at hand. They said they couldn’t do anything more.BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!I work hard for my money and tried to support a local business who FASLEY represents their business and products.

DON’T BUY FROM SURPLUS FURNITURE AND MATTRESS IN WAKE FORESTMy sister in law purchased a adjustable mattress base (over $1,200) from them in February, a few month later the foot control stopped working. It was still under warranty so she filed a warranty claim. She had to constantly call for answers and still waited two months for a solution. She had to keep calling (Kelly, the store manager ) because she wouldn’t and still won’t return calls. Kelly agreed since it was wrong they would pick up the broken one and delivery the new one. Cut to today (11/06) the replacement frame finally came in and we went to get it becausethey couldn’t deliver it (after they said they would)and it wasn’t what was she originally had, then didn’t offer to fix it because what she originally order had been discontinued.So now instead of having a king size mattress frame, they replaced it with two twin frames. When we asked about just getting a refund because they couldn’t get what she order she said she would have to call someone else next week, when we said that wouldn’t work since my sister in-law has had to chase her down constantly, so Kelly then called the VP of sales (Harris) and he said they couldn’t refund it even though they couldn’t get what was ordered. So now she is stuck with the two twin bases because they wouldn’t do anything to make it right.BUYER BEWAREAfter all this get home tonight and when she went to put it together, it’s not even the same frame only adjust. Her original one would adjust, had led light, usb chargers and vibrated. It just keeps getting better guess will have to try and return this one again now on (11/07) when they reopen.
