I have been going to Quality for years and the name says it all. Luis is always straight up with you about your vehicle and what needs to be done. I would recommend him to anyone. Great service and quality work and is always fair with his prices.

This shop worked on my car for a non check engine light issue... after picking up the vehicle the check engine light turned on later in the day and began having issues it never had before. I took it back to them the next day and they simply could not fix it. I really wanted to like this place because everyone else does. Luis relied heavily on his diagnostic machine...when the machine could not tell him what was wrong he blamed the car being a Honda and suggested to take to a Honda dealer. Theres so many other issues and Luis knows what he did. I would not bring my vehicle to this shop again sorry.

We were on our on way back from a trip to Sequoia National Park. We heard a noise from the engine bay so we stopped the car, checked under the hood and noticed there was no serpentine belt. Called Alan at Quality Auto Service and said they could take us for the most reasonable price Id ever heard. They also mentioned there were cars ahead of us so wed have to wait. We were ok with that. We towed our vehicle over and were told they would get to it asap. Alan also gave us updates on what was going on while we waited. After they were done they charged us the more than fair price and we were on our way.If I lived nearby, I would only ever take my card there. 10/10 best auto repair experience ever!

Came here when I had some concerns over a previous repair at another shop. Luis and his staff were very friendly and empathetic. Luis was also very professional regarding the anyone else whod previously worked on the car. These are qualities hard to come by at a mechanic shop.They took in my 2010 Corolla and inspected it at no cost. It was made very clear that they would not do any work, unless approved. Will definitely be returning. Thank you guys!

Isaiah went out of the way to assure my mom car was fixed right even when issues came up. Yes you can find it cheaper but if u want it done right Isaiah is the man. And for those who aren’t aware of what that means.Saying keeping it 100 is equivalent to being 100% honest.So my lovely car decided to over heat and the gentleman as busy as he was took the time out to come outside and look things over.When I tell you I was terrified - b/c my car was leaking and going nuts! This never happened before. And I knew if I were to take my car to NISSAN they would charge me an arm and a leg. My Granddaughter needed a water pump replaced. She called and quoted a price, we got there at 1:00p.m. and were driving home by 3:30 p.m.This auto shop is Quick, and more important, Fair prices. Went and got a tune-up but parts were loose and bolts were missing. Also paid full price for a tune-up and didn’t include everything that comes with a tune-up. When you look up what comes with a tune up I only got about half of what I asked for.

Recently got my car back from being worked on at the dealership, and had what I thought was just an oil leak. Took it in to Quality Automotive, and quickly found out that I have 5 leaks in my car! 2 oil leaks, a coolant leak, power steering fluid leak, and a leak in my AC. He didnt charge me for anything, and I promptly returned to the dealership to have them fix what they caused.Luis is honest and helpful. Looking forward to returning when I need work done on my car.

Went to fix my car amd get it ready for the dmv for I can get it on the road and they said it was fixed charged me 1300 and it didn’t pass at the dmv when I went back they didn’t wanna fix it and stole my money.Go somewhere else these people will just waist your time and money and steal parts from your cars that don’t need to be replaced.
