My experience was very good. They were very friendly and did not hesitate to make the appointment. The service was quick and they were done within the day. The only negative was that when I called to check on the progress of the repair, I couldnt get an answer on the phone. I had to call back several times.

Out of all the dealerships this has to be the BEST one EVER. It doesn’t even feel like a dealership, feels more like a family. I don’t know if they ever actually remember me or pretend to remember me, but seems like they do. This is the ONLY dealership that cares about the customer. I had an injector go bad two hours from home on Sunday afternoon. I found the closest dealership and limped there. Wow, did I find a gem at Atzenhoffer. Michael, in the truck service dept, was very helpful and attentive. He understood that I was in a bind and was from out-of-town. They jumped on my truck and knocked it out in just a few hours on Monday morning. Excellent customer service!

Took my truck in today for estimate on repairs from an accident. Fabien who was the rep for my insurance company at the dealership. This man told me that I was trying to use the accident to fix things that were not accident related. The damage is clear and the 2 other shops i visited clearly seen the damage from the accident. He told me to contact my insurance company and deal with it myself. He was very rude and sure showed he had no interest in doing the repairs.

Did not expect to do a trade when we walked in the door. Surprised to see the vehicle we were interested in all gassed up and ready for a test drive. Two hours later we drove the traverse off the lot.the price offered for my Silverado surprised me as I had tried to do a trade with Victory and they were $2500 below your offer. Was quite surprised with your sales crew and impressed. Hope the car service department is as good.

I brought my truck in to replace the rear main seal, which I was 98% sure was the issue causing my truck to leak oil. I was advised that I, instead needed $2460 worth of other repairs to seals, but the rear main seal was not the issue. Upon pickup, my truck was still leaking oil and I brought it back in for inspection of the previously fixed areas. After being told 3 consecutive days that there was no leak, I had to come to the shop and get under the truck myself to point out the leak. At this time I was told that (surprise) the rear main seal needs to be replaced. Fine... repair was completed late last week and now that Ive spent $4000, my truck is STILL leaking oil. Once again my truck will be returned to the shop and I will be forced to find other means of transportation.

I really hailed Atzenhoffer up with high standards. But was VERY disappointed with the collision department. Took my car in Feb,3 got it back on the Feb, 26 . I noticed my steering wheel was not straight. Took the car to Firestone for an alignment, it couldnt be be done it had a bent idle arm from the accident. This time I asked to speak to the supervisor I was told to bring the car on Monday and they would cover the rental. So Monday comes and guess what no rental reservation was made was asked to come back Tuesday morning. So disappointed .

I bought this Chevrolet 3500 to tow a fifth wheel, which I am new at. Because of that, I had a LOT of questions about this trucks specifications. He was always extremely courteous and very willing to go the extra mile to provide me with the information i requested to make the selection.This dealership is about a three hour drive from my home, but they had the truck I wanted in inventory. eric offered to drive it to my home and take care of the paperwork there....above and beyond.Once we arrived, Eric tag-teamed with the Atzenhoffer Truck Guru, Scott McConnell to make sure we knew how everything worked. Have taken my vehicle to be serviced multiple times for check engine light, problem still consists. Light came back on 8 hrs after leaving dealership. Forgot to my engine dust cover back on, when I got my car back last time a completely different cover was on my car. It looked in way worse shape than my original.

Took 1.5 hours to fix a flat! I watched the tech with a customer and the service advisor chatting instead of fixing my flat. When truck was complete the tech drive my truck like he stole it. It has less than a 1000 miles and should not be driven that way. I will never leave my vehicle there unattended.

Great service, I was in and out very quickly, I waited in their waiting room with TV and magazines to pass my time. They have coffee and water and the room is sound proofed to limit the noise of the car work area.

There were items charges that I was told the dealership automatically includes in their selling package that amounted to $598. I noticed these and ask that they be removed. Also, there was an additional $500 buyer incentive that went into effect on the day I actually closed on this purchase (March 1, 2019) which was not included on the disclosure and which I asked for and received (change in buyer incentive from $750 to $1250 just occurred this morning). In total, my actual purchase price was thereby reduced by $1198 because I really read my closing sales documents.
