Had an Excalibur remote start installed on my 2017 Silverado and it’s a night and day difference. I’ve started it from inside the mall and once I get to my truck and unlock it it’s already cold. Going to be nice getting into a warm truck come winter too!!

Experience was un-believable this man Rockey is the most RUDE person I have EVER done business with EVER! I would recommend using someone else that works that hours that are posted on their website and and are professional ! At first I thought it was just me,,,, nope he then was rude to my husband and my PO !!!! He is not forth right or honest and completely unethical in the way he talked to me!!!!! This is not a complaint against guardian them selves, however he is the contractor for them. I hope after guardian reaches out to a few people and learn I an NOT the only person dealing with this they will reconsider their contract with this person.
