The guys and girls have really been treating us great!! It’s so good to have a shop that’s a great place to hang out. Joe, Jimmy and the gang are awesome and want to meet my needs when I show up. New motorcycles are fun to demo! The management has turned this place around! Love it! Reminds me of what a Harley shop should be and now is. Hang out, meet friends and enjoy the “scenery!”Do more bike nights. I always have a blast!
We stopped in so I could sit on a Freewheeler to see how it fit, ended up buying it. This place was so great to work with, from the sales department to the finance department everybody was attentive, friendly, informative, and supportive. They even waited after hours for us to go home so I could unlock my credit :) Great experience. Thanks to all of you.
Its nice to see a true Harley-Davidson dealership in Vancouver, WA. Volcano Harley-Davidson has new and used Harleys for sale. Parts and and apparel.I will say they have weekend functions as well as end of the month functions. A few of their functions had Free bikini bike washs. I would have a mailer mailed to me via USPS, alerting me of new functions. The mailer states meals $5 and a live DJ 8/30/2021. Nope didnt happen. They had pizza delivered (only cheese and pepperoni). every time I attended a function. Its fun,but its not what they say its going to be. That was definitely disappointing.
John O was a great first impression for the new ownership! We have not been to this location in over 10 years. John made it feel like we were regulars!!I love the BIG selection of bikes and the fact that they give you tires for life when you buy a new bike!My Ultra Limited has over 96,000 miles on it, free tires?? Gotta love it❣️
Let me just start off by saying if you are interested in purchasing a bike or parts in Washington state this is hands down the only dealership I would do business with. My husband and I live about 2 1/2 hours away from this dealership and have 3 local dealerships within 15-30 minutes from us and Volcano is absolutely worth the ride down. I purchased a 2021 road glide special as well as a 2021 street glide special and our experience was nothing but positive. Marvin and Andrew were so great and literally went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. They went as far as to hunt down the exact color and finish that I wanted on my bike for over a month and even built my husbands bike at their shop from parts of two separate bikes to ensure we got the exactly colors and finishes we were looking for. At no point in time did we ever feel pressured to get a bike that we didnt even want like other dealerships have tried doing in the past (Jet City Harley) it is worth every penny for us to travel down south to get to Volcano Harley because they are the best at everything they do. Go see Marvin and I can guarantee you will leave with the bike that you want!
Just sold Volcano Harley my bike. They were very friendly and willing to meet at a price I was happy with. Positive experience overall, thanks!
Just bought my first new Harley at Volcano. Marvin Blankenship in sales was great in helping me choose my bike and options. Sales manager was also great and responsive to questions. They are very motivated to sell/deal at Volcano, but they also want to establish a long term relationship as well. Thanks for a great, pressure free, experience!Richard StanleyPhilomath, OR
Volcano Harley Davidson is a top notch dealership! When youre there youre family! I do all my business with them and the atmosphere is one that anyone would be happy to be in and want to be apart of the long history of Harley Davidson! Jay the manager is the man! And he and his staff represent the very best of Harley Davidson! 💯🇺🇸
Volcano Harley on a Sunny Saturday is the place to be, such great energy and vibes. Nico and Andrew were extremely helpful with the purchase of my 4 bike but 1st Harley. I love my new bike and cant wait to start the upgrades and making it more me!
David greeted us warmly. We felt completely welcome. The ladies in clothing we awesome too. Nice to see customer service is still alive and well.
Nate, Chris, Joe, and Andrew made my experience here amazing! Walked me through the entire buying process. Joe had me try different bikes to see which one felt right. Took a bit to get my bike in, but they made sure it was the exact one I wanted! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a fun atmosphere! Im definitely a Volcano Harley customer for life!!! Thank you to the crew for getting me the perfect bike for me!
The new General Manager is a known fraud who has robbed some of his closest friends of their hard earned money. I wouldnt do business with someone like this and would not recommend anyone trust a company that would hire a person with this kind of record.
