Associate Eric was helpful and went above and beyond. At checkout did not get AARP or military discount as advertised. It was not the employees fault. I guess the fault lies with corporate. Employee who checked out thought I got discount, but the receipt said discount advertised was not available. New ad on website shows 10.00 Napa bucks Beware: that is only on online purchases, even though the ad doesnt say so. Again thats on Napa corporate.

Bryan Howard and his assistant, Aaron, are great mechanics. We have used Howards Auto Service for maintenance, inspections, and major repairs of our vehicles for the past five years. They run an honest, hard working, and reasonably priced auto repair shop that is so important in our small community.

Called and asked if they delivered. My local store back home delivers all the time. At this store the gentleman (I say that cause Im trying to be polite) on the phone asked who I was very rude like. I gave him my name then tried to explain my situation but he would let me say another word. He just rudely told me no. So then I called NAPA, the gentle asked if I had an account because thats all they deliver too but asked what I needed. After explaining my situation he sent a delivery driver to me which was two blocks from oreillys store. This driver jumped me off then I followed her back to the NAPA store and bought the best jumper cables they had plus 4 new batteries for my peterbilt truck. Way to go rude guy at oreillys and thanks for all your help NAPA.
