Windshield washer fluid

Had what I needed. Windshield wipers. Patsy was the best installed my windshield wipers while I waited. I will go back

So. Napa is our go to. But the fuel pump we got from them was faulty and it’s a Sunday. So they’re closed. Sent my son to pick up the identical part from Advance. The part cost $30 more at Advance. Ridiculous when total cost at Napa was $52. We’ll just wait next time.

Ill be returning frequently due to my vehicle but they are always knowledgeable about most repairs and mods and can help give insight on tough repairs

Employees are always friendly and helpful when asked.Maybe these other people leaving bad reviews for poor customer service should try dropping the attitude and such and see how fast things change. It goes both ways people. Being a customer doesnt entitle you to royal service.

This is a good store except it dose not have as much selection of items as they use to. The employees are very friendly but dose not always ask if they can help u.

Poor customer service, definitely does not put customers first. Waited in line for 15 minutes while two other capable employees basically ignored the customers. Will not recommend and will avoid in the future.

Love tbis place for parts

Our signal light went out so we stopped here. They gave him bulb for headlight. He needed tools the 2 men there said they dont lend out tools when the sign oitside clearly says yes they do. And they said they were too busy... Its a shame how treated my husband. A girl who had just clocked in helped him... Thanks you to her. But not going back
