One of the best sports card stores by far that’s left ! The staff here are incredibly friendly, know what they are doing and are always willing to answer any questions I’ve had.

Great shop to visit and buy from. Big selection from sports cards to alot of autograph memorabilia. But more importantly owners and employees are good people and give you what you dont see alot of these days (customer service) . I would tell everyone if you havent checked this place out do so. They have something for everyone. Between selection n people you deal with definitely 5 stars.

Went to the store specifically looking for 2021 football blaster and hobby boxes. There was a good selection. I considered the prices for what I purchased as fair for me even though they were a little higher than some options online. But if Im okay with the price point then I think it is important to buy at and support local card shops. The gentleman working there also took time to answer all of my questions leading up to my purchases.

Oh my goodness!!! This store is the is the absolute best sports card store I have ever seen!!! We stopped in while we were in town to go to Bush Gardens and we have never seen such a vast collection of cards. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and unlike your run of the mill hobby shops and flea market vendors this stores prices are very reasonable and all of their products are in NM/MT condition. We will definitely be back when we are in town.

I have spent countless hours in this store, and have many memories. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else to buy my cards. I have befriended the Owner of the store, and many people that visited as frequently as I did.They make you feel like family, and will go above and beyond to try and help you. They have extensive knowledge about pretty much anything that goes on. I wish nothing but the best, and success for this business moving on.If there was a store to go and make yours this is it. Over all would definitely reccomend stopping by.. The main thing for this store is sports memorabilia and collectibles but I dont know much about that kind of stuff. Beware the guy who runs the store comes off really abrasive but after a little small talk you can tell thats just his stature. A true alpha and I really enjoyed talking to him. His store has a ton of variety of poke.om cards if thats what youre looking for at a fair price to.

Went in here on saturday. Just really starting my collection. And they have ALOT! Wish I had the time to go through some of the single cards in there but the place was packed and me and the wife looked around and grabed a blaster of nba contenders for 80 bucks. Kinda high price but what can you do. They are they only place in the area I can find cards at! So if you want it bad enough you have to bite the bullet and pay it. Walking out of there with product in your hand is pretty cool and worth the extra in my opinion. O deff will be returning prob on a weekday to see what jewels I can grab. All in all I was very impressed!

I have used Heroes Sports Cards in Virginia Beach since late 2015 and have always found the staff there very friendly and knowledgeable. Heroes always has a great atmosphere and great conversation. Its a great place to learn about the collectibles hobby not only from the staff but from customers that are in the store at the same time. Highly recommend stopping by there is you are looking. They always have a great selection of boxes and also single cards which is cool. I hope this review was helpful

Horrible customer service. Overpriced inventory. Scalper prices. Went to get toploaders, they had them on the shelf right in front of me behind the counter. The guy went out of his way to re-stock the shelf before giving me a pack. Its not like we were having a conversation or something, I was just there waiting. Didnt leave because I did need the toploaders to ship some cards.

Amazing variety of products. Amazing service. Owner was A+++ in my book. I am on vacation from a different state and he gave me a better experience than my LCS back home. Prices arent excellent but the customer service made up for it. $20 for single pack of 2020 Bowman Hobby is double what I pay back home.. I wish this guy nothing but the best of luck

Absolute ripoff prices trying to charge 5x what eBay even charges they pride them selves on ripping people off🤣

