Made me feel like I couldnt do the job I set out to do because I was a small girl, even though they had female working for them all 3 of them sat in the bay door laughing at me. A business like this shouldnt have such poor customer service and the the failure of encouragement from another female that worked there was very diminishing.

I was unable to install wipers I bought there a day earlier. I returned the next day and fhey helped me get them installed. Very friendly, professional, and helpful.

The clerk was a veteran who helped me find what I needed and as always Napa comes through.

I can always count on the quality of the parts Napa has to offer, the staff is always ready to answer my questions and they always have the correct response! Majority of the time I either deal with Isaul Reyes or Cumaro the assistant manager for this store. I could always count on these two to have my parts ready or ordered if not in stock. 10/10 for these two guys I will definitely keep coming back for all my automotive needs!

The places you shop are only as good as the people who work there, and the relationships you can build. Teaching myself how to paint, uh, repaint, uh, touch up panels, etc, requires more than a few hours of YouTube videos. Cumaro knows his stuff when it comes to paint, and finds answers to my endless questions. NAPA has always had quality parts, and this is a quality store - for parts and person-to-person service. And they dont make fun of me while Im still there. That is important.

This place is normally okay, but this I reserved some items online and when I went to pick it up they didnt have it ready. The associate said he would get it right now. As he kept looking he discovered that he did not have most of my order but said he could get it tomorrow. I didnt need it tomorrow I needed it today. I told him thanks but no thanks Ill just get it some where else. Then I went a second time for other items. This time coolant. Again they did not have it ready but the guy looked it up in computer, found my and got my product and went home. I had ordered Zentax Dex- cool and Zentax Asian Cars blue. Both were supposed to be 50/50. Well when I went to use the Dex it was thick so I read the bottle and it was the concentrate. So I stopped pouring and added water. But if I had not had not and just poured it in thinking it was already mixed it could have caused some serious problems with my car. Since I used some of it I figured It would be a hassle if I tried to return it. Just figured Ill just have to remember to add water.

NAPA Auto parts is my go to store for parts, materials and supplies for performing my own maintenance work on my family vehicals. The service and inventory is great. Ordering parts is excellent. JV

4 people behind the counter, all drinking Starbucks, updating Facebook statuses, talking about weekend shenanigans. I was the only customer in the store waiting clearly patiently in front of the parts counter. No one bothered to help me until I asked to be helped (after standing there for 20 minutes) and when I went to pay I had extended the money out to the employee and had to wait for her to put her cell phone down and finish her text message to complete the transaction. Was there for a total of 30 minutes for a 30 second long transaction. I would never go there again and will recommend everyone do the same. Blows my mind how a company reliant on customer service to tighten the competition in the parts sales and service industry paid so little attention to this customer.

Its funny how Napa dont comment on the negative just the positive.. ignore problem stores that will fix em. Dont care for napa they over price everything.

Didnt have right connection to check my alternator, normally dont have issues here. Had to go somewhere else, sale lost.

Incapable female, and very young, slightly conceited. Not able to know about classic or older car models. An experienced employee finally came to help, this job isnt for everyone, too bad.
