Im a new rider and needed gear from head to toe. Chris helped me out, answering all my questions while helping me find the gear that fit my needs as well as the correct sizing. He respected my budget and did not pressure me to exceed it. I would highly recommend this store.

I came in the cycle gear to look into getting a new helmet and received a red carpet roll out, or at least what it felt like. I worked with Jon, who took an incredible amount of time finding me the right helmet. Scanned my ID for financing and was approved in less than 30 seconds for the entire amount of the helmet (which wasn’t cheap and with less than average credit..) so ended up upgraded the Bluetooth as well, which Jon installed in a matter of minutes. If I could rate higher I would, really great experience from start to finish.

My brother and I were on a long distance moto camp trip. We realized my rear tire needed to be replaced before we returned home. I quickly reached the second wear bars. This happened on a Saturday afternoon. Try to find a place open that could change the tire…no luck. We were 260 miles from Vancouver Cycle Gear. We made a call and Jason was amazing, he went above and beyond to help us. We arrived at the store Sunday am. Jason advised us that he would have enough staff to change my tire at noon and showed us what tires he had available, he was very knowledgeable. He sent us to a great diner for breakfast and auto parts store for tools we needed. Once we pulled the tire Jason was quick to change the tire and make sure we were set to go. I am a big fan of Cycle gear because of friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. This experience was just over the top! Thank you to Jason (and the rest of the staff)

I’ve had two recent experiences with Cycle Gear and both of them were outstanding; Specifically the Spokane and Vancouver locations. The customer service was on point, they did everything they could do to take care of the customer and went above and beyond. Brian, the District Manager is a 10, he understands customer service! Chris, the manager at the Vancouver location… again, above and beyond to make things right. I rarely leave reviews…. But these recent experiences deserve some feedback!

They pointed me towards the jacket that was the right fit for me and my needs, as well as helping me understand the armor ratings for my new riding jacket. I am NOT really happy and/or satisfied with this ordering experience. I am really glad I ordered well in advance of the birthday that these mirrors were going to be presents for. The mirrors received were different than the pictures of which I ordered. One showed up in about a week which is to be expected, the the other one took another week or so. If this type of treatment happens again, I will have to take my business some where else.

Chris at the Vancouver, WA store, beyond my basic needs, surpassed my expectations!Popped in needing some new parts for a new (older but new to me) bike. I was unsure about what I would need. A fella with long hair that probably flows in the wind better than tassels of a Harley’s handlebars, named Chris, helped me out from the moment I entered. Looked up sizing, talked through options and benefits/downside of product comparisons. He really knew his stuff, and I did not, so he was EXACTLY who I needed on my team.Got my parts, asked him a few questions and was on my way.

Had a great experience there the sales team was very helpful. For someone who just purchased a bike they were able to get me sized for a helmet very well if its comfortable. Im only leaving a 4 star rating rather than a 5 because I dont have anything to compare them to it was a good experience and maybe Ill update after ive learned more.

I took my tires in to get them traded out for sand paddles. I dropped them off and they had them done in an hour. When I went to pick them up one of my tires wasnt holding air. Asked the associate and he tried to fix it while i waited around for aprox. 20min. and said it might have been the valve stem not secured tightly and the tire seemed to hold air so I took it home. Got home and the tire was flat again. So I had to have my wife take it back in on her lunch hour so we would be able to get it done before we left for the weekend. They finally got it done and fixed it for free, which I would expect. All in all I am not angry just upset with the lack of thoroughness. It would have been very easy for them to check the tire and notice that it was flat and fix it before I came to pick it up. Next time I will pay an extra $5 and get it done at Bent Lever instead.

Chris is a rockstar!! We have always experienced helpful and knowledgeable folks here but Chris goes above and beyond. We had an issue with the Sena system in our helmets and he worked through all of the possible fixes and now they work perfectly. He is friendly and helpful and is super patient to boot. Great service, they installed a pin lock visor on my helmet yesterday and even cleaned my helmet up for me.I only gave four stars though because I bought a pair of gloves on Saturday and two days later they broke. May have just been a defective product but they did exchange them immediately and Ive loved everything else I bought from cycle gear.

I have shopped for a number of items at this Cycle Gear location. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. On my latest visit I needed to buy a new helmet. Megan was there to assist me in finding what I needed. She took the time to ask what I was looking for (style, safety rating, features, etc). She then showed me a number of options that I could choose which met my criteria. She also helped me select a Bluetooth communication system and installed it free of charge. I will continue to shop here for all my motorcycle gear needs.

Even though it was busy I was still greeted and asked if I needed help. I was only there for 2stroke oil, but it was in stock and ended up with a new vent hose at the counter along with oil filters that are always in stock.

Friendly service and, unlike certain full motorcycle repair shops, they will use proper tools to change tires. Got a new set of Conti Road Attack 3 tires mounted at a decent price (you have to bring the wheels in, they dont take them off the bike) and the rims still look as good as new.Ill happily come back here, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and speed of service as well as their friendliness.

Love going there, they have alot of different gear from dirt bikes to sport bikes and the people are ok on answering questions.

Best prices in town for new gear. This is a great place to go for those with budget in mind. They are about half the price of Pro Caliber when it comes to riding gear like gloves, helmets, glasses etc... They also have a good selection and friendly staff.

I dont give many five-star reviews but I REALLY like this place! The inventory isnt the best but the employees are always very helpful. I was there a few days ago and one of the employees was showing a customer how to use his new helmet headphones. That was very cool. Ive purchased most of my gear from this store. Great place!

I’m revising my review a little bit. They have helped in the last by having parts available that the shop down the street should have had and didn’t, and that was great. However I’d like to share that the customer service especially shown on Brent’s behalf is beyond exceptional. I came in Monday for a visor for my Sedici helmet and they didn’t have any in stock and after some searching he found one in Seattle and he said to expect it by Monday at the latest. Today’s Teusday and I brought the rear tire in from my Harley to have the tread changed (only 50$ if if you have your own tread) and told me it would be ready in 24 hours. They called 3 hours later and my tire was ready and visor had arrived. In todays new covid world with parts shortages and long lines this experience was a breath of fresh air. Nice work cycle gear, and that goes to all your Vancouver staff. Thanks a bunch

Great service and thoroughly answered all my questions. I bought a bluetooth headset for my motorcycle helmet and they directed me to a great option which was on clearance. They took my old system out of my helmet, installed the new system, and charged the unit while I browsed the store. They also assured me that I could return the unit to any Cycle Gear in the USA and theyd fax a copy of my receipt to other stores if I lost it. Im so glad to have found a great shop for gear and accessories in Vancouver!

And unfortunately for them they sell motorcycle gear which HAS to fit right and I have to try before I buy. So I really just wish all cycle gears were much larger so that they can hold a larger selection and have more items in stock.
