After trying one of those new bed frames that doesn’t require a box spring and it breaking, my mother decided she needed to go back to a regular bed frame with box spring. After calling a few stores in the area, this store advised me they didn’t have the one on the website available that day, but they did have adjustable bed frames available! Easy in, easy out and great experience. I hope to return soon to get myself one, as well.

My sleep expert, Webb, at the Wake Forest location on Retail Drive greeted me as I walked in and immediately began helping me find what I needed. He was attentive to my concerns and made suggestions for me. He always brought me a pillow for each bed and patiently waited as I took in each mattress. He didn’t pull out his phone or go back to his desk. His attention was on me the entire time. He was also a great conversation as the subject does not always have to be on mattresses. As a fellow professional in the customer satisfaction field, I could tell Webb was on top of his game and genuinely cared about his work and customers. A warehouse delivery came in and the driver went on about how respectable a place Mattress Firm is to work for. I wish I had gotten his name too. Really changed my mind about mattress stores. I bought the Purple Hybrid and picked it up same day with my free sheets and pillow. So far after 1 night, I feel totally rested. Financing was hassle free too. 0% interest. Can’t beat that.

I had some family coming to town unexpectedly and needed a queen mattress for a spare bedroom. I called and Dennis answered the phone. I told him exactly what I needed and budget I was wanting to stay in. Dennis gave me a couple of options they had in stock, and thoroughly explained the firmness of the options and recommendations. I was able to pay for the mattress online while at work and they were ready for me when I arrived to pick it up after leaving work and helped get it in my truck. Overall, EXCELLENT customer service and the family said it was a very comfortable mattress! Excellent experience all the way around and kudos to Dennis for making it easy and fast!

My goodness. I can tell you that I had the best experience purchasing a mattress from Webb and Sheldon. They were professional, knowledgeable, and absolutely wonderful to work with. They explained everything and I mean everything.I have purchased from Mattress Firm on a prior occasion, but this was an even better experience. In fact, I have decided to buy two more mattresses from them. I will only purchase mattresses from Mattress Firm!!!

Over the past two years I have devoted a lot of my spare time in researching mattresses. Mostly brought about by me hitting 30 and my upper back, neck, shoulders, hips, and lower back instantly giving up the previous skill of being able to sleep almost anywhere on anything. Anyway. The 6 year old pillow top extra plus mattress my wife and I purchased after getting married just wasn’t cutting it for either of us anymore. I looked at the new online mattress in a box companies and tried a couple of different ones out trying to save money. When they just didn’t meet our expectations, we decided to go and check out an in person store. Our sales rep at Mattress Firm was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He spoke of pros and cons of all the mattresses and walked us around the variety that was in the store. Being able to try the mattress was a lot easier than reading a lot of reviews on one. After browsing and asking questions for about 45 minutes where the sales rep was incredibly patient during, we settled on what is probably going to be the best mattress I’ve ever slept on.If you’re thinking of buying a new mattress and are over the age of 27, do yourself a favor and go in person to a store and see what works best for you. I’ve come to realize that buying a mattress is like buying a vehicle or a bra. You need to test drive it and find what fits best for you. Do yourself a favor, go into the store, and lay on a few different options. If you find yourself being assisted by Mr. Webb, you’ll be in good hands and will leave with a good purchase, or more knowledge on what you should look for.

Shelden was tremendously knowledgeable. We had planned on running in, flopping on the mattress we had already researched online to make sure it was a good fit, and, running out. Shelden started talking to us and immediately I thought sales pitch. I couldnt be more wrong. He was truly concerned about us buying the best, most comfortable mattress that would afford us the best nights sleep possible. I would highly recommend visiting him if youre in the market for a new mattress!

I would not recommend this place to purchase. Purchased a refurbished box spring apparently that means the casing can be ripped. Sales associate at Glenwood location rude as they come. It is what it is he says. In my book refurbished means its been repaired not ripped. Lots of inconsistencies from salesman. You can do way better go somewhere else. They do not show they value their customers.

Winfield was very attentive and explain to us which mattress was good for our sleeping positions.

We were under a time constraint and the store manager helped us find everything we needed. He also searched other local stores for us and arranged a pick up. He truly went above and beyond. The prices are great too! Wonderful sales!

Salesman Winfield was very informative. He helped me determine which bed was best for me. However the advertisement of free adjustable base with purchase was not clear that there were exceptions.So in the end to get a basic adjustable base I had to pay for it and it was not cheap.Dennis was informative and helpful unfortunately he had to break the news to me that what was led to believe was free with purchase of mattress was in fact not!!Also on the advertised free one according to salesman Dennis only the head adjusts and not the feet.Ended up buying Tempurpedic mattress and adjustable base just disappointed in added cost of base.Thank you both for your assistance.