Were new to Vancouver and am looking to purchase a Road Glide to replace my old Fatboy that I sold after enjoying 20 years of amazing road trips all over the West.My buddy and I popped in and were immediately greeted by a super friendly staff. We both needed helmets so we did a bit of retail therapy and had a fantastic fun-filled time with loads of laughs with the purple hair gal (sorry forgot you name). Great service! Then it was time for a test drive and Jamie connected with us and got us all set up with a brand spanking new Road Glide and Street Glide. John took us out on a quick trip around the block, on the hwy and a few curves - great guide and fantastic attitude.Back at the dealership the sales manager, Andrew and his team had worked up some numbers for us and we had a wonderful no-pressure conversation. If it wasnt for me leaving on a 6 week trip next week, I would have gone through the usual haggling exercise, but didnt want to take him through all that until Im ready to plunk down the cash.Im delighted in having found my new Harley Home @ Volcano - Great team, clean shop, and decent selection during these times of supply chain challenges and low inventories.Ill Be Back!
I just bought a new Sport Glide this weekend. They are under new ownership and I think we can expect good things from them. They had several employees in helping out from other dealerships but if the local hires take their lead from guys like John and Curtis, they will be in good shape. I also worked with Mal in sales and she was great. Andrew was great with the financing and insurance. I met the new owner, he was very nice and friendly as was Jay, who I believe is the GM. If youve been here before and had a less than 5-star experience I would encourage you to give the new team a chance. They seem intent on providing the type of positive experience you would expect from a Harley dealership. They helped me finally realize my 51-year dream of being a Harley-Davidson owner and I look forward to going back soon for service and support.
I am a vendor and have worked 2 events at Volcano Harley Davidson . I have been impressed with how professional the staff is and how well the events were organized. The staff is quick to greet customers as they come onto the property. The facility is very clean and that is including the bathrooms...
First off I would like to say if I could give Nate H. 10 STARS I would. Nate H. went above and beyond our expectations. Nate H. was very Professional, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We drove up from Eugene, Oregon because this place was the only Harley store that had what we were looking for. Upon arrival Nate H. welcomed us with a friendly smile, (he was wearing a mask as well as ALL of the employees). The reason I mention this is because I read some previous reviews and saw how Mike Barrett wrote that NONE of the employees wear a mask....NOT TRUE!Nate H., went above and BEYOND helping us with our purchase, Chris, great guy closed the deal, another friendly (NOT PUSHY) guy. Andrew in finance was awesome. ALL of the people that we met were friendly, inviting, and welcoming. We were offered water, soda or coffee. I also received a Free T-Shirt. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Nate H. for all your help and the BONUS T- Shirt.Thank you to ALL the wonderful people at Volcano Harley.
Advertised a used xg750 Street on their website for $5, 688.00. I was in the market for one and thought it was a good deal. After talking with three people I was ready to purchase the bike. Already had my loan approved with my credit union was willing to pray full price plus normal admin fees and titling fees. was about to put $1,000 down to hold the bike when I was transferred to the back office. Miraculously they had around $1,700 in fees they could not explain. All the sudden the bike was $7, 400 out the door. Completely dishonest bait and switch hustlers. Do yourself a favor and go to an honest dealership. They even had the nerve to call me 3 weeks later to see if I was still interested in the bike. I told them I felt lied to, deceived, wasted my time and I would not purchase a bike from a dealership like that ever.
On September 24, 2021, I called Volcano Harley to see if the parts department had replacement screws for the visor on my wifes helmet. My call rang through and was answered by Jerry on the first ring. He said he had to put me on hold because he had a full counter.A couple of minutes later he came back on the phone. I explained what I needed and he told me that those screws were over in motor clothes and he would go check. He came back on the phone and told me that they were available in motor clothes. How much is one of those screws worth? $.50 maybe? Rather than just tell me to call the motor clothes department or transfer my call, he took the time to go check to see if they had the screws.Thank you Jerry. Exceptional service. The next day we went to Volcano Harley with the helmet to get the screw. We were waited on by Sami in motor clothes. She took the helmet, found the correct screw, and installed it. Then she said she had to go to service to get a screwdriver to make sure all of the screws were tight. More exceptional service. It is the little things sometimes that make a difference about why you patronize a business. This was one of them. A $.50 screw.
