My husband and I stopped by the LensCrafter store in Libertyville to have our reading glasses adjusted. While we were there, I saw a pair of sunglasses I liked. My husband decided to surprise me by buying them. The girls were rather busy, but did a good job squeezing us in. They were really nice and friendly. Thank you.

My wife recently (6 months ago) purchased a pair of glasses with progressive transition lenses. In total, spending around $584 minus $74 for the exam.Three months ago, the coating on the lenses was starting to come off causing streaks, blotches, smudged appearance, and a terrible appearance when taking a photo. Went to a total of two different Lens Crafters stores and two phone calls to this store, all to find out theres nothing they can do. No new pair, no new lenses, no refund, nothing. I guess it doesnt pay to go to a well name company. They just lost our business. Would give 0 stars, but that wasnt an option.

I was assisted by Marissa. She was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable on various different spending and cost savings for me to purchase a couple different pairs of lenses. She was also very knowledgeable on insurance coverage and how to get the best value. Marissa was happy to spend time with me to select the best pair of frames to fit my face. She also went above and beyond to check on product availability as well as informing me of different lens options. Dr. T (I believe that’s who I saw) was extremely nice and knowledgeable as well. All around had one of the best experiences picking glasses. Marissa and Dr. really truly are eye care specialists. Thank you.

Came to Lenscrafters since Walmart Vision Center is closed (Covid-19). The staff is friendly and walked me through the process for my new glasses. Dr. Ashley P. is very professional and was patient with my exam due to my eye disease. The store is super clean and has sanitizer almost everywhere.

I would give this place zero stars. Walked in to buy glasses got totally ignored. Worst experience ever. I guess standing around and talking to your coworkers is the way they do business
