We ordered a F350 new. Due to deadlines There was an error in the ordering our truck.. Upper management got involved and was SUPER in communicating the issues, time-line and making sure we got what we ordered. SUPER IMPRESSED. Truck looks great!Only fault was not having paperwork ready when we arrived at our appointment time.Taking 2 hours to get out the door when we had $ in hand was ridiculous. Financing seemed cranky that we were in front of her after 5pm. It would have been nice to have the fees explained prior to arrival. Ive never had a dealership collect plating fees, Ive always paid those at the treasurers office when getting plates for the vehicle.On a scale of 1-10 my husband rates the whole expierence a 6, I go a bit higher at an 8 (management made the difference to me.)

James was a great salesmen very professional and understanding with my desires and needs for my big family. They even gave my 2 year old alittle toy truck to play with (which we kept lol). What I also thought was cool was that you can select your vehicle from the lot and they will bring it in a show room. This is awesome if you hate being in the summer heat.

Dont even know her name since she introduced herself only as The OwnerSalesman Mike Knight - rude and acts like he doesnt want to be bothered by you.... even when hes getting commission on 4 brand new fleet vehicles.Vehicles that had no gas when we went to pick them up. Two literally said ZERO miles to empty. The other 2 had 6 miles, and 9 miles to empty. 🙄Oh, and one had a cracked windshield that they didnt notice. 🤦🏻‍♀️

This was our first experience buying a Ford truck. They had very good customer service from the beginning. We worked with Adam Brown and he took care of every single detail. We went in on a Saturday which is a busy day for the dealership but no matter what he made sure we got his full attention. The buying process was simple and convenient. We were able to take our vehicle home same day! After the purchase went through before we could even get inside the truck Adam made sure to go through every feature on the vehicle, that was very nice and uncommon to me. We arrived one hour before closing time with a trade in and a definite decision on a car we saw online. We communicated prior to our arrival with an associate, who was very helpful. We then had an appt with Brad when we arrived, he was helpful and discussed all of the details with us each step of the process. I took my truck here for some electrical issues. They had the truck for about 2 and a half weeks. Around the third week I asked them what was going on and was told that they were waiting for a phone call to tell them what to do. They had been waiting for this phone call for over a week. This is the second time that I have taken my truck to them. The first time the fix didnt even last a day.Communication was terrible as well. I would text once a day to get an update but more often then not I was ignored and eventually had to call in.Anytime you have electrical issues its best to check the wires and connections first. After a week of them having my truck, I called to ask if they did continuity checks. When someone finally answered after a few attempts I was told that was the first thing the tech does before calling for help. When I took my truck back I did a quick once over and checked a few connections related to the components that were failing, not a single one looked like they were touched. No smudges in the dirt around them, not cleaned, and when checking the pins there was no dielectric grease to be found.Ill drive to another state before I bring my truck back to this dealership.

Earlier this month we were in a tough spot...we had picked up some bad fuel in New Braunfels and were in the middle of move (trailer in tow) for our recent Baylor grad. After talking through the issue over the phone with the service department, I was able to trouble shoot the truck enough to get it over to the dealership. Not only did the guys in the service shop take care of me (in spite of all of the other work they had to do), they didnt charge me a thing. After a couple of hours of frustration, the Bird Kultgen Ford team got us back on the road quickly and without further issue. Its rare to see this sort of service these days. My hat is off to all of you. Many thanks!

No stars! F250 in for repairs to replace power steering unit, vehicle in shop one week. Installed part incorrectly causing vehicle to breakdown the day after repairs completed. Back for the same initial repair plus additional repairs required due to faulty installation during the first repair. 30-days later and after calling the VP of Operations, the repairs were completed in one day! But, no return call as promised, no excuse, no apology. Hey, what happened to your conscience? Your integrity? So, that’s 37-days to perform a 4-6 hour repair. Hallelujah! June 1, 2020 we finally got the vehicle back.February 10, 2021 the F250 breaks down again for the same parts and repairs done before. I have to say it’s really unfortunate, I almost wish the truck didn’t break down for another 5-months... the repairs are under warranty.... Warranty repairs, I wonder if there’s another set of mean time to repair for warranties? Dear, God, please help now. Let’s head to the woodshed we’re going to get another whipping. Waiting on parts. Another part is required because of the failure of the initial part replaced in May 2020. Now another part is needed as well because that part failed which caused another part to fail and so on and so on. February 23, surprise! Yes, we’re waiting still waiting for that parts delivery. 14-days! No vehicle and they don’t provide a loaner, are you kidding?!?! There isn’t even an apology given or a phone call maybe saying, gee, we’re sorry for your inconvenience. We hope our vehicle is not lost in that hopeless black-hole again at the Bird-Kultgen Ford Dealership in Waco, Texas: because no one there is going to help you find it; it’s like not their problem apparently.M. Bush, Bazinga! Still Vehicle-less!

