Showed up right at closing. The guy stayed later answered all my questions, super knowledge. I was not rushed, he was very patient. Gave me best price possible for my mattress. Check out was quick. Would use them again.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Took my disabled mother in law to get a mattress the sales reb joahnabea talked her in to a mattress out of her price range and then told her it would be 5 to 7 days for the mattress it took almost three weeks and I had to keep calling was told it wasnt in then I was told it had been There for a week so frustrating and abouslutly avoidable!!! Do Not SHOP HERE!!!! Worst experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They dont have the selection they advertise on facebook, especially in the fresno store. The high end mattresses, if they have any, wanted to sell them for $750 which is too much for being what they claim to be.

They are an awesome mattress store. They helped us choose a perfect mattress for my daughter. She loves it and sleeps so well on it. They have awesome customer service and they went above and beyond to make sure we were cared for and delivered our mattress when they said they would deliver it. The husband even rented a truck to deliver our mattress when their delivery driver was unavailable. Thank you guys!

We came here and spoke to Ryan and Jen, They were friendly faces and did not pressure us at all. Although the were extremely patient with us and very informative. Best Mattress prices hands down!

Not a good experience. Claimed to have a bed I needed for 75.00 to 135.00 but after I drove 10 miles he claimed to have sold them all right before I got there and only had 185.00 or 200.00 sets available. Said the 75.00 one was an RV mattress. Then offered to sell me more expensive beds. If I had known I wouldnt have wasted the trip. I clearly stated what I needed when I made the appointment. In my opinion they gwt you in the store so you will buy more expensive.
