Waited a week to get someone to replace a seal n no call back til I had to call when the tire had already came off the rim. Just lost my business.

Every time i call these people theyre always a week back on their work for service calls. I dont see how all their customers stay with them. Every time I call him its always the same thing we just had a truck go down cant get to you. Somebodys gotta open another tire service that offers service calls. They obviously cant handle all the business anyway.

The guys doing the tire busting always do a good job . Office personal suck,twice Ive asked for pricing with very little help . First time was about new wheels and was there buying 8 drives . Just yesterday I called for pricing on trailer tires but no one has called me back .If I have to own a fleet of trucks to not be forgotten once I hang up the phone or walk out the door Ill take my business elsewhere.

The tire price was great, the service was quicker than expected. I wish I had been warned about the mounting and disposal fees. But still a decent price with a smile!