Had an amazing experience buying my first Harley at Volcano Harley Davidson. Staff was super friendly and not overly pushy. My salesperson Mal was really helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone made me feel right at home and part of the family from the very beginning. If you are in the market for a bike, I would highly recommend visiting Volcano Harley Davidson. They have tons of bikes to choose from as well as a huge selection of accessories and apparel.
This place was great! Everyone was nice and they had some food and drinks for customers the day we were there. Ask for Laura and Yvonne!
Bought my first Hog today. The staff was very knowledgeable and made the experience a great one. Top notch customer service is my profession and everyone there really blew me away. Huge Kudos to Marvin who walked me through a couple bikes I wanted to look at. From the salesman, to the manager, to financing this was a smooth and pleasant experience!
Joe and Marissa are Volcano H.D. were professional, nice and made me feel completely at home. Marissa was a new employee and shadowing Joe while he did his magic on me.. both were VERY knowledgeable, and nice. Thank you both for making my first HARLEY DAVIDSON buying experience a memorable one. You guys are ROCKSTARS!
Went into your store looking for a helmet, Sami helped me out and found me a helmet that I love and also got me to buy a pair off boots.she was great and had great customer service. Definitely going back when I can think of something else I need
I have supported my local Harley shop since the mid 90’s and through the move to the new location. Called last week to asked about getting my Harley serviced only to be told that the bike I bought new through the franchise was to old to be serviced by the service department. Talk about terrible customer service! I even asked if the women I was speaking to could recommend a shop that might be willing to take my money and work on my bike, she had no idea of anyone that could work on a 95 Harley bought at their franchise. My advice would be to head to Oregon for any type of service for a bike you bought in vancouver or better yet don’t buy a bike in vancouver.
My name is Heather and I was recently hired at Volcano Harley Davidson in Vancouver, WA. I work reception so I see and hear most everyone that comes in to see us. I am pleasantly surprised at all the excitement and happy customers that have been in to see us so far. To the customers that have actually purchased a bike from us....it has been so fun to watch you ring the bell as the whole team hoots and hollers. Volcano Harley sure knows how to congratulate new owners with enthusiasm. Ive never seen anything like it. Im so happy to be part of the team here and I want everyone to know that the new owner has really made a HUGE TRANSFORMATION out of this place. If you may have had a less than positive experience in the past well those days are over my friend so dont let that detour you from coming back in.
Volcano Harley is the New and Improved Columbia Harley. I wouldn’t step back into Columbia Harley if you paid me. I had a friend tell me that Columbia was under new ownership and had a whole new staff. I decided to go take a look expecting to feel the same negative vibe as always. We pulled up and was greeted by Nate H!!! Never been greeted there before…. It was so comfortable and no hassle to buy anything. They didn’t look down on you for just wanting to shop around. Force you into wanting to buy anything. Nate made the visit there very relaxing! I will definitely go back and give them a shot. Thank you Nate and the rest of the staff at Volcano Harley.
Recently bought a new street glide here. The team I worked with Rene and Joe were exceptional. Highly recommend trying out the newly owned dealership.
What a great atmosphere at Volcano Harley Davidson. Imagine a place where friendly and helpful staff abound. The variety of motorcycles is excellent and they tell me they plan to more than double the amount as time goes on. This is a place I will look forward to returning to over and over again. Thanks to Volcano Harley Davidson for giving Vancouver and the surrounding areas a great place to purchase Harley Davidson motorcycles and establish long term relationships with other motorcycle enthusiasts.Welcome to the neighborhood Volcano Harley Davidson.