Recently made a decision to replace a vehicle. Found little local to us (Colorado), so we started expanding the search. Found three dealerships that had what we wanted, and Bird Kultgen was one. Contacted all three. Had a hard time just getting straight answers from one, and one didnt call us back until two days later. In the time it took the other dealer to call us back, we had already made plans for the 14hour drive to Waco to visit Adam @ BK. Excellent communication, no nonsense on the deal and a super fast and simple transaction. I was literally in and out with the new vehicle in an hour and fifteen minutes, start to finish. When you set out for a whole day drive -one way- to get something important, nothing could be better than just knowing that itll all work out alright - and at Bird-Kultgen, we felt that way from the start. Adam and team were amazing throughout - and we immediately felt welcomed, even though both parties knew that we were in a hurry to get back on the road for a return, we never ended up feeling rushed, rather just attended to. I give four stars only because I hate the car buying process so much. They gave me what I wanted and made sure I was informed of all options. Andrew explained the options on the vehicle and made sure I had no questions.

Friendly staff, but communication just wasnt there. I called ahead a day before to the quick lane to make sure they could replace some faulty tire sensors on my truck along with an oil change. The man I got on the phone told me that he would make sure the parts (sensors) were ordered and would be there the next day when I took my truck in. I arrive at 8am the next day and hand over my truck. I tell them about the sensors . I am told I would get a call after diagnosis for a complete quote on cost, etc. I never got a call. I call back around noon and it turns out my truck is finished. I inquire about the sensors as no one ever reached back out to me, and I am told that they could not get them to work as it seems to be a problem with my trucks computer and not the sensors. When I arrive, I am told another story. That they did not have any sensors in stock. Confusing, so I clarify and they simply did not have them in stock. Friendly staff...great. However, not only was my time wasted but they failed in 4 areas. 1. Not ordering a part that I was told would be ordered. 2. Not contacting me about this at all after dropping off my truck. (After I provided my contact number and specifically asked to be called) 3. Two completely different stories as to why the work was not completed. 4. Not contacting me at all when my truck was ready and the oil change was complete, and 3.5 hours after dropping my truck off. Again, good people and friendly staff, but as a business you have to do what you say you are going to do.Update: 11/11 - Was contacted by the manager. Ford came and got my vehicle and replaced the faulty parts. They did their part to make this right. Thank you!

AMAZING! I cant speak highly enough about Tim and Josh. After a horrific experience in Hutto I was about to give up and just go back to my dads dealership in AL. Yes, Ill drive that far for respect and honesty. However, I found an SUV that I was looking for and gave it one last shot. There was complete transparency in everything and wonderful communication with my dad even on this transaction. I was greatful they included my dad in everything as well. I live about an hour away and was unable to bring the vehicle home with me the evening I went down to see it and say yes this is the one. The numbers were perfect on the trade in and price of the used SUV. I was so impressed with the final amount. I was also blown away by the fact that they delivered it to me at my house on Monday when everything was finalized. I WILL be returning to to see Tim and Josh for my next vehicle. They are now my forever dealership! INTEGRITY.... thats what describes them!

Due to Covid there were lots of slow downs in receiving my car which was not ones fault. During that time I lost a salesman and Tim Pietsch who I have known for years stepped up. At the end of the sales Adam Brown was my salesman and did a good job. I thought the last car I bought from you in 2020 would be the last and Bill Bullman was my salesman and he retired. Due to a car accident I had to purchase another. Again Tim was there through the whole time to comfort and keep me up to date on the hold up of the car getting here. Thank you for helping me with the totaled car being brought to you for the insurance could do their job. I knew you would help me. Being single and not knowing what to do I just told the wrecker people/police to bring it to you. That was only August 2020. This was not a purchase planned but a necessity. Im still waiting on my license plates so I can call the TAG people the number for traveling in the Metroplex. Again another Covid challenge.
