Very rare now in days. Also, he explained every detailed, and I know they work really hard to provide excellent service. Overall, I recommend this awesome people.

Took my truck in to have fully inspected to be reliable for work. Not only did they do a full inspection with pictures and videos sent to my email they also broke it down to biggest concerns and future needs. The main owner RJ is one of the best in Visalia, I went to him with a messed up break bracket that had messed up while working and despite being busy he was able to help me get back to work, and home safely. I appreciated what he was able to do for me I definitely recommend RJ Automotive 10/10.

Awesome service and amazing office personal. Check batteries in Diesel and alternator. Replaced One bad battery and will replace the other one in about a month since it’s recommended to replace both with diesel. Love these guys and gal!

Triple A+ service! I was on day 14 of a 18 day family trip from Michigan. Brakes started grinding as we were stopping for the night. I called them first thing the next morning, explained my situation and they literally had me back on the road in an hours time. Extremely happy with the work that was done here. The staff is top notch and very friendly. Their shop is exceptionally clean as far as automotive shops go and, even though their waiting area is great, they will drive you anywhere in town and pick you up when they are finished with your car. Great communication throughout the whole process. I was quoted a fair price for the work that needed to be done and it was completed in a time efficient manner. Also received a warranty on their work for peace of mind. Definitely recommend!!

I took my car in to get serviced and they did a great job! The price is good and they are fast it only took them a couple of hours and their lot was full! I will definitely take my vehicles to them whenever I need some work done!

Very recommend shop, went in for AC issue on my Kia they had got that fixed with no problem and also went a step ahead to check for other issues came out with 2 other issues that I had on my car (not from them), but if it wouldn’t have been for their professionalism I would have never known. Needed a used vehicle inspection, had me all done in two hours with no appointment. Very thorough and only $95 out the door. The manager took great photos of various parts of the inspection to validate his approval of the car’s condition, then went over the pictures on a high def tv AND emailed them to me. A great little shop and one I’ll come back to.

I am a single mom with one vehicle. RJ Automotive is the best automotive repair/service provider that I have EVER been to, and Ive lived in a lot of different places. Their customer service is superb! They do not take advantage of me because I am a woman with limited automotive knowledge. They explain work to me, but are not condescending. They are honest. Their prices are fair. They repair correctly and fully, and stand behind their work. They are the only place that I go to now, for major repairs to basic oil changes. They are also the only place I refer people to, even my friends who live out of town. Excellent place of business!!!!

Great mechanic shop, they are very honest. Took my car two times and both times they helped me (2012 optima). RJ went out of their way to look up the problem for my vehicle, and figured out both times the problems were covered under a recall. They were even kind enough to let me store my vehicle at their yard while I figured out how to get it to the dealership. I cannot recommend these mechanics enough. I brought Louie my ‘96 Sidekick which had the most infuriating mystery timing problem which even my mechanic father could not figure out. Louie and his team were extremely thorough and kind. They gave me regular updates on what was going on. They didn’t rush the repair which I really appreciate because it allowed them to find the multiple problems my car had. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the shop is spotless and well organized. They gave me a fantastic price for the amount of work they did. I’ve found it difficult in the past to find a mechanic who is familiar with Sidekicks/Trackers, but Louie and his mechanics have apparently worked on/rebuilt several of them in the past. If you want quality, friendly, affordable service go to RJ’s. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I would like to thank RJ Automotive for taking excellent outstanding care of my baby Honda CRV they did an awesome job fixing the problems giving me the best deal available not telling me just what needs to be fixed at the moment but what needs to be fixed overall and giving me the chance to decide based on my ability to pay what I would be able to afford to fix thankfully they worked with my budget and was able to fix everything that needed to be repaired under the hood and gave it an excellent powerwash making it look almost brand new they guarantee their work when I took it home and there was a problem with the thermostat I took it back and they immediately fix the problem when another problem arose I took it back and they fix that problem all during the same week they provided transportation to pick up and drop off my vehicle great customer service excellent detailed emails of the parts that needed to be fixed as well as showing the reasons why I would definitely recommend them to family friends and anybody inquiring thank you RJ Automotive I will be bringing my other two vehicles in shortly definitely earned my trust and business