Stopped in to grab a shirt and poker chip and found out they were under new ownership. Met with John O. and talked about wanting a road glide special but not that day. The entire staff and John O. were amazing and accomadated my questions about the bike, pulled one out and everything, and most importantly with zero pressure to get me to buy or sit down with a finance rep... something i usually feel gets pressured at my local dealers any time you glance at a bike. Will be purchasing my next Harley from this store!
I recently purchased my first bike from Volcano Harley-Davidson and I couldnt be happier with my experience. The entire staff was extremely helpful for the service tech that gave my a run down on bike before my salesman got to me to the General manager who stuck around after closing to make sure I was taken care of. My salesman Jimmy was awesome and made me feel welcome and comfortable, he called and followed up with me a few day after to make sure everything was good. I will only be shopping at this dealership going forward. Thank you all at Valcano Harley-Davidson you created a lifetime customer.
Didnt have a big selection of clothing. They need a bigger selection of sizes for sure. Hardly any small or medium sizes and if they did then they need to order more. I was ready to spent a whole lot more the reason I went. Was a little disappointed. However Aubre was very helpful with information letting me know they just changed ownership. That could be the reason for the low stock.
New name, it used to be Columbia Harley Davidson. Very helpful, parts man looked for a part that I needed and did not give up. He found it and had it in stock. Awesome job.
Bought a new 21 low rider, Jimmy was super laid back old fashioned business man. Super respectful and welcoming, no pressure at all. Came back to finalize my purchase and let my 2yr old son ride around the lot on his strider bike. Everyone came out to applaud him and encouraged him. The biggest smile lit up his day. Hats off to volcano harley, and thanks for moving into the neighborhood 🤙🤙
Went in there too talk to a sales representative and the sales manager Joe V decided he wanted to come over and start talking down to me treating me like I was beneath him I dont know if this is how he treats all customers but this isnt the first time Joe has tried to act like the Macho Man in front of the female staff I will not refer anybody to this place because of him and they will never get my business again.
I didnt have any experience with the dealership prior the change of ownership, but I can say the crew thats there now was great. Friendly, but not pushy. The people I talked to were riders, and not just trying to sell me marketing material. I felt they would go out of their way to get me what I needed. The selection of bikes was also pretty good, which was surprising with how many dealerships have a reduced inventory these days.
Great dealership. The staff is amazing. Good inventory.
Just bought my first Harley from volcano Harley. It was an awesome experience the staff at Valcano was friendly and very informational. The bike I ended up buying was three hours away in one of their warehouses. Andrew and Sergio told me it would take a few days to get the bike down to the shop. Andrew called me the same evening and told me my bike has arrived and will be ready for pick up first thing in the morning I was blown away by how fast the team at Volcano got me riding my new bike down the road. One of my best motorcycle buying experiences I will definitely be a returning customer.
My son bought his first Harley. Nate was an awesome salesman. Under the new ownership they are expanding their hours which is great. Would have bought some jackets and things if they had anyone who knew about the clothing sales. But they will get someone soon I hope.
What an outstanding experience the staff gave me! John O was exceptional every step of the way - courteous, attentive, and just a rock-solid dude! Sergio and Andrew went above and beyond multiple times too! 10/10 highly, highly recommend this dealership!
I went in to browse the shop. Very laid back and super comfortable. John O. Offered a wealth of knowledge and was willing to help in anyway possible. I am definitely getting my next bike here for sure.
Hey there, what did you guys doing on craigslist? false advertising or what? Ty to get people into the door to sell something else? I hope not, but if you do...we will spraight the words around. And, what about I hear you need a lot of new employees, did people just quit or what? Be good or you will learn what goes around, come around to get you. Good luck.
Parts counter very helpful on my do it yourself repair. Will be back again. Ty
Love the the new place, fantastic staff!! Thats the difference between the old dealership. Everybody was super friendly and ready to answer any questions. Made me feel at home, Im buying my next Harley Davidson at Volcano!