I had purchased a mattress from another retailer that did not work for me. I went into Mattress Firm in Wake Forest and lucky for me Winfield and Sheldon were working that day. It took me two weeks to make a decision as I didn’t want to make another mistake and get a mattress that I had to return. I needed a new better mattress after 8+ years of sleeping with aches and pain on my current mattress.I found the Mattress Firm store on Retail Dr in Wake Forest to be a clean CDC COVID compliant environment. My sales person was very knowledgeable. She gave me useful tips on finding the best mattress suited for me. I was left alone to test out several mattresses without anyone breathing down my collar. After testing out several mattresses I found my perfect Stearn & Foster mattress.Now, I cant wait to get it home to sleep in comfort and without any morning aches and pain. Hopefully, this will last for the next 10 years.

This is the first time Ive ever bought a mattress from a store like this and was envisioning an experience like a car lot: as soon as you walk in, you get mauled by associates competing for your business, but I was pleasantly surprised. An associate named Dennis asked us what we were looking for, asked questions about our sleep habits and any medical issues that could be affected by how we sleep, then showed us multiple styles of mattresses. He even brought out a couple of pillows for us to try and I honestly didnt even know a simple pillow could make that much of a difference! When it came time to purchase he was respectful of our budget and not pushy which is something I truly appreciated. Our new bed comes tomorrow and I cannot wait to finally get a good nights rest and hopefully alleviate the pain in my back and shoulders. 10/10 would buy from Dennis again.

Terrible. The whole sale pitch thing is just a put off. They advertise a price match and beat by 10% but its all phony. Sales guy did a ok job and then passed me off to I think his name was Tom who was suppose to be the regional mgr with all the ability to make the best deal. He asked which one we liked best and we were trying to get their best price on it. He asked if I had a price in point which I told him. He said he could not get there on it and I offered a price $500 more than my first offer. He gave a price $300 more than my offer. His whole tone changed and he got very just mean and pushy saying he would not even waste time calling his manager about my offer unless I waived the warranty/return option. He talked like he didnt want my business and we left. Sorry but spending several thousands of dollars is a big decision. We went to the next place and found a mattress that we love with a few more features for less than what he had to offer. They made sure I will never waste my time going in a Mattress Firm again.

I went in and Beatrice was the nicest person to work with. She was not pushy at all and very nolegable about the products. She really really helped me get the best deal and trust me I did my research even while sitting there and came back the next day even after comparing. The delivery was made when it was supposed to and they went Bovr and beyond their duties when delivering my new bed and extras. Everything turned out great. Nothing was damaged. Bed sleeps great. To anyone prior that complains that the store doesnt have a warranty normally they dont it is the mattress company that does which is generally a 10year warranty. The store will however assist with helping you get your claim together. I would recommend this location over others. I have been to others and not been happy with customer service. This store is on point.

Went shopping last week at MattressFIRM (store #013176) off Capital Blvd in Wake Forest. Salesperson Angie was very helpful and patient as she showed my wife and I more than a dozen mattesses as we tried them each out for comfort. We ended up buying a mattress on the spot and got a great deal.The new mattress was delivered today and the delivery team was prompt and courteous. Looking forward to a good sleep tonight.

The salesperson was excellent, the buying process easy, will not stand behind their product. I bought a mattress from them for each of my twin boys. On delivery we noticed 1 had a dip in it and asked the delivery man about it. He stated that b/c they are stacked that sometimes happens and would go away after it settles. When it did not, we called the warranty dept and they sent an inspector out to measure the dip. He did and indicated that it looked defective and we would hear from them soon. After 3 weeks of no contact I called back and they said it was 1/8 of 1 in tolerance and they would do nothing about it. I called their corporate office and they said sorry youll have to live with it. Could have been a good experience, but they could care less as a company after the sale. I wish I had googled them before shopping and seen their complaints.

I regret to inform, but believe other customers need to know about the incompetent, non responsive management of this store. It has been over 5 months that the management of Beatrice, Donna, and Keith at the Wake Forest store have asked me to be patient as they try to sort out incorrect charges to a credit account they opened that I never used. I have original documentation of all invoices and a cancelled check to demonstrate that I have paid in full, and continue to get statements of charges, and late fees. While I appreciate that the team recognizes the error and wants to correct it... I continue to be harassed for payments. I have now sought legal advise. I wish someone would have warned me before I walked into this store that Mattress Firm does not equip their staff with adequate training and support to complete large financial transactions. FYI. The mattress is great, but this experience has caused more sleepless nights then it is worth.
