Heading out of town tomorrow and went to get my battery checked on my truck. It badly needed to be replaced after checking it. The guy helped me replace it and gave me info on how to keep it clean from corrosion. I appreciated the help and knowledge. Thanks so much for going above and beyond.

Im originally out of town, and I came in today because my jeep was over heating and I was very nervous since i’m not from here and know little to nothing about cars but Laurie M was amazing help. Employees are lazy!!! I went to the Auto Zone on Navarro and Mockingbird, what a joke. I went in to buy fuses to my car and asked if they could help me put them in and I was asked if I had a husband to do it, when I reply no I had a brother I was told to get him to do it. They couldnt even tell me what type of fuses my car used. I will never go BK to that store again.

This is my store in Victoria. The staff are professional but friendly. They have helped me a lot dealing with my vehicle issues, whether battery, code readers, oil or air intake sensor. They are quick to offer good suggestions when I ask. Randall Wilburn is a helpful and very funny guy, he gets 6 stars. Anyone who makes me laugh is tops. Over all great store.

Horrible customer service. About 5 years ago we purchased a battery for our car and along with it a 5 year warranty. The battery went dead and we took it in and allowed them to charge it and test it and the battery was bad. We knew we had a warranty on the battery and still had a month left in the warranty time frame. The manager then proceeds to tell my husband that the warranty only covered a replacement battery during the three years of the five year warranty. He then asked what the 5 year warranty covered and they said they would knock off 5 dollars of the purchase of a new battery. What’s the point of purchasing a 5 year warranty if the battery can only be replaced within 3 years? They would not honor anything and basically said that’s all they were willing to do. I will never purchase anything from any autozone ever again. We went to O’rielys to purchase our new battery and unlike autozone they took the time explain how the warranty works. Autozones manager and regional manager DO NOT care About their customers. Awful place!!!!

If you buy parts with life time replacement warranties .they only keep them on computers go 5 years.if you keep any longer no matter how long you out of luck your up the creek with no paddle.putting it a nice way.how many 1000s of people just got the shaft. This Auto Zone rocks. Our battery in our truck went bad. It was still under warranty and they honored the warranty. I believe the gentleman that helped us was Dennis. He went out of his way helped me replace the battery on the spot.

They were rearranging their tool section. Didnt care to look for item.Went to other location, same story. Absurd. Wont go back to either store.