Definitely a welcome change to that dealership! Finally a fun and lively atmosphere! You are welcomed in and taken care of. Probably going to buy my next bike from Volcano Harley.
I was greeted by four sales people standing outside as I arrived. I was asked if I needed help with anything and I said “no just grabbing some oil, thanks.“ As I stood at the parts counter looking directly at the oil another employee informed me that “parts” is closed and that they could not sell me the oil that sat inches away from me. I thought it was a joke... they were serious.I will never go back
John O was very helpful and knowledgeable. If I was in the market for a new bike I would definitely check here first. Great shop
Ordered Metzler cruisetecs for my 2018 street glide. When I went to pick them up there were the wrong size. Then I asked the parts guy if he would price match pro caliber in Vancouver since Volcano price was 200 plus dollars more. He said he doesnt price match. Barely wanted to talk. Also wanted to charge me 100 dollars plus tax to mount them. Service guy said it would take more than 2 hrs to change tires. You can look online and ask any good harley shop and it takes about 15 to 30 minutes. Never will go here again. Get your tires from Pro Caliber in Vancouver and save couple hundred dollars.
I have been going to this dealer for years for my 94 sportster. Their new ownership is a lot better from previous ownership. I just bought a 2021 FXLRS from them yesterday. From the test ride all the way to signing the papers was an awesome experience. Andrew, Joe, and anyone else I forgot were amazing and made the experience seamless. I love the new bike and I hope this new trend continues upward. Thank you Volcano!
Needed to get bike in for service, they got me right in and took great care of me, top notch dealership!
New owner kept same personnel. New stuff with familiar faces.
The staff was very nice but I wouldnt buy from here,. The bike we were looking at was pticed$7000 above MSRP and they offered an insulting price for our bike, actually about $10,000 less then low book and dude who had to deal with the pricing flat said I wont negotiate my price. Weve had a couple other friends try to buy here and found the same thing. They tell you about the tires for life but wont take it off, therefore you are stuck with the brand and size they say and hopefully you dont have tire issues while out of town! Needless to say Im not overly impressed.
I remember it to be Columbus Harley Davidson and how packed it was, now its under a new name Volcano Harley Davidson, they have cleaned it up where you can actually see what they have, very pleasant workers and they make you feel very welcome...my husband and I were traveling and we were in Goldendales and my husband notice that we might need to get a new front tire and he called the Volcano Harley Davidson shop and them where we were and they told us once we get to Vancouver that they will help us to replace our tire but the old tire was a o.k. shape but we wanted to make sure we were able to get back home without any issues... A big Thank you to the Volcano Harley Davidson gang for your help and making us part of your family ❤️❤️
Great place great customer service. Beautiful bikes WOW
I have been a customer at Columbia Harley Davidson for 20 years. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They will order parts for older motorcycle and service them.I have been to other dealerships that snub their nose at you if your not riding or buying the latest model. Also great place to buy tires.
First off the sells part did my husband so dirty that he now is stuck with a bike he didn’t want, was full of lies and deceit, they did a lot of promises that never came true, then he takes his bobber in for the 1k check up an tune up and 3 days later while he is riding his bike fries out bcu and ecu as well as wiring harness we have them pick the bike up they tell us a couple days to get the bike fixed an back and now it’s been a couple weeks and still no bike fixed and back . Would never recommend anyone to go through what we have with getting a Harley from this place!!!
Stopped by Volcano Harley today to see what the new ownership was like, talked with a very nice guy named John Q. how was very happy to show me around. Seem to be a whole lot better place than the previous owner Columbia. When I need something for my harley in the future, Im going to give them a try. Looking forward to doing business with them.
Sale went ok and quick call backs when making the sale, now that I want to cancel a couple things on the service plan, no call backs at all. Would like a call back. Have called twice a week for like 6 weeks.
