I had an issue with a product I bought. Unfortunately, my mom used the receipt to spit her gum out in right after we purchased it the day before. Good selection and always organized and clean! Coupons available online and also through competitors. Ive always been able to find or get help finding what I need or even recommendations for projects Im looking to work on. I like the music they typically play in there and the notifications I receive for discounts and deals are usually pretty good and not overly annoying. Staff is friendly and helpful, always have had a good experience checking out - even during the busy holidays!

Good for diy projects but do not use them to frame pictures. They are overpriced and do inferior work. Even with discounts their prices are high.I have been spoiled by Hampton Roads Wholesale framing department.

The service was great as usual. I was disappointed that there were barely any baskets. But the person at check out explained to me about the lack of shipments from China and that they are hoping that it will get better.

Always something new to find. I wasnt quite in the market for a new diamond painting yet, but they have some large ones available as well as paint-by-numbers. Model cars and planes have a decent selection as well as Testors paints.

An average craft store location. I wish they had more of a selection of glass. They seems bit low on stock in that area. The decor seems a bit cheaply made. Its nice to browse, however I didnt feel pulled to purchase anything.

When other arts and craft stores did not sell the items I was searching for, I knew I could find it in Michaels. I searched online for available locations and it had shown the items were stocked at particular locations. That was very helpful, versus having to drive around and take my chances.

This place is so clean and organized! Seriously, a crafters dream come true!!! Check out the yarn section, its so organized making it so easy to find what you are looking for or ideas for your next project. The staff is so helpful and kind. We drive over 30 min to visit this store, we have one closer to our house that just doesnt compare, trust me this store is worth visiting. We even do our online shopping and pick ups from this location, the staff is just so kind and thoughtful. It matters.

After looking high and low for mason jars to put my bulk spices, I finally found the perfect ones here. Though I only needed the jars and some yarn to crochet a scarf, I entered what seemed like a carnival of arts and crafts. The holiday theme was engaging, the layout was intuitive, and the staff was genuinely polite, not just in a perfunctory way. This place is sure to become a staple.

I have been shopped at Michaels for years and I always love to see when the employees are enthusiastic and passionate about their job and what they do, and I think that positive attitude projects volume and attract people for re-visit. In a brief encounter, Kelly was able to make my day by being extremely helpful and professional at the cash register. I finally gave in and signed up for Michaels rewards after YEARS of saying no. Honestly, I was impressed. So, I just want to share my experience, and hoping other businesses could catch on up to you.

Michaels offers most popular craft items. I would like to see more unique items included, like monogram wax stickers. Adequate inventory.

The store has a nice selection available. However, there seems to be a staff shortage in that the only employees were at the cash registers.

They need more Halloween stuff. Putting out Christmas items before Halloween just isnt right.

I was rather pleasantly surprised to find this location fairly well stocked despite the pandemic. I was able to find everything I needed (and some stuff I didnt) quickly. My only complaint was other patrons who didnt wear masks or didnt wear them properly (it goes OVER your nose, folks).

They have a wonderful seasonal section, jewelry accessories and findings, a very nice frame selection as well as crafts and hobbies. They used to have a lot better shell selection and perhaps it was an off day for deliveries when I went in. There coupons are always a deal!

Michaels has most of the stuff I need for my hobby endeavors. It would be sweet if they had an expanded selection of acrylic model paints.

Items my granddaughter choose ( a jewelry making kit) were corroded when she opened the package. I need to return them.

Love the size of the place, but only two isles of yarn and not a lot of selection. I found the exact yarn that I was looking for to finish my cotton top that I am making, but there wasnt anything to make me misbehave. I dont know if this is based on there not being a lot of hookers or knitters in the area, I was just visiting the town. Lol. I will give you guys credit though b/c I went to Joannes first and they didnt have anything really.

I love this place and I always look forward to coming and shopping here because they always have everything I need and at a sale price. I love this place.

Customer Service was the best of all other Michaels I have ever shopped at. This store was very organized and clean. I had no problems finding anything that I was in need of and this stores set up was a bit different than the other stores. I am disabled and was in a great deal of pain and this employee ( I cant remember her name) but anyway she noticed me, approached me, she asked if she could help me and I explained my situation to her and what I was in need of. She literally said you just wait right here and within a few minutes she returned to me with the products I needed and then she walked with me to the register line. # 1 in my book of Customer Service.

I learned the hard way. If you have almost $100 of items, transaction completed and they tell you to go ahead and pick another frame because the one you had was cracked, upon returning, you’ll have to wait until they complete someone else transaction, even with 3 other available cashiers and take all of your stuff to someone else to ring it up again. I’ve never felt so rudely treated as I was this evening. I’m pretty disappointed as a frequent customer, obtained custom framing and had a great experience before. I’m not sure I want to come back to this location.

Ever since this store manager took over a few years ago, everyone’s attitude sucks. The store may be cleaner and look more like a Joann’s now, but everyone tries to dodge you and avoid customer experience. It’s really more a DIY store because you are on your own from door to register. Just set up self checkout and run everything by monitors already. No need for uninterested, uncaring and scathing employees. The store manager is probably the worst I’ve ever seen because she’s been guilty of all I said herself!

I mainly go to Michaels when I receive a coupon. Red Heart yarn is cheaper to buy at Wal-Mart. I prefer Hobby Lobby for other crafts. Painting, Wood burning, some furniture and home decor for the walls.

Michaels is great for everything crafty but unless you have coupons it can be expensive especially for jewelry making. Have coupons to get serious shopping