This place is the reason why the card collecting industry is so expensive. They have runners that go to Walmart and Target that buy all the merchandise, so you cannot get the boxes at their actual retail price and they sell it for 2-5 times more expensive than the retail price. I have been searching daily for packs of NFL Prizms and Illusions Football and I cant find anything as they sweep the inventory before I can get the stores just like other Ebayers. Just went there this past weekend and asked the price for an Absolute Blaster Box. Owner said the price was $70 when Walmart and Target sell them for $19.99. There is a reason why these boxes are priced at $19.99 and thats because the cards in the box average value is near $19.99, not $70, especially for Absolute Football of all boxes. The majority of their inventory is RETAIL EXCLUSIVE. Look at the stock as they have Walmart Blue and Target Red Donruss Blaster Boxes and a ton of Mega and Blaster NBA Draft Pick Prizms. The only way to get these boxes is to clear out all inventory from Walmart and Target. The owners dont seem to care about the hobby, but rather are just focused on making huge profits off card collectors. If he really cared about the hobby, he would not have his guys wipe out the inventory and he would allow collectors to get the cards at actual retail price. Also, the irony was hilarious as I asked the owner for the price of a Donruss Blaster Box and he told me he doesnt make money on the boxes. If you want the hobby to continue and not die soon due to surging prices that prevent most people from collecting, please do not buy from them. If you want a good price, you should buy retail only products from retail stores and not Heroes. Also, other card shops in the area do it the right way and sell Hobby Boxes and individual packs of Hobby Boxes that third-party card shops can purchase from the manufacturer and they do so for the face value with a small upcharge.

I come to va beach each year. Love to check out the card shops. This place has a decent selection but horrible customer service. Nothing is priced so I had to ask. Really felt I was annoying the staff by asking for prices. I usually drop a pretty nice penny at the card shops when I come. I didnt spend anything at this place. I do not recommend this card shop and will not be returning. Ill go back to the one I went to last year to support him.

Ive been going to card shops for years and this place is great. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and will locate cards youve asked for but dont have in stock. The atmosphere is comfortable and provides a layout to easily browse cards and memorabilia. Theyre also priced less than other stores and ebay as well, providing the best deal possible to customers. Check it out and enjoy looking through trading cards as a family.

Huge selection of a little bit of everything covering all sports and eras, including cards, figurines, supplies, etc. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. The only negative is the lack of posted prices on items, but someone is always more than happy to assist you with their products and finding prices. Has a rewards program that is worthwhile, too.

This is a really neat card shop. I have been collecting for a long time and this is one of the best shops I have been to, definitely the best in the area by far. The prices are pretty reasonable and they have a wide variety of stuff. The guy with the 5000+ card collection is full of it and that is clearly an insanely small card collection for someone who has been collecting for 25+ years. This shop is cool, and so are the owners, Id definitely recommend it

Great selection of Sports Cards and Memorabilia, staff was super nice and helpful. And for those that give bad ratings because they wont buy your junk era (80 & 90s) cards, the best thing to do is burn the cards. Not worth anything now and wont be in another 30 years.

After reading the reviews, I felt pretty good with going to this place. Until I gave them a friendly call, I didnt get the young ladies name, but I got the most nastiest welcome and conversation from her. It felt so disrespected talking to her for the first time and got a very bad vibe. I have been collecting for 25+years, baseball, basketball, hockey and pokemon cards. I decided to try and sell some of my cards but since this is the first time I have actually wanted to begin selling my collection of over 5000+ cards I wanted to go with someone who is in the business. Needless to say, first impressions are the best ones and I will not be going with Heros.

I visited with my mom to buy some supplies here, and bought a Dak Prescott Rated Rookie for $30. He told me about their point program, which allows you to get rewards for shopping at there store. He said on my birthday I can come by and get something for free. I told him my birthday was 2 days ago, and he gave me a pack of 2018 Donruss Elite Football and pulled a Nelson Agholor Auto numbered 9/75. Overall customer service was good, and I had a good visit. There was a lot of varieties of cards, and the shop seemed interesting

This place always peaked my interest when I passed, so a friend and I finally decided to stop in, but unfortunately, I doubt well return. Overall, its filled with a lot of collectibles to include NFL and NASCAR, but between the customer service and outrageous prices AND having to ask for a price instead of everything already being priced, I doubt Ill ever return. I will say, though, that I found more Volkswagen stuff here than at a lot of other similar locations which is one small plus for myself personally.
