I was a bit overwhelmed by the huge selection, but found a helpful employee who pointed me in the right direction. I didnt give it more stars because it took them a little while to acknowledge me and ask if I needed help.

This place is great has alot of things. I gave it 3 stars because I do a lot of price comparisons before I do a project and the prices here are pretty high for the same items and same quality you find online….

Visited for the first on a Saturday, the store was packed! I looked around and was not overly impressed; the aesthetic of the place is very 80s and depressing with beige everything. The products felt like cheap quality but were not priced to match.. You can go to a Michaels, a Joanns, or a Home Goods, for better quality stuff and a much less depressing atmosphere without a lot of price difference. After selecting 2 items to buy, the line was too long and I decided to leave rather than wait.

Took my son here and bought him several pieces of wall decor. And they were 50%off! Ive been before, but he hasnt and he loved the store. Said hed definitely go back

Although it is an awesome place. Its got a lot of expensive things. There was very unkind in general person working up front. I feel bad for the people that have to work around her. Maybe shes a cashier? Trust your people and be respectful.

The customer service is terrible. My cashier was Sherry Lynn. She didnt smile, when I asked questions it was as if I was irritating her, and then she started dusting the counter sweeping everything on me while I stood there. I shop here very often and the cashiers usually seem like theyd rather be somewhere else. I might have to drive further if the service will be better.

Great Sales...Yet the customer service isnt customer friendly. Everytime weve shopped there its a weird vibe. And when weve asked for help... the willingness to help is as if I asked to pull their tooth out!! My adult daughters refuse to spend their money there as a result.

Check out the sale flyer online before going so you know whats on sale that week. They have great rotating sales and a ton of cute stuff, and the seasonal decor is always fun to look through. I always leave with more than I need!

Some walkways were a little crowded and hard to pass. But the selection was wonderful, check out was very, finding product was excellent. Online order was a little slow but the product was worth the wait.

Great selection. This location was very clean organized and well stocked. We found a large assortment of home items and craft goods. They have a large sale on out of season merchandice and we found a lot of good deals. The fabric selection continues to be the best in the area and is always stocked with the latest styles colors and patterns available in many different types of fabric.

I could shop at Hobby Lobby for days! They have so much to see. Everything is awesome, love Hobby Lobby! Cant wait to get back there again. Wish we had one in Newport News or Hampton, we have to drive to Virginia Beach. Highly recommend Hobby Lobby!!

This is one of the best Hobby Lobby stores Ive been to! Theyre always well-stocked, clean, and helpful. I need ideas on how to decorate a wooden box for a gift, and the staff here was more than willing to give me some fantastic ideas. They even walked me straight to the items and gave me detailed instructions on how to use them. The box came out fabulous and I can hardly wait to decorate more!Thank you, VB Hobby Lobby! Lots of sanitizing going on. Store was well stocked with plenty of spring and Easter decor (gnomes!!!) ~ and they already had some summer toys out. Cute farmhouse and lemon 🍋 stuff, as well. Loved the galvanized stuff ~ but Ill wait for a sale! 😂i

They had a sale on their flowers and we was so thankful because we was going in there to purchase artificial flowers. The cashier was very helpful as well. My husband asked the cashier if she could count the flowers again because we purchased so many. She didnt get upset and she did.

Beth was wonderful. Very polite and helped me with exactly what I needed without any issue. Olivia however came off rather rude and almost bossy with her fellow staff members. I like to go here for fabrics but not much else. Decor is repetitive and pricey unless you want discounted seasonal stuff then with sales its affordable.

For the person like myself who likes to go in, get what you need and leave, you may feel anxiety. This is definitely a place to go for those hard to find craft items though

There happened to be an excellent sale on the water color items I wanted. Hobby Lobby does stock good paint, brushes, pallets, pens, etc. A lot of the good art things.

If I could give zero I would. The audacity to call out my friend who is an Asian female as a shoplifter and follower her around the store was uncalled for and unprofessional. She needed some accent fabrics for a show she was doing that evening. The lady cutting the fabric was rude and informed us without asking “you know this is not on sale fight” after cutting it called over the pa code one multiple times (means shoplifting) and began following us around the store. This was uncalled for and unacceptable and this store should be ashamed of them for this!

FAIR PRICED AND FRIENDLY! I was desperate to try and find a decent priced easel as Michaels is just WAY over the top on their pricing for a multitude of things - I thought, Ill try my luck looking online at Hobby Lobby.. To my surprise the very easel I wanted was listed and on sale. So, I called the store to see if they had it in stock. Each employee I spoke to was wonderfully friendly, they found it AND put it up front for me. When I arrived, not only was it waiting for me, it was already assembled! It may have been the floor model, but I was over the moon happy! The manager and the gal that rang up my things were so pleasant. Id highly encourage folks to visit. Just be understanding that its the busy season, working retail can be tough.. but you will NOT be disappointed with their selections! Thank YOU Hobby Lobby!!!

Hobby lobby is like michaels on steroids. Anything you could think of, decoration wise, for your home you can find it here. From boujee decor to man cave style they got you covered. Beware, Make sure you have a lot of free time before you come in.
