I have been going to Best buy off and on for many years, and just two months ago I started going back into store because I moved a block away from it .it was seems to me Best buy has been around forever and is part of Visaliawhenever I go to the store, past and present the employees have always been friendly and helpfulTheres only a couple home town stores left in Visalia, and I think we should continue to support them for all years of friendly good service they have given the communityKeep up the good work

The produce is fresh. We were looking for the perfect avocado and it was there. The staff was very nice and made sure our visit was complete and found everything.

Been shopping there 35 years! Basically the same layout, but they keep up with whats popular and what people want. My go to grocery store. Not very responsive to ordering special item I want though.

I have been shopping here since 1970 it hasnt changed much and that is a good thing.

Ive noticed since the new owners took over. They have made quite a few changes some good. Many Self-serving but 1 thing remained consistent. All Prices were Raised a minimum of 8% to 33% and more. Produce really took a hit as did the Meat Department that was known city wide to have some of the best Butchers in Visalia always there with a push of the buzzer to make those specially cuts only a highly trained Bucher could do. But they have also left leaving something else lost to coperate profits. Dont get me wrong Best Buy still served it proprud at a local food store with high prices. Some things change but stay the sane.

Nice atmosphere and all employees were so helpful with assisting me and accomadated.

Called because a few people said that they had a good butcher shop. I called them and spoke with the meat department and asked if they had sweetbreads. The butcher said I should talk to the bakery. Wow. A butcher shop that thinks sweetbreads are a pastry? Quality and Glicks didnt hesitate when I called them. They are butchers. Best Buy is more like a Savemart when it comes to meat apparently. Dang. I was really wanting some BBQ sweetbreads!

I found water bottles here when the crazy pandemic shopping was emptying shelves. This little store seems a little overlooked but they have good prices.

I went in for specific ingredients to my recipe. I needed 2 oranges, it was very difficult to find 2 acceptable oranges. REALLY? So very disappointed!

Easy last minute needs

Ive been a loyal customer to this location for years, BUT its become more frequent that the product I have picked up on the shelves was past the expiration date. I have also noticed that management has been increasingly short and incredibly rude to the cashiers, as well. I hope this location turns around before it goes completely downhill.

A neat little store kind a like stores used to be of course not as cheap as Winco but nevertheless a good experience and a lot of hard to find items...So don’t be afraid

Been living here Visalia over 30 yrs. Best Buy Market has been used for quick shopping or formain shopping. I know were most items are but when all else fails I ask for help. These r the Greatest deals.

Not the greatest selection but they carry a lot of what i need. They more conveniently located so easy to stop by on the way home. Their clerks are very friendly and helpful too.

Great meat dept. I love that they have a real butcher there. They also have a very nice fruit and vegi dept. I love that there are 2 entrance/exits. If youre just getting milk and bread, go in the East side. For meat and veggies go in the West side. A few items are priced a little high, but the sales on meat and cereal always make the trip worth it. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Bought some carne asada steak and it was Brown. It looked like it had been loft out over night. The meat department was a mess. When I returned it they refunded my money but were unconcerned about how old the meat was. NEVER buy meet there. Im calling the health department.

Great selection of stuff if you can figure out the organizational layout of the store. Could not find anything quickly and I was making tacos and rice. Should have been in one section. Somehow had to traverse the entire store to find it all.

Ive been going to Best Buy Market since 1967 theyre friendly they support Valley Childrens Hospital they collect coats for children in other words theyre very much into the community and the whole idea of being healthy their store is clean and friendly I recommend even Martha Stewart would love Best Buy

Too many frequent visits to fix a brand new computer and having to purchase more (gadgets) to resolve the problem is very frustrating, when I spend this much money I expect it to work as advertising says! The service staff was very helpful and pleasant!

Went in yesterday to rent a rug doctor and was trying to ask one of the women there for help because we werent sure on where to go to rent it. the woman completely ignored me the first time I asked. walked right past me without even acknowledging I was there. the second time I asked she didnt look at me again just sort of scoffed and said any cashier will help you then walked away to ring up a man that was in a completely different line! she was EXTREMELY RUDE!my husband and I left to rent a rug doctor from somewhere else because of the experience. Totally unprofessional! if I could I would put negative stars!

I will never shop there again for the last 3 years i average a purchase of 50 to abt 80 dollars every trip the market is down the street from my home no more i was publically shamed by the older manager male on duty. Monday night... I am in the process of moving for the last 2 weeks and have asked for boxes for packing the cashiers and boxers have alway always pointed me to the box bin or have gotten me boxes from the back in appreciation i have bought groceries from the market. No one has ever said one word about taking them on a few occassions they have even helped me put them in my cart i have been greatfull and appreciative and believed i was doing nothing wrong. Tonight was a different story the on duty manager scolded me and demeaned me in the store loud enough for people to hear his employees were obviously embarrased turning away and looking at me with apologetic faces. I am a hard working older hispanic professional customer who had been shopping there for 3 years enjoying the sales and the small grocery store feel.... No more u have lost a loyal customer who helped keep your doors open i will take my 400 to 500 worth of sales to Winco or smart n final or RN from now on. ...shame on u if a frequent customer needs some boxes let her have with no repirmand for one moment think that poor lady is moving what a pain for her she doesnt need me giving her a hard time....thats how i have been treated by the rest of your staff helpful and kind .....Sir u have left a sour taste and in this day and age i feel if i was probably a skinny pretty blonde and not short chunky hispanic female this story would be different shame on u. Keep your boxes they only cost u 500.
