The service is good the gas prices were fair. Good selection of beverages both family friendly and alcoholic. They have a hot counter with a good variety of bbq and fried foods.

Great prices for gas. Everything else is expensive. It is worth a trip on the days they BBQ. Staff is nice. However, the gentlemen who was serving food to everyone was not wearing a mask.

Great for a quick in and out. Friendly people working. There bbq is pretty good too.

This is my favorite gas station. First, the gas is always the best priced. Second, the people who work there are great. After seeing them weekly over the years, it’s fun to joke with them and makes the chore of getting gas not so bad. They make the best ribs and tri-tip on M,W, F so I always try to hold off on gas until one of those days. But it sells out fast so get there before 1! Their coffee in the morning also tastes good, and they make breakfast burritos. The only thing I don’t like is you can’t pay at the pump. You have to walk in and sometimes there’s a line. But I’m so used to it, I don’t mind because I always grab a coffee or try tip when I’m in there.

Will be taking business elsewhere!! Employees don’t know how to charge things correctly every day we go there and same items purchased are the correct amount and other times different depend on cashier. Owner/managers need to train employees better. Ridiculous!!

Lived in this neighborhood for years. Always lIked this store. They serve some excellent barbecue food, and has some good deli choices. Some items are fairly expensive, but its a convenience store, so not uncommon. It gets busy, but its worth the wait for the BBQ ribs.

Went there for lunch on my break and got the best customer service from this handsome guy Stephen🥰 I hope he’s not guy because I will definitely be going back.

All cashiers are friendly and do their best to cater to orders. Their fast and efficient and the food is always fresh. Gas prices are low and the bbq is tender and made right outside on the grill. Best gas station Ive been to in Visalia.

Gas is pretty cheap but the rib dinner or the fried chicken dinner you would never know you could get such good food from a gas station. when and worked close i would come here 2 to 3 times a mouth and thats a lot for me i dont really eat out at all

My sister and I walked in to buy a fountain drink. We waited in line with our fountain drinks, only to be kicked out by a rude clerk there. My sister insisted on paying for the sodas and she straight flat out told my sister she needed to take her dog out. First of all she did not ask my sister if the dog was a service dog (WHICH HE IS). Second of all she was very rude and unprofessional. Third you do not treat a loyal customer who has been going there for over approximately 12 years like that! I feel sorry for the owner who is losing business and customers. We use to always go there growing up as kids. We will take our business elsewhere.

First off let me begin by saying I love gas station grub! However this grungy location is filthy. The workers are very arrogant and rude. I cant see why working at a gas station gives you that entitlement. The fried food is decent tho. Went in on 10/1 ordered 2 tri tip sandwiches. Tri tip was dry and if it hadnt been for the bbq sauce their would have been zero flavor. I should have cancelled my order after they used tongs to grab food that were just thrown on top of the hot deli counter with flies near by. I also noticed the young lady that prepped the sandwiches never washed her hands and grabbed bread with no gloves. Like I said I should have walked out after noticing that. But hey they dont need my measly money.... so I will spend it elsewhere purely off service (yes, it was that bad)

I went in to get a fountain drink, I was accompanied with my service animal and I got denied service and kick out. Cashier never ask if he was a service animal she was plain rude. I will take my money somewhere else.

I came too close today to being assaulted in the store while simply standing in line by a large, angry, hispanic teenager/young 20ish punk. The female hispanic clerk failed to recognize the young man repeatedly threaten to punch me or kick my ass... then when he told her directly he was going to punch me in the face she ignored it and threatened to kick ME out of the store! I guess she missed the part where the kid tried to get me outside to beat on me. He was 20, Im 51.He even waited outside at the pumps and threatened me some more. Terrible customer service and control of your business space. I wont be going back if that clerk is working.

They closed up 4 minutes before 10pm, I wanted to make a quick and simple purchase and the employees waved me off saying they were already closed.
