Walmart nowadays is Out of 3/4 of what Im looking for. Very simple items. Also, if you want cash back, they dont offer it at self checkout. And they will maybe have 2 checkers. Walmart is no longer convenient on so many levels. Used to be the ONLY place I shopped because they had EVERYTHING I needed. Food, clothing, convenient checkout, but now. No. I cant remember the last time I saw a jar of sweet pickles. I dont know what is going on with Walmart, but I am shopping more local now. 😪😪😪😪

Was able to find everything I was looking for. They have a large variety of food & snacks. The only negative was the parking lot. It was poorly lit and I didn’t see any security in the area. I noticed those walking out were quickly getting to their vehicles. Also saw several vehicles with occupants and no movement, looked like they were just sitting in the parking lot with their vehicles running. Could benefit from better lighting outside and additional security.

Its a good Walmart Ive been going there since theyre open about 20 years ago but right now right its this time theyre still under a little bit of construction turning it into a super Walmart I dont know if Im not sure if they have their extra parking yet but its a Walmart what can you say other than that its you get to know the people in there and some of them you like and some of them you dont anyway its just like any other Walmart except now its a super one you walk a quarter of a mile each way you know through the store but for the most part I found that most people in there are pretty knowledgeable and friendly

The store is great, the staff are all awesome from the pharmacy to grocery loaders. But the app is so awful now its not even funny. The last update that they refuse to fix, has broken every desire to shop for pickup and delivery anymore. I was shopping on the app for things I would buy elsewhere, especially Amazon, but they broke the experience, literally, and now I have to seek alternatives. 5 stars for the rare moments I enter your store, always to be greeted by amazing associates, and -3 stars for the single worst app update to ever be forced upon me.

Semi clean, not terrible over all. Its a Walmart so its pretty much what youd expect. Usually pretty stocked and maintained. Staff can be a bit rude.

Big difference between the Madera Walmart the Visalias Walmart selection is,,,,,,Bar none.Madera Walmart didnt have any adults bikes built as opposed to Visalias had at least 20 on display cant sell what is not out there to view worth the drive 60 miles south on highway 99 California.

I appreciate having a wide variety of products available. My local Walmart doesnt offer nearly as much, being a smaller community. I know if I cant find what Im looking for at my local Walmart, I drive to Visalia for this Supercenter. I also appreciated when it was open 24 hours a day, because not all emergencies happen during normal business hours.

They got a bunch of young kids working up there got no management that seems to be able to work the shelves always under stocked I mean I hope they can step their game up but I know I said at the bicycle and tubes and waited for over 15 minutes while I was pushing the button for an employee to help me I was looked at by multiple employees that walk around me like yeah wont be that so that Walmart big thumbs down. Im sure theyre just trying to work out the kinks.....

Lots of parking with lots of cars. We were able to park medium close. We went for mens shoes and they had a good selection. We found something that worked for us at a terrific price. We used self checkout for our single item and were out the door quickly. Well go back.

This Walmart on Mooney Blvd in Visalia it TERRIBLE!! I don’t know where to begin. The parking lot is dark at night, not many of the lights are on and you can’t see where you are walking much less if people are standing around or following you. I’m not sure corporate knows that there is a store there because the shelves seem empty. Apparently they’ve not shipping product. 🤷‍♀️Taking a list with and only about half of the items will be available. It’s hard to find help to reach what they do have because instead of stocking the shelves it’s on top, boxed and unreadable. The front entrance is dirty and there I hardly any carts and what’s there will not roll easy. The carts are not cleaned out of trash. I have sent emails to the store and corporate and no response. There is never a manager and employees just stand around. Only one cashier is usually open and long lines. The worse store in the area!!!

Their pharmacy is fast, efficient and professional. Very pleased with their service.

Great shopping experience this time. Finally getting shelves restocked from 1st of year. Plenty of cashiers.Only compliant was no handicapped carts. Many in parking lot. Checked them all and dead battery on all 4 of them.They need to keep up on that. I was unable to complete my shopping because of that.

