BigLot is not what it use to be the prices are extremely high for a discount store and can never find what you looking for !Visalia store is dirty ther is absolutely no help if you need it u ask they look as though your crazy for asking wanted to by a bed bed but ther is noone capable of answering any questions ya they get👎👎ther new inproved wed site sucks eggs

Nice store with a variety of household and outdoor merchandise to choose from. The prices are average. The employees are very nice. The only complaint I have is a lot of items do not have price tags on them.

Bought a sectional couch and purchased the warranty. Within a few months there were runs in the fabric on the cushions and a year and a half in there is big split in the seam of one of the cushions. We tried to use the warranty to get it fixed and found out that there were over twenty five kinds of damage that were not covered. There is literally way more things NOT covered than covered. This was not explained when we bought it, they just said if anything happens call us. This is the first couch me and my wife bought together after we got married and we got the warranty so it would last. A year and a half in and we have runs and split seams and nothings covered. All we wanted were a couple new cushions and they refused us. We emailed the store and it was more of the same. Pretty disappointing.

I like shopping at Big lots you never know what you might find but this time they had way too much in the aisles you couldnt get through because of the furniture was was in your way so that was inconvenience but on the most part I I do like Big lots and they do have sales every once in awhile so I would still go back.

Have not being in store for a while. Very clean and organized. One problem was prices could not find on another of stuff. But very happy with everything else.

Great place to find unique stuff

First- I normally dont write reviews we just had very poor experience. We traveled an hour to purchase an outdoor patio couch (the Biglots website said the couch was available for purchase at the Visalia location) because our local Big Lots did not have the one we wanted. When we got there the cashier was rude and dismissed us, stating We dont have it. We spoke with the manager and he said they didnt have it . We kindly asked him to double check because the website said it was available AND it would have been a 2hr drive round trip for nothing. TWO minutes later a back room stocker came out and said you ONLY want the one couch right?- We said yes. He literally said oh good I dont want to lift anymore than I have too.Just do your job... if you dont like what you do-go work somewhere else. The store was also very dirty and disorganized which only added to the chaos.I gave to 2-stars because in the end we got what we needed and the backroom stocker ended up helping us right away (and with a smile).

I always avoid this store, but decided to run in for a few odd items for a crazy Christmas theme idea. I was floored at all the unique items they had! We couldnt find a cart, so ee tried to carry it all. I literally plopped my arms full of stuff on the counter, nearly dropping it all. Love this place. Im sure Ill drop by again.

Went looking for a couch and couldnt believe that most of the furniture was defected. New couches come apart when you sit on them.

Employees are usually super nice and helpful! And these are visits far and apart. I purchased furniture during one of their 20% off Friends and Family Sale(s). The tall gentleman is very personable/professional. As a bonus, he loaded the heavy boxes on the pickup.Just a nice guy all around.

Big Lots is awesome! My wife and I found all the items we needed to do a complete reorganization on my moms walk in pantry. Prices are very reasonable and great selection.

This store is well-organized organized. It sells food, pet food and supplies, grocery items, office supplies, speakers, phone cords and chargers, yard decor and patio furniture, mattress sets, home decor, towels, pillows and more. The employees have always been very helpful, courteous and obviously know the value of outstanding customer service.

Big Lots, is probably one of my favorite stores! I just moved here a few days ago, and definitely had to hit this store to find organization help, cleaning supplies and some food snacky poos!

This was my first time in the store. I was pleasantly surprised at what the store has in stock. I bought a storage cube and the totes and I am very happy with them. I will definitely visit the store again.

I love big loss but the customer service is like everywhere else in Tulare County.... It sucked! Does anybody in the county enjoy their job, have a happy life of its everybody just mean and hateful? It seems like nobody enjoys their jobs. Nobody smiles, they greet you but only that is half believable.

Having been to several big lots in several states and cities, this big lots is one of the cleanest and has amazing staff. They are courteous, friendly, and helpful. Thanks guys for being great!

Big Lots has really stepped up their game in the last few years. It carries indoor furniture, patio furniture, as well as a large assortment of name brand household supplies. The store also has a large variety of foods, many of them name brands, and including gluten free and other specialty items.

Big Lots has great prices on all their items. Beats Wal-Mart to pieces. Everything from staples and food to furniture and rugs. I love the store and go there frequently.

Love his store.i get list inside for hours. The employees are always smiling even when handling an upset customer... Could use a little more help in the evenings close to closing.

Theres a lot of great Christmas gifts. Like the popcorn set from Hells kitchen. CocaCola cups . Lots of special food gifts. They have weekly sales . And good discounts for members.

This particular store went out of their way to find and replace everything missing when someone I know left a bag at the checkout counter. Big lots in general doesnt have everything, but they have fair prices on everything and good deals every once in a while. Watch out for signs out front because once in a while theyll have a 20% off everything sale and it compounds on other sales they might be having. Ive gotten stuff like baby food for $0.15 a meal, wheat thins and triscuits for $0.80 a box, veggie straws for $2 a pound, udon soup for $0.80 a bag, laundry detergent for 33% Walmart price, and brand name audio equipment at 60% Amazon price. Just make sure you always check expiration dates and for packaging defects before buying anything. Also, furniture, toys, and appliances tend to be a poor value.

This is a place for things just before they are thrown away. Most are either old or damaged during shipping. Still useable but not for sale in regular stores. Lots of neat things and furniture too. Cheap pricing for soda pop and many candy items. Join in the hunt for that one item you just cant live with out and come in today.

Difficult to determine what the actual price of an item is, if Amazon delivered on Sunday I would never have bothered. Sole staff at the register was super nice and helpful all the stars are for her.

Went to your store and I had fell down in visalia store. I told the manger he said I look ok. No reason to take a report. But my right arm is really bruise up i hit pretty hard. Im 62 years old. Ouch.