Wonderful sales team and J.C was very helpful with getting me all the info on my dream bike.
Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
Purchased a 2016 Softail slim and could not be happier with the service that I received from Andrew and Chris. They went above and beyond to help me get on my first Harly. If you are in the market for a new or used bike I would highly recommend you giving them a chance to help you out as well. They have awesome events on weekends. Ride on and be safe out there.
Great service, good selection of bikes, parts, clothing and accessories. New owners are inviting, expecting great things!
Great service at the clothing department of the dealer. The sales department is a disappointment, specifically when you are having a conversation in English with one of the so call Sale Managers and he decides out of nowhere to start repeating the same thing in Spanish. It might be only me, but I find that extremely disrespectful.
Tried to buy a used bike for the listed price but they wanted $1400 extra for set up? I can understand licensing charge but $1400 it’s a money grab. Their advertised used prices are a scam. Be aware.
The parts guys are great they new what I was talking about we went thru the book and I got what I needed where other Harley Stores didnt have what I wanted so I was happy to go some where else.
Charged $283. For an insurance bid. Wouldnt take pics and deal with the insurance. Bombed my phone the next day. I asked them to stop. Was called 11 more times that day. Horrible experience.
Service department wont work on bikes older than 2002 . The service department .manager told me after I asked him about buying a rear tire what year my motorcycle was its a 1999 . He said bring wheel in off bike and lie About the year of my bike was only way to get mounted . First off lieing about your motorcycle or anything of the sort tells me no quality of personal on bike service department secondly that means no evolution or shovelheads or pinhead or knuckle heads will get worked on there a joke of a dealership
The difference between the former Columbia HD and Volcano HD is night and day on steroids. Took my bike in today for a tire and diagnose a mystery fluid. Kevin in service took the time to discuss my needs answered my questions. Nate and Andrew in sales were friendly and informative. The gals in motor clothes are awesome. Jimmy is cool. Its awesome to have a Harley dealer in Vancouver that is actually interested in serving customers. Kevin and I made a list of needs for my 08 Road King and I will return to Volcano HD for those services. They actually have a nice selection of motorcycles as well.
Loving the new ownership model. Great clothing, helmet and parts inventory.
Hubby and I just visited this shop for the 1st time since it came under a new name & ownership. What a FANTASTIC vibe the whole place had! We stopped going to Columbia years ago and took all our business to Clackamas. Sorry Clackamas! Looks like we finally got a real live HD business in Vancouver!
Everyone was knowledgeable and welcoming. We bought our first Harley they made it a memorable experience!!
Very nice. Love the people there. Their chill and down to earth.
This dealership continues to advertise bikes at close to wholesale prices that they either do not have or say they have been sold. Bait and switch. Their added fees are outrageous. Not my ideal of a place I would do business at.
JC sold me a 2021 Harley Road Glide. No pressure just good old fashion great service.Highly recommendable.J C is a great guy with a love for motorcycles.Made my purchase a fun experience.
I recently had the need for some parts and was in the neighborhood and thought I would pop in and pick some stuff up.There was not a car in the lot and not another customer in the store, quite frankly looked like the store was closed, this was about 2:00pm on a Friday. From the initial contact with the parts person, I believe his name is Dave judging by the photos on the webpage, I felt a hostility that was just unbelievable. This employee, or whatever he may be to the store, exudes a vibe of anger and just downright nastiness that really took me by surprise. The stuff I needed ended up being $2400 which I bought from another dealership based solely on this interaction with your parts person. It is your store and you can run it however you wish but as a business owner myself I felt the need to at least bring this to your attention.
Cody Nutter awesome sales guy! Not pushy,. Fast and great!
Joe was super helpful explaining all the different harleys and made me feel right at home!
The Volcano Harley team is fantastic and will work with you to get you on the right bike.
Good speaking to John O. About a 2021 Road Glide. Very hospitalable.
