I was told by dmv that I needed my car to have a light and brake inspection in order to get my tags. I called this business last minute to see if they could do the inspection ASAP and I was able to have it inspected the very next day!! They were so quick and so professional! I was able to get my tags and insurance just in time to give my daughter the car as a gift for her birthday!!! We are very happy! Thank you!!

Although it was an expensive repair on my Lexus RX350, it was well worth knowing and having a knowledgeable, skilled and experienced mechanic fix it. I’m certain the dealer would have charged more. Dave has a top of the line automotive shop. Friendly and honest. They use parts with warranties and they guarantee their work and service. Dave is one of fairest guys I know. He will give you the exact problem with your car and explain it in full detail. One thing I know about Dave he will fix your car right at a reasonable price.

Took my 2007 chrysler 300 to advanced after being recommended. They were able to quickly diagnose the electrical issue. Dave said that my engine was a unicorn kinda so I would have to source my own part as he had no supplier. He did not even charge me for diagnosis and said come back and hed add it to repair bill. After looking I sourced a part took it to them they installed it and my car is good as ever. I would recommend advanced auto to anybody needing a fair and honest shop.

Took my car earlier than my appointment time, was told it would be about 2 hours, I called 2 1/2 hours later and my car hadnt even been touched. Whoever I talked to on the phone was rude and said well just pick it up No phone call to even give us a heads up. Bad enough we live in tulare and had to bring it to.Visalia.

Im a car dealer here in Visalia. I inquired about the cost. I usually get charged $75 instead of 100, which I let him know very politely. Owner was extremely rude and said not interested, thank you and hung up on my face. I recommend better customer service and maybe youll have more customers!

Ive been using Advanced Auto for fourteen years because Ive always been treated well, my cars have been successfully repaired in a timely fashion at what I considered a fair price (or a bit of a bargain), and once, when he remembered a bit of a trick about fixing a rough running Previa by resetting a fuse or something in the fuse panel by sticking a toothpick into a hole and pushing down, he gave it back to me at no charge. Didnt have to fix it or replace anything, so no charge. Now I call that decent, honest business. Its why I keep coming back.

Best place to get your car smoged. I was in and out of there in 15 minuts from the time i pulled up to the time i drove away. There prices are very good for a smog the cheapes i found, and the customer service is great i have used this place to smog my car for the last 4 years and will continue to for as long as they are open

THE RUDEST, MOST INCOMPETENT, HORRIBLE AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE! Brought a vehicle in to have an Interlock device installed a few weeks ago. This place does not check their work. They either rush their work and dont check it before they give it back to you, or they simply dont give a crap. They only care about your payment. First, they lost my paperwork that they were supposed to file with the DMV and I had to pay the consequences by having my interlock installed for 2 extra months. Their second screw up was when i had the interlock reinstalled to another vehicle. The installer didnt check his work and forgot to connect my headlights to the battery, so I had no headlights that night. I had to take the car back to them to have them fix their mistake. Third, they didnt complete the paperwork that I needed to file with the DMV again and they rejected it. I had to pay $35 to have a new form rush-delivered to me so my license wouldnt get suspended. Talked to the owner about me being compensated for their mistake, and the owner RUDELY blew me off and tried to throw me off of his property because I expressed my complaints to him. I had to have a lawyer talk to him about him compensating me for having a form sent to me because of their mistakes. Even then, the owner was rude and did not want to admit to their mistakes. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
