This is like the definition of preferential treatment. I got my wheels installed 7/2/2020, and I had previously went in with someone to purchase them a couple days before. I was buying my wheels for full price, no installments, and the other person was financing their wheels. I get it, they were going to make more money off the person financing the wheels than me, who was buying them upfront. However, I asked if alignments were included, and one of the guys there told me to take it to “Gross and Stevens” in Visalia. Never did they tell me I was going to have to pay for that alignment. I assumed when you buy wheels they’d align them for to make sure they’re good. Same way you pay for other things and the company makes sure it’s up to par. Either way, I took it to Gross and Stevens, and they actually did not charge me initially, because I showed them my invoice for being a customer at Rent a Wheel. Then yesterday, now 4 months later, I get a call saying that Rent a Wheel was not going to cover my alignment because I was not a financed customer, so there was no included alignment since these wheels are not protected by them, once I paid for them fully upfront. I don’t blame the alignment shop because they routinely work with the clients of Rent a wheel, but I blame Rent a Wheel for telling me to take it there, and omitting the part where I wasn’t going to be getting an alignment included in my purchase. I also called twice about a hub ring to be ordered and they never called me back, whereas the other person, who financed, got their hub ring within a matter of days. The other person, who financed, got TWO free alignments, along with wheel care products, and I received nothing besides a charge for a service that was done 4 months ago. The wheels were awesome, and they weren’t rude, but I felt like it was a bit deceitful and preferential because they weren’t going to make more money off of me like they were the other person who financed.

Guys went way over and above. Have a lil project car and wanted mounted today. They gave me a setup @ 6:30 when they close at 7:00. Went to every placein Tulare County looking for someone who had stuff in stock. Not saying that they have all, but 100% percent more in stock locally. Thanks guys, super happy.

We were trying to leave for a trip and noticed our tire was extremely low. Even though it was almost closing time Miguel and Jay were extremely accommodating and fixed our tire quickly and efficiently. Nicest guys in town and we would recommend their business to anyone!

They see you like a ghost. Customer service needs to have more workers to satisfy customers. I just walked away and looked somehere else for great rims

Definitely taking my business elsewhere.I went there a few times and talked to three different employees trying to see if they could get specific wheels I wanted that were on their catalog. They all took my info and said they would call me the next day but I havnt heard back from any of them. Really disappointed. Its been 4 weeks since I talked to the first employee.I know their busy and all but not one call.

Staff is very friendly, they have very good wheel program, i am very satisfied with my purchase and their help.....check them out if you looking for wheels and tires

Great customer service staff was friendly and great explained the whole rent a wheel plan. Read reviews from other customers yeah you end up paying over retail price but that is if you are only doing your minimum payments. But if you pay more you will get what they are worth and own them in no time. Miguel was the one who helped me on the floor he knew what I was looking for didnt push me to get something I wasnt interested in. My car was due for new tires so why not get a set of rims. Well worth it made my car look like a whole different car. Great place to do business.

Great customer service friendly staff all around hooked me up with a great deal new tires used rims but really clean they look like new, definitely recommend people coming here. Dont go off other bad reviews, I am doing the 90days same as cash program, so as long as you pay your balance before the 90 days your good they told me the exact day that i have to pay it all off, I definitely see my self doing businesses with them in the long run.

Those rims cost more than most cars in my budget 😪 very nice though

Good place. I wouldnt do the in house financing though, you will pay $3000 for a $1000 set of wheels if you do... I did the math. That being said, every time I go in here, I get excellent customer service. Have bought three sets of rims here, 3 different times. Every time I go in I just happen to find a nice gently used set in the showroom or outside that fits my cars and looks good. They have a decent chrome selection, which is getting more difficult to find these days. The staff is knowledgeable on what size rims will fit your car or truck, and they understand the type of look you are going for when you start browsing around. Its too bad that they dont stock 24 inch rims and up, they would probably make a killing... Lots of us wheel buyers are spur of the moment buyers, we want it right then and there, we dont want to order it. We would just order it from home on the internet if we wanted to wait. Yesterday they sold me a nice set of used 18 chrome wheels for $900 with new tires. 2 years ago they sold me a nice used set of 22 chrome irocs for $1200 with new tires. I will always come back here when I am in the market for some wheels.

Its a great place the employees are the Best they. Will get. The. Job. Done. And will do anything until you are satisfied.

They advertise 120 days same as cash, but when I was there, their 120 day same as cash price was over $200 more than their cash price. When I mentioned to them how same as cash works and what that means, the representative just said he didnt write the policies. They either dont understand how that works, or the more likely, do it purposely to pry their customers out of more money than they already are for over priced rims. Im sure most of their customers dont realize they are being duped and conned, let alone ask questions.

Over priced for cheap rims my inserts melted in a week and they gave me the run around about it. And now they put the wrong lug nuts and Im from out of town. Also they added warranty behind my back I told them no and they still added the warranty. Bad service and they rob you.

My tires were to big messed up my front bumper and the motor covers literally chewed them off. One of my back tires shredded on the freeway and it made my back bumper hit the floor since my car is already low and fell off from one side ... Overall huge mistake

Horrible place they only care but the money if you need help with something that doesnt benefit them they wont bother helping you I called one day to see if they can put sum rims on i had bought they said they couldnt help me because they dont make enough money out of it and just hung up like are you kidding me is that all you guys care about and there rims are ridiculously over priced just go to amazon and you could practically buy the same rims for half the price save u r money and time and go else where!!