These guys are awesome, broke my shift linkage shaft and they sold me the part even if theyre parts and service was closed. After riding from Sturgis 2021.Huge thank you
I went to the so called luau, it was pathetic. They wasted my time trying to sell me a street glide.they advertised 115% of blue book value for trade in. They offered way,way less.and want 10k more than the sales man said he sold one for. Now I get a credit card in the mail, they applied for, for me.i called and canceled it. They are scandalous. Im not going back.
I go into volcano for parts (Talk to Dave, best parts guy around. Helped me with everything for my FXR rebuild) while rebuilding my FXR I meet Andrew in sales….long story short I just bought my 5th bike a 2021 Street Glide. Andrew and JC made the experience short, easy and awesome! This place is the only dealership I like and trust for parts and sales (They have a lot of parts for older bikes) Thanks Volcano you guys and gals are the best!
Thanks for the great handlebar install and service.
Very concerned with their unethical and borderline illegal business practices. I would avoid at all costs.
I had a great experience with this specific Harley Davidson location above the other 3 I have visited in the last week. The staff was perfect and had the best mix of sales tactics. Heavy hitters, great listeners, and all around closers, all of which having the main goal of making sure whether you leave with or without a bike, you leave feeling like you can come back. Sales is the game, but with Volcano HD it didn’t feel like it was the only thing they cared about. I’d like to give a specific and special shoutout to Andrew, the 24 year old salesman I closed with, who was very clearly a cornerstone member of the Volcano HD team. Our similar age made for a much more laid back experience, but mostly he had a great approach to making sure he could provide any and everything I as a customer needed in order to make a informed and pressure free decision on my trade/purchase. He did it all and knew it all when it came to creating the best Bike for me to leave with. He start to finish is the main guy who helped me make this deal/purchase happen.Extra shoutout to Chris and Curtis as well. Chris being the sales manager helped make sure that Andrew and I wouldn’t run into any obstacles throughout the entire process from start to finish, putting in the extra effort just to listen to the problems and concerns, then to explain them and walk me through them until the needed level of comfort and understanding was met. Then there is Curtis, this man was a born salesman with the shark mentality needed to hunt down and kill you with deals. He will get deals and punch in numbers until he died, or at least until I, the customer, felt like he found the right numbers I needed to pull the trigger on the bike. Then he knew when to hand it over to Chris and Andrew to close. Seriously great hard work and back and forth Curtis. All in all, I am a happy and satisfied customer, and I have found my new go-to Harley home.
Fast friendly service and staff that are knowledgeable when hubby sends me for parts
John and Andrew killed it. For someone who totaled their bike recently, they made a deal happen when I was worried about not being able to ride this season. Volcano represents what Harley is about and they’ve earned my business from here on out. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Great place picked up some gifts for friends.
8-3-2021: I was just advised by the service department that due to new management, Volcano HD will no longer service ANY bike older than 2003! That is HORRIBLE customer service! I was given no recourse except to go someplace else. When I decide to buy a new bike, I will certainly go someplace else.
First the good - Zach in the service department is very skilled and customer friendly. Good communication and a solid mechanic.Be aware that not a single employee wears a mask and when I asked them why I was told “because we’re American”. He did not say it with malice - they just don’t wear masks at all. Unlike the other two dealers in the area, this one does not clean your bike after service. Not a big deal but worth noting. Also, it’s a small operation so if only one person is working in service and that person is at lunch you cannot leave or pickup your bike. You need to wait or come back later. Which is a bummer when dropping off from Camas and arranging a ride home.
Great staff, took care of us. Thanks
Alot better place than Columbia Harley Davidson that was there before
Great people and quality services. Gotta love it
Super helpful. Nice shop. I accidentally locked my keys and phone in my truck while I was there. They kindly let me use their phone and went out of there way to look up phone numbers for me. Thank you!
Stopped by for couple shirts. If you need a bike, ask for Marvin! Solid dude!
Staff very nice and helpful.
