The associate didnt know anything. He tried to Google things to find our product, printed me out the wrong fuse diagram. For prices they are cheap,but you get what you pay for here. They usually give us the wrong part. One store sent me to another store far away saying parts were in stock when they were not

ZERO STARS!!!!I will never in my life return here. Not even if my car was dying and they were the only ones who could fix it. They tried scamming me into paying 500$ for a sensor. Why. Probably because im a women and they dont think I know stuff about cars. Ridiculous!! I got the part I needed for 80$ Thanks for nothing!!

Don’t call expecting help. I called asking about a brake caliper compression tool, got put on hold, and forgotten about, after the nice man said he’d check and “be right back”. Was on hold for over 15 minutes, hung up, called back, and was put on hold again. For a simple parts check. There’s a reason I only use this place as a last resort.

Your Dinuba store was okay, except one customer had taken two side by side handicapped position. I informed the supervisor that I was handicapped and couldnt park my vehicle in the handicapp. The customer didnt have any sign or license plate indicating he was handicapped. Please take care of the situation before it get out of hand. I could have dial 911 but I didnt . Thank you.

Some staff not to knowledgable, might have been a new employee. not so happy.. went to buy two new batteries had two cores and was told I couldnt do two cores so I told the kid my husband will purchase a battery and return a core and Id do the Same with the other battery also was told I couldnt do that . Than was told okay I could do both cores, but was going to get $18 for one core and $10 for the other I was baffled and felt I was getting ripped off big time. so than after discussing the situation with another employee he told me hed do the $18 for both cores so when going to pay for my two batteries and returning two cores when checking out each core was $22 each..The kid told me that I had not explained to him that I wanted to buy two new batteries and had two cores I was so upset with that kid because he didnt understand me. And I was as clear as can be so another employee questioned him why he was giving us two different prices and why he was denying us to return two cores in a single transaction. That kid had absolutely no idea what he was doing . I left so upset that day . I felt I was getting screwed. Ive never had a bad experience with this company till that day . so Im assuming that kid was new and not trained enough.. I will continue to come here since I am a preferred member.. Thank you..!

These guys are very helpful and appear to be knowledgeable about the auto parts they sell. They were friendly and able to get me the right parts at a reasonably good price for what I needed to work on my Toyota pickup. My vehicle is fixed now, with no issues with the installation of the clutch master and slave cylinders that I replaced.I give AutoZone a thumbs up....

This place was okay. I prefer the other location the staff here were laughing and cracking jokes like it was just them in the building they had trouble locating an item I ordered online and just seemed to have that get the customer out as quick as possible mentality even though I was the only customer in the store. They have what you may need for your car but they need just a bit more professionalism

Uhg, I super hate this location and avoid it like the plague. It took 4 trips to this location with overtly terrible service before I called it quits. On more than one of my four trips the person attempting to help me knew nothing about cars, ok fine maybe they are new, but they had no clue how to look up parts or even what questions to ask so we could try to work together to find a sensor I needed. Its like going to the restaurant and telling the cook how to prepare your food. Even worse is that the parking lot is super shady and there is always sketchy characters out there. Go here at your own risk
