Had electric window malfunction. Called and made an appointment. Got me in at first opportunity. Had the parts in stock. Called me 3 hours later to tell me it was done. Window works like new. Very personable, knowledgeable, yet professional receptionist. (I think she probably runs the place, or at least could). Their customer service shows that they are not only there to make a living but also to help people. Rates are reasonable. If I was from this area, this would be my new go to place for auto repair. We are new in town and were looking for a shop to do business with.. They fixed my Chevy Traverse AC issue. Quality of service was perfect, at least for what I expect. It definitely had a mom and pop, local business feel. The overall price of the repair was less than we had budgeted for, so that was a plus. I also appreciated the neat and orderly appearance, they advertised parts affiliation and mechanical certification, which is something I look for. We will be back.

Driving back to Colorado, the transmission cable broke in my 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. We got the truck towed to Lynch Auto Repair, and put the keys in the drop box due to it being after hours. Lynch opens at 7:30 and they were on it right away. The turn around on the fix was very fast as we were back on the road by lunch. The work was quality and trust worthy, the price was fair and reasonable, and me very satisfied. Great place and people!

I own an Infiniti QX56 and it had been to 2 other shops and shops including Douglass Nissan and Sewell Infiniti. Neither shop could figure out what wrong with the car. Sewell suggested that it needed a new engine and wanted me to trade it.. I called Victor at Lynch Auto Repair and explained what was going on with the vehicle, and in a few minutes I realized he knew what the heck he was talking about. Not only did he get the vehicle diagnosed in a very timely manner he also got the repairs repairs completed in a timely manner and the vehicle is driving like new. The repair was less than $1000!! I recommend Lynch auto repair to anyone. They are very professional efficient and knowledgeable.