This isnt a reflection of the employees and only concerns company policies and workplace practices. Employees are paid far too little to care, and I cant blame them.I dont have to say much. Its just another Wal-mart amongst the thousands of others that all do the same exact thing in regards to operation and policy. But something I still cant comprehend that exists to this day is faulty data strips on the back of their very own Wal-mart gift card. I was bought one worth $50 and instantly I was greeted to the inability to get it to scan on their devices upon checkout. I patiently worked with associates and customer service both to resolve it and nothing could be done. Everyone claimed to be powerless, even though there was a balance on there. And on top of not being able to use it, which I was able to prove to them right then and there, policies forbade me from being helped to the fullest extent possible. Im bothered that I cant get refunded something that was unable to have money spent off of in the first place, basically having robbed me of my money before pretending to be helpless. Their only saving grace was the ability to spend it online without the need for a data strip.Aside from my personal struggles, the store is fairly clean and relatively stocked on most necessities. Its organized when it can be and the employees do a good job keeping the location operational.

I would give 5 stars if only theyd give me all the items I paid for at checkout. This is the third time after getting hm and unpacking everything only to realize Im missing items. And when I try to call the store w/ the number on the receipt, it jst rings off the hook. Ive called 5 times so far this morning n Nobody answers. BEYOND FRUSTRATING!!!

I visited the automotive department for service. They were short staffed but the employees here are patient and considerate. They went above and beyond for the customers.

No regular sales associates on the floor do nor have a key to the mens underwear area. I hqd to wait 15 minutes and decided to get abother product that is available on the end caps. Store is nice but your associatws should have access to product being sold. This ia what it comes ro when people steal and products like these meed to be locked up.

I grabbed a block of moldy cheese yesterday and tried returning it to the store today without a receipt and got denied. . All I wanted was a new block of cheese and the rude customer service lady said no. She even answered my question weather or not the manager would say the same. This is the worst Walmart store you can ever visit. It’s inventory is so incomplete. Would you expect a Walmart that runs out of iron boards? Yes, that kind of store is this one. Everything you need to get is online, but never available to pick up. Ridiculous.

S1E1 No headaches. Needed some affordable pain reliever for my broken shoulder. This location keeps these products locked 🔐. I love the part when I get to push the 🔘 button and see how long it takes. In 4.5 minutes I was greeted by the Pain Keeper who granted me access to his magic. A good visit for sure.

Every time I order online from this store I get the wrong order or theyre out of items. They like to blame the drivers.

I hadn’t been in a Walmart since the Covid lockdown so it was nice to actually go in and see what has changed. We needed some fruit canning supplies and they had everything we needed from jars to lids, etc. As always their prices were terrific.

Walmarts in Visalia are very rapidly losing their appeal to lots of people in Tulare county myself included. Yesterdays quest to Walmart on Mooney was just about my last straw. Number one no more guns to buy. Two no more ammo to buy. Three no cigarettes to buy. Four waiting in a line to be checked out by one cashier who is swamped while 9 check out lines are closed. Im about done with WalMart. Oh but there are self check out stations. Um no sorry, I dont work for Walmart. Im not a cashier. I dont care how easy you say it is. Im not there to do an employees job.I have watched Walmart slowly degrade over the years. Now it seems to be degrading much more rapidly. Granted there are 4 or 5 million Mexican customers who will keep Walmart alive for a while longer, at least until Americans like myself leave California and stop paying for their free ride. Ya I think Walmart will soon go the way of the doe doe.

Crowed. In this day and age it still surprises me that people have so little disregard for others as well as there own safety. Restrooms were dirty. Clothes on the floor, either from being knocked off the rack, worse yet people too lazy to hang back up.I go in for what I need, then leave.

This was a pretty sad super Walmart in my estimation not even sure if it classifies as a true Super W but its Walmart so whatever. Also generally crowded. I guess the other one on the other side of town isnt finished yet so maybe that one will be better.

The largest selection in Visalia so far still a bit packed for my liking but I chose this location overall when I need to.

The Walmart in Hanford is SO much nicer. This walmart looks so old, dirty, and run down. They dont have much of a selection here either I feel like other Walmart locations have nicer things and more of a varity to choose from as far as home decor and supplies go. This Walmart really needs a good remodeling or something.

I happened to be in Visalia from Fresno & stopped to pluck up a few items I needed since in the area. I have to say this store is very clean, associates are very friendly with customers and with each other...I overheard an employee praising and uplifting another as they both worked stocking the shelves. Although it was a stocking night and pallets of times were in isles, I was able to maneuver my cart with ease.Great job store managers!I did bring up the great review to the store “Coach” Paul that his in store stocker Joseph seems to be a great natural leader.Huge thumbs up! 🤩👍🏽It’s unfortunate I can not give the same raving reviews about any of the Fresno stores.
